When people point out to you that regressive headcount taxes such as the ones you constantly propose are ridiculously outdated and harmful do you ignore that because you don't listen to criticism or because the criticism just goes straight over your head? There might be some other possibility but I can't think of any.
If your referring to the fact that I tend to not respond after like a dozen posts, it's because I don't think I can respond to every post. I'm more likely to respond to the ones that signal me. The rest I assume are posts for other people to respond to.

The average homeschooled kid is in the 80th percentile academically. I do think kids should be homeschooled until 6th grade since it's better for them and the parents know what they're doing up until that point. I wouldn't expect the parents to know AP Chem, but they should know multiplication and addition and they should know how to read elementary school books.
I support homeschool and if I had a kid, I'd probably homeschool the kid.

There are 13 million jobs avaliable according to the University of Georgetown that pay $55k or more per year that only require a HS degree. There are 1.6 million adults working minimum wage jobs. Hook them u with a better paying job, and they are out of poverty.There are less and less jobs available for people who don't have a secondary degree.

I don't think people would pursue college unless they want it and are willing to study hard to get their degree. If they fail college, they don't get it for free.
what about trade schools?
Trade schools are good, but I don't know where a non-highschooler can get a trade under their belt.
if you have to pay for something and if you work hard at it and are successful you could get all more most of that money back, that would be the best incentive for success.
This is true, but some people are understandably afraid of taking out tens of thousands of dollars of student debt. If it turns out to not be right for you, you ended up paying tens of thousands of dollars. If they didn't have to focus on debt and could focus solely on their studies, then the passing rate would increase.

Only people who have goo enough grades get the college free. Slackers won't get it, but if the following applies to someone:
-They are getting a STEM degree.
-They have good grades in that STEM degree

Would you be willing to pay for a degree that is useful to society? If someone wanted to be an actuary, an engineer, or something STEM, would you be willing to pay for that degree? I would agree with you that gender studies are trash, but a STEM degree would be useful to society.

The battle of ideas. I may play Devil's advocate for either side, but I'm currently against it for everyone, unless you get it from a scholarship, then you earned it, so it's fine. I don't want people graduating from college with debt though, so my plan to get consenting people educated is to:
1) Show them where good paying jobs are that only require a HS degree.
2) Let them save and invest enough money from that job to earn their college, so they take it more seriously.
3) They earn their degrees, debt free, and they get better jobs on their own.

I think that saying God made the earth 6000 years ago is like saying Immigrants made America 300 years ago. Did the immigrants physically create America by laying all the dirt for it? No. But they established the society for it.
Just as saying that immigrants made America 500 years ago is a metaphor, I think saying that God made the earth 6000 years ago is also a metaphor. He might have established an earthling government 6000 years ago, just as immigrants did to America 300 years ago.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Political_history_of_the_world states that the first civilizations were 5000 years ago in ancient Egypt. Maybe God made one before ancient Egypt that we don't know about due to lack of surviving evidence.

I know this person who was right wing solely because of his stance on the death penalty. I'm like, "there are other issues". The death penalty is such a small issue. It affects very few people compared to the others and the murderer is going to get treated bad either way. I would consider the death penalty to be less of an issue than say abortion or medicare for all or weed or trade deals. Why do some people value/are against the death penalty so badly? As a math person, it's such a small issue.

Nukes do more damage than AK 47s. One bad guy with a gun kills maybe 10 people. A nuke destroys a city. Freedom is valuable, but that valuable.
i'm pretty sure research is done to protect people and property from lightning.
If there is, despite the research, your more likely to die from lightning that you are from an assault weapon. I don't see liberals advocating for more lightning research to save people, because so few people die from lightning strikes, that it's nominal.
There are alot of people who can function in society but should not be allowed to possess a gun because they have proven they cannot be trusted to use it responsibly.

. Here is an article about how 73 children died from gun accidents in 1 year. Children are, by nature of being children, not old enough or responsible enough to be able to be around guns safely. You shouldn't keep knives where children can get them either.
3000 people a year die from lightning. 73 sounds big, but if the odds of a toddler dying is about 2% that of something already rare (death from lightning), then it's not something to worry about.

Hello. I am doing a presentation on gun control for school. My current position is that all guns should be legal, from muskets to AR 15s and AK 47s. So called, "assault weapons" barely kill anyone. Your more likely to die from a lightning strike than you are to die from an "assault weapon" statistically. Yet no one advocates for more research done to prevent humans from dying from lightning. Yet plenty of people talk about banning "dangerous" weapons they think are dangerous, even though dying from them is more rare than dying from lightning. Yet, people are more scared of dying from an AR 15 because of the corrupt liberal establishment news.
I also don't believe in mandatory background checks. This is actually because of a left wing talking point that criminals can get a 2nd chance. If you don't think they are fixed up from the criminal justice system, they should get jailed even more until they are fixed. If they have a history of mental illness that makes them want to shoot someone, they should get put into a mental institution, banning guns for them would make them get guns illegally or another weapon legally. Prisoners in jail shouldn't have guns, but once they are out of jail, their punishment should cease, from getting jobs to getting AR 15s.
I also don't believe that all guns should be locked up so a kid can't get them, largely because they don't use the gun to shoot someone. In my house, there are knives and they are out in the open. Any kid at any time has the ability to get a knife and use it to kill someone. Many other households are like this. Do we have mass stabbings in houses on the scale of millions of stabbings? No. Just as most people don't stab each other, most don't shoot each other when things are out in the open.
Freedom is dangerous as hell but I love it.

I hate something that Eminem was responsible for. His girlfriend got an abortion. I therefore boycott his music and encourage all pro lifers to do the same.

Vasectomies still have a failure rate.
Only for the first 2 months. After that, the unintended pregnancy rate is 0%, unless it grows back, which is super rare (about 1/2000 chance in a lifetime). Vast majority of abortions don't happen under this plan, and unintended pregnancies are gone too.
I suggest removing the penises of males at birth.
How would guys pee out then? Pee poisoning might be an issue if guys can't pee out. Why remove the whole penis when that is not necessary to achieve the goal of sterilising the male to prevent abortions? Just a mandatory vastectomy ought to do it.

If the pope is the word of God, and if some muslim leader is the word of God, they are instructing people to do stuff at the same time. When did I say this? People can have children. They just need to be ready to have the kids before they have the kids. If they're not, they can still have sex, they just do it with a vastectomy so no unwanted pregnancies or abortions take place. Why have kids when your not ready? I don't think they would kill the fetus over their sexuality. I mean, post born homosexuals don't get killed in the US for being gay, so why would they do that to a fetus that they think is a human being? Most Christians don't take their religion as seriously as the bible demands. Otherwise, they would be eating kosher because the bible requires that and Jesus never overturned it. Either that, or when Jesus died for our sins, it now gives Christians an excuse to sin since any sin a person could do, Jesus paid for it.
Murderers can get away scott free if Jesus pays for their sins. This is why as of right now, I don't like Christianity.
God is such a flip flopper. First, he wants you dead for being a murderer, which is understandable at first, even as someone who opposes the death penalty, but then he demands the death penalty for refusing to worship him, since he says that the punishment for sin is death and therefore someone has to die for you refusing to worship him. Then he decides that with Jesus, he will forgive all sins, from refusing to worship him to being a murderer.
Can't God be in between these 2 extremes? Don't punish the people who refuse to worship you, and punish the murderers and the rapists.
