In the same way, you can choose to allow a tourist into your country without granting them citizenship.
If you are agreeing to let a tourist stay in your country for 9 months, then the tourist has the right to stay in the country for 9 months.
Whether or not a guest will die when they are deported is immaterial. Deportees often fear for their lives but this is not considered a reason to allow them to stay.
International law states that if a person is fleeing for their life, you have to let them stay in your country.
If you want tourists but don't want them to become citizens, then you should attach ankle bracelets to them so they can be quickly and easily located and deported.
I don't think this makes sense. Attaching an ankle to someone is not the same as preventing that person from being in your country by not offering a plane ticket.

If the reservations were part of the US, then the natives would have access to better jobs which can provide the funds to save more lives due to Natives having a higher GDP per capita.

You cite the fetus as an invader, however, the woman chose to have the fetus while having sex. You don't deport a guest if the guest will die outside. If she didn't want the baby, but still wanted sex, she could have bought an IUD beforehand and used it to prevent pregnancy.

I worry that in the future, being pro life will be a hate crime because of laws like these. Lets overturn Roe V Wade and make abortion a states issue again. Why should pro life South Dakota be forced to allow abortions in their state? How long do we have to wait until Roe v Wade is overturned?

National Review is biased. I analyzed it. The bill is below:
The bill got defeated, meaning it did not pass.

It's barbaric if it's true, but can you cite NY legalizing abortion all the way until birth?

Why would we have to do it in a different way then what DDO has? Not everything about DDO is good, but this is a good feature. A lot of other things on this site are similar to DDO, but without the glitches or the spam. I left DDO because of the glitches on that site.

You know how DDO has a place for individual opinions on certain issues on people's profile? Can that be added to DART?

Lets abolish every single Native American reservation that exists. My reasons for this are:
1: It expands US territory
2: It increases the GDP of the US
3: It increases the GDP per capita of individual Native Americans due to more investment, a replacement of their current culture with a more capitalist American culture, and due to private American investment.
4: Due to this GDP per capita increase, the infant morality rate would decrease. The average Native baby has a significantly higher chance of dying from infant mortality then the average non Hispanic White baby(https://minorityhealth.hhs.gov/omh/browse.aspx?lvl=4&lvlid=38). If the US annexed the reservations and eliminated the cultural differences in these regions (not by force, but by Americans inevitably moving there and therefore dwindling the culture), then Native lives would be saved.

What is an OP?The question OP asks is a fair one.
they get economic policies right about 1/2 of the time
I think they get economic policies "right" over half of the time. I have a pretty extreme view on economic policies, one that gets our entire tax revenue on the basis of sin taxes and sales tax if necessary. It makes more sense to punish people with a tax for doing bad things then to punish people with a tax for doing good things.
The Republicans came up with the term "judicial activist" to refer to people who read the constitution for what it is, in light of the present day; despite the fact that the same Republicans read the constitution for what they want it to be, to hurt people they don't like and help people they like.
Both parties like certain parts of the constitution. The Right likes the 1st, 2nd, and 4th amendments(free religion/speech, gun ownership, and being secure in your own house respectively) and the Left likes the 8th amendment(against cruel and unusual punishment) and to a lesser extent, the 1st amendment when applied for muslim's religious freedom. What the Right thinks of Christianity, the left thinks of Islam and vice versa. At least major right wing leaders haven't been advocating for bible law, the way Linda Sarsour, a leader of the feminist movement has been advocating for Shariah law(https://www.snopes.com/news/2017/01/25/womens-march-organizer-linda-sarsour/). Mike Pence is very religious,
You mentioned their obsession to remove abortion, and they want abortion to be illegal because of the scientific proof that a fetus is a human being.
Strange as it may seem for someone like me to be talking about those "big three" (race, gender, and sexuality) because of my repeated tirades against identity politics, don't be lured into the misapprehension that I'm changing my tune now, because I'm not.
I hate identity politics too.
They will strike down environmental regulations
Believe it or not Republicans are more likely to own solar panels then Democrats(https://www.greentechmedia.com/articles/read/california-republicans-are-5-times-more-likely-to-buy-solar-than-democrats). I want clean energy for myself in the not too distant future. The reason why they are against environmental regulations is because (at least for me) the democrats tend to be environmental hypocrites. Many think the government should force people to clean up the environment even though they won't help themselves by getting alternative energy. It's expensive yes, but it's also expensive for everyone else that the left often wants to convert to clean energy. At least the Right is more likely to own solar panels while less likely to preach for them.
that hurt Republican donor companies (see generally, the State of West Virginia
Can you provide a source for this? I'm unsure on this.

The native american accused the Catholics of harassing him. Probably just some strong Trump supporters. The catholic church apologized for it. Why would they tell a Native American to build a wall? I would not call him creepy, I would call him annoying to the Native American.

malicious and repeated harassment of vulnerable person
Me calling a trans person by their biologically accurate name is factual not "malicious". It also is almost never harassment, unless I yell at them their original name multiple times or something similar. How are they more vulnerable then the average person?

If a poor person doesn't like their job due to lack of salary, the government could provide them with a better paying job. If your on welfare, get off it and find a job. The Government could provide you with one if you don't know where to find one.

The site origami put states that,
Willful and repeated violations alone wouldn’t lead to criminal prosecution, Joslin added. They would likely be punished with a fine.
A fine is still an unjust tyrannical punishment for misgendering someone.

The law of California states that anyone who deliberately and repeatedly misgenders someone will get up to 1 year in imprisonment. Is this fair or is this tyranny?
