how is this an issue that cannot be discussed? that doesn't even make sense. i dont think trans people or the various races of the world would expect that the topic of identify politics can't be discussed.
i'm not suggesting it can't be discussed
i'm simply trying to highlight that the ONLY OPINION that truly matters is the OPINION of the individual in question
the right to self-definition is fundamental

You are ignoring the fact that India had a legally enforced caste system for years. Even now that it is illegal, the caste system endures in their culture.
great point
As a general commentary on the USSR, it did not have freedom of speech, religion, press, or assembly. And when freedom of speech was finally introduced in the late 1980s, the USSR fell apart shortly thereafter. You may want to think about why that is.
also a great point

there's nothing wrong with having a personal opinion on these conventions. it's not like i said caitlyn jenner had to identify one way or the other or anything like that.
i mean, sure, you CAN have a personal opinion (about anything at all really), but this whole conversation has become political
and it makes no sense
each person gets to decide what they call themselves,
married or not married, with kids or no kids, gay or straight or other or none, proud heritage or orphan
it lends your arguments and opinions no additional credibility and or discredit
this really is information that should be shared on a strictly "need to know" basis

in what crazy-upside-down-world does anyone (except of course those close personal friends) at all need to know anyone else's gender and or personal proclivities, much less feel compelled to dictate their own personal choice of naming convention ?

I did not call all women liars. I said not all of them are honest.
perhaps it's less than obvious to everyone (including the woman and including her doctor) exactly how long one has been pregnant
that's just one of the many critical flaws with laws that rely on unquantifiable circumstances

Women can't menstruate while pregnant but they certainly can have spotting and other bleeding that resembles a period which may lead them to believe that they are not pregnant. So you don't get to call women liars cuz you don't understand how they're f****** bodies work.

Not familiar with holacracy or what you mean by it.
many people think that authoritarian hierarchy is the most efficient form of governance (some even call it "natural order")
the most common corporate model is basically a military model
however, there is an alternative

Socialism (Central Planning)
"central planning" is just another term for "hierarchy"
japan's economy was extremely centrally planned after ww2 and it took a major hit when the central planning was somewhat loosened
the european union's economy is also centrally planned
heck, even in the united states, the "federal reserve" has been buying the market in order to distort recession signals
central banking is central planning

When it is a felony. Influencing an appointed Judge of the court on case rulings destroys the very foundations of law. How would you like it if your life was on the line in a court case and a mob protested outside the Judge's home in order to have you executed despite the legal arguments of your case? We don't allow protesters in a court room or at a Judge's home because it is a FELONY.
(IFF) the government gets to decide when and where and why you protest (THEN) you live in a totalitarian state
protesters are routinely arrested on fabricated charges (one person throws a brick and the whole crowd gets thrown into paddy-wagons)
this has been happening for a very long time

But you take issue with people peacefully protesting outside the houses of Supreme Court justices (not one violent incident occurred). This is a felony.
when are you in favor of protesting ?

However, I believe that if there is some causal relationship between you and the person needing the kidney, then there can be instances in which you should be obligated to save them.

would that count as a "causal relationship" in your book ?

The short answer is an entrepreneur knows that improving the living conditions of their workers may cost them a little in the short-run but save them more money in the long run.
unless you happen to be building a railroad
or running a coal mine
it is somehow cheaper to close a microchip fabrication facility in the united states and build a new one from scratch in malaysia and then setup a training program to teach the native citizens to run the place
all the while giving large kick-backs to the local authorities to act as your de facto private union-busting goons
pretty soon AGI will be running these things and us humans will be obsolete

Carl Marx often thought that the factory owner's exploited the poor to increase their profits. He believed it was in the best interests' of the factory owners' to suppress wages and keep the poor impoverished to increase the supply of cheep labor.
Dodge v. Ford Motor Company, 204 Mich. 459, 170 N.W. 668 (Mich. 1919)[1] is a case in which the Michigan Supreme Court held that Henry Ford had to operate the Ford Motor Company in the interests of its shareholders, rather than in a charitable manner for the benefit of his employees or customers.
