For example, if you look at this video, you will see baby crying in pain while doctor cuts his penis.
Its so painful for the baby that the baby seems to be losing breath while screaming.

Under law, torture is banned.
However, I see plenty of movies where so called "good guys" needlessly torture bad guys.
When good guys are in position to kill bad guys, (once they overpower them) it is often in movies that good guys resort to torturing bad guys really badly before killing them.
