ethang5 has been banned for 30 days for an ongoing pattern of unwarrantedly accusing people of being pedophiles seemingly when in any heated disagreement with him.
As a reminder, the CoC contains the following provisions:
"Targeted harassment of any member prohibited, as is inciting others to do so at your behest. This includes wishing or hoping that someone and/or their loved ones experiences physical harm." While base targeted harassment is obvious, were his words believed by anyone would invite physical harm on the targets of his delusions.
"Extravagant lies, not to be confused with mere context issues, may rise to the level of constituting impersonation." This rule was literally put in place over the type of defamation which he casually commits.
"Unwarranted systemic vulgarity and invectives, which may include off topic personal attacks and/or hate speech, are subject to disciplinary actions." Self explanatory.
And magnified by countless requests to cease and desist:
"If a member politely requests that you leave them alone, do so. Repeated failure to comply, is a clear aggravating factor regarding the content of said posts."

BrotherDThomas been banned for 30 days for targeted harassment, to include clearly obsessive attempts to derail unrelated topics with personal attacks stemming from other topics long ago. While criticising statements within an ongoing discussion is fair game, the near inability to hold such discussions without jumping to unprompted cross-thread contamination (such as spammy copy/pasted paragraphs complete with links about what you think of someone's gender, and further using those repeatedly within any single new discussion) is not.
This shouldn't have to be said, but with a few exceptions (like AMAs) discussions should be more about the topic than the other users therein.

Primarily, a deeply troubling pattern of ideologically extremist rhetoric that invites and mimics a cesspool of white supremacist thought.
A couple aggravating factors:
"things like the MAOA gene (warrior gene) and lower self-control ability of Blacks will represent this heritability in functional/genetic form."
Blatant declaration that black people are violent and unrestrained by nature.
An entire thread dedicated to accusing Nigerian Africans of being intrinsically racist due to, ironically, the color of their skin.
One highlight: "Racial quotas should be immediately implemented to force Blacks out of political power, and instead make sure there is sufficient Asian, Jewish and Middle Eastern representation in Nigeria. Every race's voice needs to be heard except for Blacks because they are racist and oppress the other racial minorities in Nigeria."
Intended as satire or not, the thread was not obviously presented as such, nor does it change the fact that the majority of the OP’s forum activity teeters on the brink of outright racism.
Secondarily, a substantially established connection to the previously permanently-banned user MgtowDemon such that moderation is confident that this user is him despite a lack of IP identification. These parallels include identical beliefs (to a level of intricacy that goes beyond simply sharing ideology), identical site activity, identical writing habits, and identical mannerisms and dispositions.
Given the SPES, which states:
“NOTE: Bots, corporate accounts, and multi-accounts of banned users are not considered legitimate users by moderation and will thus be met with an immediate permanent ban.”
AND the pattern of borderline racist content the user posts, they will be receiving a permanent ban henceforth.
All users retain the following right as reserved in the SPES: “All users are granted unlimited ability to appeal moderation decisions (banned users may appeal by contacting [email protected]). All legitimate, non-spam appeals are guaranteed to be reviewed by moderation.”
1. Incessant anti-Semitic rhetoric that has reached a boiling point, including implications that the Jews are “reptiles” and insinuating that all Jews could be plotting some evil scheme collectively.
"I don't know if it is just a secret cabal of jews that control everything or all jews are complicit, but they control the music industry and are doing fucked up things."
“man sends off lizard DNA to be tested and the DNA comes back as being g predominantly Jewish, confirming what David Icke has said for years”
“why are the jews afraid to answer for themselves and have to arrest people who criticize them?
And Jews wonder why people hate them.”
2. Excessive vulgarity and some advocacy for extremism.
“You are saying the taliban simultaneously rapes little boys while also putting fags to death for also raping little boys.”
Use of a slur while arguing in support of the Taliban.
(These examples are not exhaustive, just from the past few weeks).
3. Continuation of above behavior despite multiple warnings.
This user has been warned to keep their content in check multiple times. I feel that this is necessary for them to know we are serious.
Their violations line up with Tier 2 of the SPES:
"Tier 2: The complaint is factually accurate, and while mild, it is indeed bordering on rule violations. Moderation will use best discretion on how to proceed. In the event a Tier 2 offense requires action (for example, a user systematically commits borderline rule violations despite mod warnings), the punishment will be less severe than otherwise outlined in the SPES."
Thus, instead of the standard 30 days for systemic toxicity, they will be getting a much lighter 14.
As always, they have the following right as reserved in the SPES: “All users are granted unlimited ability to appeal moderation decisions (banned users may appeal by contacting [email protected]). All legitimate, non-spam appeals are guaranteed to be reviewed by moderation.”

This is a final warning. Cease behaving as varelse, or it's a permanent ban.
Additionally it is noted continuance of previous obsessive attempts to derail unrelated topics with personal attacks stemming from other topics long ago. ... such as spammy copy/pasted paragraphs complete with links about what he think of someone's gender.
Lack of improvement on this would have resulted in a ban, if not for the more pressing issue.

Additionally, per the Code of Conduct, "Should one user acquire five or more Tier 3 offenses, moderation reserves the right to enact a permanent ban IF deemed appropriate." By his own words, it is not merely appropriate but also necessary. He was previously banned on 09/26/2021, 02/04/2020, 07/20/2020, 06/16/2020, 04/07/2020, plus various smaller actions not like restraining orders to which he frequently violated.

Incel-chud has been banned for 60 days principally for attempted doxing. This is not a permaban mostly for two reasons: First, the exact form of it falls outside what the SPES system was written for (the information was not intended to be shared online. Please consider this loophole closed to any future use.); and Second, the intent seemed the opposite of malicious.

Extravagant lies: Incel-chud made a thread titled "Adreamofliberty is a pedophile." Accusing someone of being likely the most vile form of criminal, unless they made some statement of sexual desire towards children, is wholly unwarranted regardless of any other crimes they commit or state the desire to commit (yes, even cruelty toward animals).
Creating threads to call-out specific users: Incel-chud made a thread titled "Adreamofliberty is a pedophile." While many (not all) of the statements within would not cross the line were they direct replies to the statements criticized, set outside of those conversations instead starting a thread, they are clear targeted harassment. Additionally, it should be noted that a generalized comparison of the two behaviors without listing a specific user, would not be such a clear CoC violation.
Doxing is strictly forbidden. Without their express permission, you may not post, threaten to post, nor encourage others to post, anyone’s private or identifying information no matter how it was obtained: Inside the aforementioned thread, Incel-chud stated: "I would also request anyone who is good at doing so, to work on doxxing him. This includes mods as well. Feel free to email me any information you find to ______." While it may be argued this is a loophole as the information was not to be posted, "Doxing is strictly forbidden" is a very clear statement, which applies to more forms of doxing than the specific ones mentioned.

Shila's account has been indefinitely restricted from creating topics, posting in the forum, and posting debate comments due to the strong speculation and correlation to Shila using or being a chat bot. This is due to the mass volume in which they reply to forums, the monotone and repetitive answers they will say on any unrelated forum post. Until said user can confirm they are not a chat bot, there account will be locked from these privilege's and if they do not comply with the regulations sent, they will be subject to immediate ban.

After a thorough investigation done by countless people, input from our site owner, and a message of defense from Shila themselves, the moderation team have made the decision to reinstate Shila's privilege's and reverse the decision made on October 10th, 2022. While examining the case, we have decided that the evidence of Shila being a bot does not meet the criteria for a revocation of privilege's due to the lack of attestable evidence. Sure there are discrepancies that are glaring, but we can not prove without a reasonable doubt that Shila is a bot, and thus vote to reinstate Shila privilege's to be able to post
