trump supporters - do you acknowledge that trump has a cult based on personality?
-->
@n8nrgim
I feel like if you denied it, you would be denying reality as per the linked study.
If you think a study can prove the existence of a "cult of personality" then you are in a cult of "science".

Just as there is no way for a cult worshiping "Trump" to discredit the actual Trump, a cult worshiping their twisted notion of "science" does not discredit real science.

Election Integrity (evidence of lack)
-->
@Greyparrot
GOP WINS, SCOTUS Rules Non Citizens MUST BE REMOVED From Voter Rolls, Democrats SUED To KEEP THEM ON
Saved, continuation of #145 and #156.

Although this resolved in favor of the law, I still consider the whole sequence strong evidence for the lack of election integrity. Think of all the insane failure that occurred before it reached the supreme court:

1.) Biggest point, they were added to voter rolls in the first place. Most people register to vote through state MVAs, that is precisely where this list of non-citizens was compiled from. The other ways typically are more annoying and require more proof of citizenship and residency (or at least they are supposed to by law). It very unusual for a person to abandon their US citizenship and still live in the USA, unheard of.

There should have been no legal way for non-citizens to be added to the voter rolls. If there were laws that allowed it they would be unconstitutional. The only reasonable explanation was intentional violation of election law in order to commit fraud. In the words of Joe Rogan "It's got to be cheating, there is no other reason for it".

2.) The DOJ dared to join the criminal conspiracy

3.) A district psuedojudge joined the conspiracy

4.) Appellate psuedojudges joined the conspiracy

All four layers are criminals who should face punishment for their crimes against democracy, after all I'm sure they don't believe in immunity for official acts.

Title says it all. The punishment for the crime Kimmel committed is up to 10 years in prison.

When they say "Trump is arresting the press" (in the unlikely event that Trump serves up some justice) things like this will be the official story given to the rigged judges in the rigged venues.

Then, and I would dearly love to be able to say this, we'll say "it's not lawfare, nobody is above the law."... with a shit eating grin of course.

How to recover? Start by admitting you have a problem.
because i slightly mis phrased his love of nazi's? He said he wanted nazi generals for god's sake.
That's what denying a problem looks like.

"I just had a little too much to drink, I don't have a problem"

You lied, you didn't care, it took 8 posts of the video evidence before you even admitted there was anything wrong with your entirely (not a bit) entirely false statement.

You have not reevaluated anything. See if I said something that was proven to be completely wrong I would question the conclusions I made while I believed the falsehoods. I would questions the sources of information which led me to be so wrong. You haven't. You wish only to sweep it under the rug, not only in the public of the forum but in your own mind. It does not confirm your worldview therefore it is threatening information and you do not want to deal with it.

If you mean the things under the "deabate" tab, then no. The truth is not served by constraining the dialogue to two people nor the votes pretending to decide a winner.

If you actually care about the true answers to your questions you would be far more interested in the best answer rather than the answers given by only one person in a limited time. i.e. ask the questions in the forums. Of course there is hardly anyone on this site or any other debate site so you might have to be patient or widen the net to be fairly sure you've gotten the best answers that humanity has to give.

We actually set off thousands of nukes in testing and it's still nowhere near the effect of a few natural volcano eruptions. The Earth is massive and we are just fleas on an elephant.
There is no substitute for scientific logic, but if (for no good reason) we could not educate our children to have a basic level of scientific literacy then at least some primary intuitions would be helpful such as:

1.) Big things are hard to change
2.) When something has been the same way for a very long time, there are forces which act to keep it that way

The temperature of this planet and every other planet is the result of a constant dynamic equilibrium of heat flow (power). Like the flow of a river it can change but if you pour a bucket of water into a river that is just a nudge to an existing dynamic equilibrium of far greater magnitude.

The "dynamic" is important here. That means to disturb the system greatly you can't accumulate small changes, you need big changes in short periods. If we had a trillion nuclear bombs we would need to set them all off at once if we wanted to see the air temperature increase measurably. If we set them off once a minute until they were all gone there would be no substantive effect (on global temperature). It would just be a minuscule additional heat to dissipate along with the vast amounts of energy which is constantly added and removed from the system.

Here is a school appropriate video:

"We haven't even learned to care for each other yet, how are we going to save the planet?"

lol "school appropriate" indeed.

"plant a tree"

It's a good thing humanity came along, before us trees could not plant themselves. The world would surely have run out of trees!

He's wrong about one thing though, humanity is something new. Intelligent engineering is something new. It cannot be assumed that because Earth has been stable for a long time it is impossible for it to change. Maybe we can't destroy the world today, but give it another thousand years.

The inverse assumption, the attitude zed gave voice to, is also wrong. Just because we are something new does not mean everything we do must change (much less harm) the world in a significant way.

As always (and I know I'm a broken record): There is no substitute for reason.

And to think that humanity and it's lust for resources and energy does not affect Earths atmosphere, is  the same as thinking that overeating and being lazy doesn't make one fat.
No it isn't. The only reason anyone could possibly think that is common sense is indoctrination.

Before this indoctrination it was (rightly) assumed by all humans that the world was far too vast to ever be changed by the actions of mortals.

The "common sense" of pre-20th century people is no more reliable than your common sense now; but logic says they were (more) right.

They can't plan results with that accuracy, that would imply a single central conspiracy, and if they could they certainly wouldn't risk preseeding the data to news stations there would be zero advantage and huge risk in doing so.

This is irrelevant, potentially controlled avalanches like Sydney Powell. What I mean by that is that they know there are a lot of stupid (no offense) Trump supporters who will cease on anything fishy. They want that so that they can "debunk" the theory, pretend it was the core of the contention; and then use that to convince stupid(ish) judges and members of the public that there are no problems what so ever.

To quote the book of revelations: Cunning is needed here. Use logic, kill bad/planted hypotheses so that the true threats are not obscured.

Too ill defined to evaluate.

Is the Trinity logical?
No

Is the Bible a reliable source?
No

Is the Trinity in the Bible?
Contradictions in the bible can be resolved by the trinity, but the trinity is a contradiction, so that doesn't mean much.

Does the Bible claim Jesus is God?

Only fools believe American companies reselling Chinese products at 10x the manufacture cost means "America has a larger economy", yet that is precisely what the GDP number would reflect.

China produces stuff (useful stuff, not vaporware fads and hype), the USA barely does. Without the market manipulation it would be obvious that the USA is already far behind and self-destructing.

Luckily neo-confucian fascism pretending to be communism isn't exactly a solid foundation. One wrong move and China falls apart too.

Election Integrity (evidence of lack)
-->
@IlDiavolo
So for you Harris is going to win with the votes of the inmigrants?
I have no idea who is going to "win" in either sense:
1.) Get the most number of legitimate ballots, since there is no election integrity the number of illegitimate ballots cannot be quantified therefore the number of legitimate ballots is also unconstrained.
2.) Get inaugurated as congress officially recognizes one candidate as the winner, since there are many factors that affect this including the number of fraudulent votes vs the number of people waking up to the lies of the deep state (and there are many, never before have two former democrat candidates for the presidency joined the republican nominee).

I do not believe in any case that a large number of illegal immigrants or legal immigrants are voting. Legal immigrants tend to follow the law and know they aren't allowed. Illegal immigrants are focused on a hundred other things and would only do it if they were paid, and the smarter ones would be worried about the attempt being a trigger condition for getting deported first.

I do think that illegal immigrants are registered to vote and kept on voter rolls so that the voter rolls have a large padding of people who won't attempt to vote. People on the registry who won't attempt to vote are precisely the pool of people, or rather names, that are used for mail fraud.

In other words cheaters pretending to be immigrants, illegal immigrants, or real (but not political) citizens would be sending in ballots in their name, and that is much more significant than illegals trying to vote directly.

A reminder: Once the mail ballot is separated from the envelope there is no way to repair the damage. The cheaters know they only need to resist the law until then because after that happens all the judges are too cowardly to invalidate the whole ballot pile no matter how egregious a vulnerability for cheating was created.

TL;DR: if the post office fails to post mark ballot envelopes (whoops, or maybe the ballots weren't mailed because they were inserted by cheaters) they can be counted for an unlimited amount of time after the election.

TL;DR: more dropboxes lit on fire

TL;DR: 1.2 million ineligible voter records intentionally kept on the books, do we really believe she is keeping this database out of the hands of people who would be willing to cheat?

Election Integrity (evidence of lack)
A continuation of post #145 about the DOJ suing to keep illegal voters on the voter rolls.

What has happened in the meantime is that pseudo-judges Patricia Giles, Toby Heytens, Albert Diaz, and Stephanie Thacker have joined the deep state in its attack on democracy:

The panel emphasized, as Giles did in her initial ruling, that the state is within its rights to remove noncitizens from the voter rolls, even during the 90-day quiet period, but must do so in an individualized process rather than the systematic process relying on data transfers from the DMV.
So illegal voters can be automatically registered, but not automatically un-registered. These are the transparent lies and excuses of the enemies of democracy.

The issue is being appealed to the US supreme court, whose cowardice in the face of attacks on democracy and the constitution is legendary. The enemies of democracy list expands:

Psuedojudges:

1. Richard E Myers II, Chief US district 'judge' in North Carolina. See 5.24-cv-00547-M-RJ Doc 58 "Suing too late" is obviously a fraudulent argument.

2. Patricia Giles, psuedojudge in Virginia. Same reason as Albert Diaz.

3. Toby Heytens, fake judge of appellate clown-court "4th circuit" in Virginia 2024. Same reason as Albert Diaz.

4. Albert Diaz, chief fake judge of appellate clown-court "4th circuit" in Virginia 2024. Fraudulently ruled that self-identified non-citizens must be kept on voter rolls. It was an assault on democracy that self identified non-citizens were even added to the voter rolls. A real democracy would have correlated data with the census bureau and not required self-identification much less ignore the self-identification for the purposes of expanding the voter roll and thus potential stolen identities for mail fraud. To actively prevent repair of the breach makes one a "combatant" in the assault on democracy. See "VIRGINIA DOJ SUES To Stop Non Citizens Being REMOVED From Voter Rolls, SHADOW CAMPAIGN Has Begun.mp4"

5. Stephanie Thacker, fake judge of appellate clown-court "4th circuit" in Virginia 2024. Same reason as Albert Diaz.

@RemyBrown
I've seen you use the genetic fallacy many times
How am I using a fallacy?
Google it. (I know you don't actually care so I won't pretend to care)

If you're claiming that Dr. Franklin can't simultaneously agree with project 2025 and recognize that Trump has not embraced it as a policy platform at the same time then this is yet another example of your false dichotomies
If you agree with project 2025 and I accuse Trump of wanting to enact it, then you say, "Project 2025 is good because ...".  Saying, "Trump isn't pro Project 2025." only makes sense if you don't agree with project 2025 (or you do, but you want to hide that support which is just decietful).
Ok so we have two premises:

A.) I agree with project 2025
B.) You accuse Trump of wanting to enact it, i.e. you assert "Trump is pro project 2025"

Round II:

C.) I give reasons project 2025 is good.

Saying, "Trump isn't pro Project 2025." only makes sense if you don't agree with project 2025 (or you do, but you want to hide that support which is just decietful).
"Trump isn't pro project" 2025 = ~B.
"You don't agree with project 2025" = ~A

So Franklin says A, you say B, Franklin says ~B and you say "therefore ~A"

Thus you are claiming:
If ~B then ~A.

Justify that. Back into full sentences:

If Trump isn't pro project 2025, then I don't agree with project 2025.

Why?

I've never seen DoubleR buck orthodoxy with his party
I've seen you use the genetic fallacy many times, often in combination with false dichotomies and oversimplifications.

Dr. Franklin said in 3 days that Trump does not support Project 2025 and when he was told that if Trump did, then Dr. Franklin would agree, then Dr. Franklin said he would.
What are you even saying?

Seriously it's hard to parse.

If you're claiming that Dr. Franklin can't simultaneously agree with project 2025 and recognize that Trump has not embraced it as a policy platform at the same time then this is yet another example of your false dichotomies and rabid over simplification leading you and no one else into confusion.
