This debate is about whether or not: forced prison labor is justifiable and should be implemented for every non-special prison. (I.E. Prisons meant to hold insane or mentally unwell inmates, Prisoners who need to be extremely protected, POWs, etc.) Pro: Must prove the statement above to be correct.
