It doesn't allow a rapist to threaten a woman. It only allows him to have a gun. If guns are banned, rapists get the guns illegally and they use them to force women to get raped. The rapist will often have some sort of weapon to force the woman to have sex with him. Do we allow the woman to arm themselves for protection?

He wanted people with abortions to be put to death, not all pro abortion rights people. Even if he favored life imprisonment instead of the death penalty, the left would not be satisfied. The left will never be satisfied until they get unrestricted abortion access until 20 weeks.

Both sides appear to their opponents as hypocrites. The Right for example, thinks it's hypocritical for someone to be against the death penalty for murderers, no matter how many people support it. But they support the death penalty for a fetus if one person (the woman) is fine with it.
Even if the Right was against the death penalty as a compromise, the left would not allow abortion to be banned.

A conceptualized egg or any term of fetus/baby is not and independent invidudal that breaths and conntected to woman via umbilichord and floating in womb of liquied.
Alabama's heartbeat bill only banned abortions after 6 weeks. The bill does not protect zygotes. It protects when the fetus has brainwaves, about 6 weeks into pregnancy.
I don't think I got an answer from you but when do you want abortion to be legal up to? 20 weeks? Viability? Birth?

Yes. The GOP can overturn whatever they don't like by the time they get into office.
You haven't demonstrated that.
Out of the democrats, there are many smaller groups such as Feminists and Black lives matter. These groups would break away from the democrats so they can get power and implement policies that benefit solely their interest group. For example, out of the feminists, they would implement policies that benefit women, from Pro choice policies to demanding equal pay, to supporting the 2nd amendment, which protects women from rapists.
What if the left wins every portion?
The left would have to win virtually 100% of the popular vote in order to be in office indefinitely. Under our current system, they could only win 60% of the vote give or take 5 percentage points or less, and they would have power for the foreseeable future. Under my system, they would only be in power for about 60% of a term. The rest goes to ideological minorities.
Worst case scenario, it's still a 2 party system. But this isn't reality and there are many different types of democrats and Republicans and all branches of these 2 party groups deserve their own party instead of being represented by the democrats or republicans.

For their portion of a term, yes. The democrats have almost unrestricted power for their part of a lets say 10 year term. After that, another group takes their place, maybe the libertarians for their part of a term. Then, the GOP gets their part of a term (assuming there were only 3 parties involved in the race). After that, people vote to see what party they liked the best.
You wouldn't like it if they leaned to the left.
I would tolerate it for their portion of a term. After that, the libertarians rule, then the GOP rules.

What I would prefer is the pie chart method. This way, every party with significant support gets to be in power for some time. It would also bring about 3rd parties like the Libertarians, getting to run the country their way for the amount of time that they get based off of their support. A lot of people claim to be "fiscally conservative, socially liberal" but they vote GOP or Democrat because they don't think the libertarians would win. The libertarians would get way more power from their new support.

Is it still a two-party systemHopefully not. This way, the parties that branch out of the democrats and Republicans are more ideologically consistent with their goals. For example, a theocrat party would be pro life and against homosexuality, but they would also be alright with immigration and would be socialists, since that would be their interpretation of the bible. There may be a capitalist theocrat party that believes in the entire theocrat belief except for the socialist part since they would see God as a capitalist. There would also be a feminist party that supports the 2nd amendment because guns prevent rape.

The 2nd amendment would make it legally impossible for any restrictions to be put on gun ownership. You can modify the 2nd amendment to say, "The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall have minimum restrictions" or something like that. We need defense against tyranny. Any peaceful person should be allowed to get any gun they want for hunting, and protection against criminals and a tyrannical government. Homicide, while tragic is extremely rare and a tyrannical government is more of a threat to America then some crazy shooter.

We need the pie chart system for how people get into the office of the president of the United States. How this would work? Let's say you have an election and the democrats win 55% of the vote, the GOP wins 40% of the vote, and the libertarians get 5% of the vote. Under the future NPV voting system, which I think is inevitable as more and more states are signing on to NPV whether or not you like it, the democrats could win the whole presidency even if a majority of the population doesn’t support them due to third parties. Even if Democrats win the majority, they are alienating other non democrats by being in office. As society becomes more liberal and the democrats continue to get more and more power, they would be alienating the few right wingers that exist. With non Democrats realizing that they will never be able to win another presidency again, they would want to break away from the country causing a war.
How to prevent this: The pie chart method. Let's say you have an election and the democrats win 55% of the vote, the GOP wins 40% of the vote, and the libertarians get 5% of the vote. Rather than the democrats getting all of the presidency to themselves, they split it based off of their voting turnout. In the situation mentioned previously, they get their representative to be president for 55% of a term, the GOP gets their representative to be in power for 40% of a term, and the libertarians get to be in office for 5% of a term. No one is without a voice in the presidency. Everyone gets power, and no one is left out.

Some suggestions to get to the top 30:
1: Make easy debates. Your profile says your a libertarian. This probably means you support the 2nd amendment. Make a few debates labeled, "All guns should be banned" your con. I did this like 5x and most of the time, someone accepts the debate then forfeits because their mind was changed due to your arguments. If you copy my arguments, you'll lose points for plagiarism, so don't do that.
2: Try not to forfeit debates
3: If you want to argue an unpopular position, make the debate unrated. With this new feature, I was able to argue, "The US should invade Africa" and not lose any rating points. If you want practice arguing without risking losing any more rating points, then this unrated feature would help you a lot.

I think that women who don't wish to be pregnant would rather an abortion than being pregnant at all. You are offering these women absolutely nothing
They only have to be pregnant once rather then twice later in life when they are married once artificial wombs become feasible.
If billionaires are taxed a lot, it would increases the quality of life for middle class and lower class citizens.

Also, I don't think you support a "woman's right to choose" in many instances other then when an unborn baby boy or unborn baby girl has their legs ripped off, their skull crushed, their broken skull pokes pores and causes the bleeding of the brain, all as the fetus is fleeing for their life, and then their body is sucked out of the womb. I support mass immigration. More people means a higher GDP so we stay ahead of China. What I don't want is illegal immigration. I support making the process easier though so more people come here, increasing America's GDP and keeping us ahead of China. Since urban areas tend to be wealthy, more people means more urbanization and a higher GDP per capita. Capitalism helps increase our GDP per capita and our GDP compared to socialist countries. The US has a higher GDP per capita then almost every European country.
If you are a conservative concerned with illegal immigration you won't get immigration reform by shilling for the capitalists, the capitalists aren't economic nationalists.

I guess. Healthcare is just one aspect of it though. Socialism is when everyone gets paid the same wage. Under a socialist system, the minimum wage and the maximum wage in America would be about $60,000 per year, even for CEOs. This discourages people from taking on hard, productive jobs to society.

Healthcare can be socialized. However, wealth inequality is fine. Those with higher then average GDP per capitas earned their wealth. The poor ought to emulate the rich rather then want what they have without earning it. They should get productive obs and invest the money.
As for education, would you rather be a plumber or a teacher? One of them isin't educated, but they're rich. The other is educated, but not rich. I would say being a plumber is better for the individual because they get more money without having to go through college.
The fact that there are successful countries with great healthcare and education and less wealth inequality with great economies shows that higher levels of socialism can provide a great economy with good distribution.
None of these countries are socialist, otherwise there would be no especially rich or poor people relatively.
