The US debt is out of control and neither party has done anything about it, despite their rhetoric. How can we eliminate the US debt once and for all?

If someone who believes they are transgender wants to believe that, then fine.
However, when they try to implement legislation that forces other people to believe the same thing, which goes against their beliefs, then it goes too far.
California made misgendering a felony because of the transgenders. In the state, misgendering carries a harsher sentence than willingly spreading AIDS.
Because of this, not all, but many transgenders are a threat to the 1st amendment. I met a transgender person once and they tried to get me in trouble for me stating my opinion.

You should give 10 credits per $3 donated, not $3 per month. If someone stops donating and they use their credits, what would happen? Would they get negative credits?

Vape kills less people than alcohol. I think only 8 people or so have died from vaping, although I'm not sure. Regulation instead of prohibition would help reduce the death toll. Criminalizing drugs causes people to seek potent versions of those drugs that do more damage. Every drug should be legal or decriminalized.

a lot of your arguments are about why people on welfare should just pull themselves up from their bootstraps
I don't think I said it exactly like this. My claim is that the war on poverty has been a counterproductive failure so ending it would reduce poverty drastically. People who are poor should pull themselves out of poverty, but not with the bootstraps.
a lot of low wage people are just stupid. a lot of the jobs u mentioned are for smart people.
Low wage people aren't that stupid. I met this guy who was pretty dumb, but he was making a good salary because the job he had was good. Businesses don't care about how smart you are as much as people would think. They want labor to get the work done and they don't care too much if the person is smart as long as they get the work done.
somebody's gotta work low wage jobs,
Not really. McDonalds can automate and that would force the people who work there to find better jobs that they can work. As POTUS, if they don't know where to look, I can show them a sheet of better jobs and I'd probably post it online or show it to people so they can get themselves out of poverty.
i realize they aren't the severely disabled, but they are lacking in ability.
If they don't know how to do the jobs, they learn how to do them. Its much easier, cheaper, and better than 4 years of college.
not assisting them doesn't help them more, your original argument.
They need help, but it shouldn't be welfare because it keep them poor and unmotivated to find something better for them.

Here's my list of honest thoughts about some people.
blamonkey- smart, I think he's a libertarian, but perfers to not be identified with political parties.
bmdrocks21- Sounds like Ben Shapiro. Collected.
bsh1- Someone who posts charming posts. I think he's took poetry o something. I couldn't do it.
Dr. Franklin- Always insults the left and the elite.
Thanks, I try not to be another corporate emotional droid running the machine of our society built on the rich of Silicon Valley and Wall Street
Supadudz- The least political person on this site and tries to make friends with everyone. Also, he loves Greece and I don't know what he ate on Thanksgiving because as a Greek, he hates Turkey.
Rational Madman- Very angry at me. Never was fun to debate with him.
The SJWs: Disgusted and mustardness/ebuc- If debateart had $1 donated every time they insulted or had poor conduct, they wouldn't have to ask for any more donations.

It's fine to not get ahead. It's not fine to use up other people's resources without their consent because of a refusal to get ahead.also what's the big deal if some people choose to not get ahead as much as they can when they are in such a bad situation?
if all you get if free food and healthcare, you get no material wealthThe low income people should pay for this themselves. If they can't afford it, they get a better job.
food stamps these days are limited in time with work requirements. healthcare is so exoribantly expensiveLow income people are on food stamps because they don't know where they can get a better job.
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/136MFNyPCnOs50_QltxPvkBpS2OydnNfG7WZYb21qTrM/edit#gid=320988619 is a list of better jobs for low income people. None of them require a bachlor's degree, to the best of my knowledge, none of them require any college degree and they all pay very well.
it may make little sense to try to pay for it yourself
Every other adult for the most part pays for the food themselves. Why can't they?
if they choose to stay that way they may have a decent reason
They might have a decent reason, such as they don't know how to get a better job. If that's the case, then they just get shown the list above to get out of poverty. But there are moochers to the system, and they got to start contributing to society just like the rest of us in order to get paid. If you don't help society, then society really shouldn't be obliged to help you.
and it's their choice. why make a fuss about it?
Because I don't want to pay for someone else's choice.
but you are talking about this as if they would be better off if we didn't help them. as if they didn't realize they could get ahead themselves or something
If they don't realize how they can get ahead, then the list would get shown to them so they learn how to get ahead on their own. I honestly think that a lot of them have stopped trying because they feel trapped in welfare. Eliminating food stamps and replacing it with the plan described in the link can help them contribute to the society that has contributed to their well being.

I understand, but for the vast majority of Americans, the war on poverty keeps them poor. It's in the chart. Maybe the poverty rate flattens out at around .5% if the war never existed, but .5% of the population being poor is a whole lot better than 10% being poor. Because of this, we should modify the war on poverty to eliminate food stamps since they keep the vast majority of the low income population staying low income.that can't be said for everyone who gets help.

I think their parents would take care of them. The parents love the kid enough to do that. I think most to all of the disabled would survive with charities in place if their parents kick them out, which I doubt they would do.

I'd encourage him to depend on local consenting charities rather than a bureaucratic government. I also would want the charities to help him with his schizophrenia so he can get out of poverty himself instead of being stuck on welfare. Giving him food stamps gives him no incentive to improve. Taking away those food stamps encourages him to seek out charities that ultimately get him out of poverty and to help him deal with his schizophrenia better than the alternative of him suffering while dependent on the government.

The stats say otherwise and it keeps poor people poor. Otherwise the poverty rate wouldn't have stagnated when the policy was implemented.it sometimes keeps people poor. it also sometimes gives food and healthcare to people who need it.
also it's ridiculous to say poverty would have been eradicated. That's where the graph was going. It was heading linerally downwards. I should have said virtually eradicated.
what about disabled people? As someone with autism, I don't need welfare. The autistic people that actually are too dumb to work get taken care of by their parents.
as jesus said, we will always have the poor with us.Jesus never said that. He did say to give to the poor though if that's what you were hinting at. Something that can be given to the poor is knowledge as to how to get out of poverty. Give a man a welfare check, you feed him for a month. Show a man better jobs that he can get, and you fed him for life in a cheaper and more fulfilling way that lifts him out of poverty instead of keeping him dependent on the government.

The war on poverty keeps people poor. Had the war on poverty not existed, poverty would have been vanquished by the 1980s and the chart confirms this.

A post born baby is not self aware of their existence. They aren't aware about almost anything. Is it acceptable to kill a post born baby?self-awareness
individuality
A fetus is an individual. More over, since twins aren't as individual as a fetus, is it okay to kill Twins? No, because individualism is not a basis for homicide.

What characteristic are you referring too? A fetus has specialized cells. They mean that fetuses lack the characteristics of humanity typically attributed to persons.
Created:

@HistoryBuff
A fetus is human in the same sense that a cancerous tumor is human.
Cancer cells aren't specialized. A fetus's cells are.
Life is complicated. We need a dividing between cluster of cells of a person. It obviously isn't at conception.
I'm not saying an zygote is a human at conception, so there's some common ground. Also, neither one of us is advocating for abortion until birth, because the fetus is too human to be legally killed. I am saying is that a 5 week fetus is a human.
If you don't want to go through a long, painful, difficult, expensive and potentially life threatening medical condition against your will then you shouldn't have to.
Pregnancy isn't even that painful. A little painful, maybe, but if it was super unbearably painful, you would hear women scream like they were on the Cruziatitis curse for 9 months. They may do something like this during labor, but this is for only 24 hours. The odds of dying from a pregnancy are very small. Pregnancy is expensive, but it's what insurance is for.
You should not have the ability to tell her she doesn't have rights.
The woman still retains many rights. They get the right to vote, to work, to earn money, they can the right to refuse sex, and a bunch of others that I haven't listed. I even am fine with women having certain rights that they don't already have such as with weed. However, killing a fetal human being goes too far.

A fetus is a human being as science confirms. If you don't believe a fetus is a person, then why do you oppose 3rd trimester abortions? If you don't want the kid, it's what adoption is for.

@HistoryBuff
Right now, there is good reason to overturn Roe V Wade, but the reason becomes less and less as abortions become less common. As they become less common, people would be less likely to support it since less people would have a personal connection to abortion. The cases where abortion is the best option are very rare already. I would say only when the mother is definitely going to die is an abortion fine. This is .1% of all abortions.
What is your stance on abortion?

Austin Peterson is pro life and he was pretty popular in 2016, being in 2nd place, losing only to Gary Johnson. Moreover, 3/10 libertarians are pro life according to I side with. I guess your right about Trump's promise to overturn Roe. I think abortion will eventually be banned because the rates for it are falling and contraception is more widely available. It was ultimately technology that ended slavery and it will be technology that ends abortion.
Most people want the US debt to be eliminated, but they aren't willing to sacrifice to get there. Here's my plan to get us out of debt in 8 years:

We don't have infinite plutonium, but we do have a reusable supply of hydro power.
We can't store the waste in any areas where the owners consent. We can store it in Yucca mountain, but the natives who own it don't consent to that.

Someone libertarian. Trump promised the following that he hasn't done anything about:
-An end to abortion. He has everyone that he needs to overturn Roe V Wade and he hasn't.
-An end to the US debt. He promised to get rid of the debt in 8 years. Instead, he's increased it.
I think both parties want to reduce abortion and the US debt. Instead, although abortion has been going down, the debt hasn't. We need a politician who will actually decrease or eliminate the debt.
