I had a dream about why utilitarianism is bad.

It suffers from infinite torture paradox.

For example,

lets say that there is a vaccine which if you take it, will cause you horrible pain for 10 seconds, and then add 10 years of extra life of happiness to your lifespan.

If we look at utilitarian logic, one should agree to take such vaccine. It both extends life and increases happiness.

However, same principle applies with vaccine that causes you 100 seconds of pain and adds 100 years to your life.

Same principle applies with vaccine that causes you 1000000000000000000 seconds of pain and adds 1000000000000000000 years to your life.

Basically, if you follow utilitarian logic, in the end you would logically have to agree to be tortured for almost infinity just to increase your lifespan by more time than the time you were tortured. An absurd situation.

Also, utilitarianism suffers from an increase in evil.

If person only does good, person will always increase good while not adding evil. However, if person does more good than evil, person will also add evil to the world. This really falls apart when applied to society, because overwhelming majority cant even know if their action does more good than evil.

Children in school memorize lots of things they dont like because it apparently makes them smarter, so I figured, surely memorizing things you like will have greater effect.

I have learned how to gain more power.

I have learned two facts:

1. Text can be memorized, images are more difficult to memorize

2. There is a text that makes you happy when you hear it, such as good songs, interesting prayers, or stories...

From these two facts, the only conclusion which can be made is that person is supposed to memorize lots of songs he likes, lots of prayers he likes, lots of stories he likes.

Basically, if you have a song you like, you are supposed to memorize its whole text.

The song makes you happy, so it makes sense to memorize it and repeat on your own often.

I have memorized about 11 different songs and prayers so far.

I have to say, best way to do it is memorize them, then repeat each of them once a day, usually before sleep.

This creates a healthy brain, a productive brain, a safe brain.

I dont think there is any disadvantage with constantly memorizing things you like. Basically, you are filling your brain with things which make you happy.

Not gonna lie. Pure force user is probably the worst class in this game. I play from start now to try to invest more in only force wave, drain, storm and kill.

I dont know why is it that when you play as a lightsaber user, game is way too easy even on most difficult level, but when you try to play as pure force user, the game becomes insane and difficult.

It seems that force powers were placed in game to only serve as some support and thats all. Most of them are literally worthless. Like, other than drain and wave, I am not sure what to even use against more powerful sith. Kill is good vs weaker enemies. Force storm is kinda only good vs groups.

But even drain is not that useful, and wave requires level 18.

So basically, you are in theory much more powerful as a pure force user, but in practice you will always be meeting opponents with force immunity, making your force powers borderline useless and making you feel weak.

I mean, not sure why the game would give counsuler class if it just needs to be played same way as guardian class.

This apprentice is simply overpowered character. Even with max Wisdom and Charisma, I can never stun him while he can almost always stun me for 12 seconds, which is a long time.

I just dont get it, whats the point of making game balance such that an enemy can basically freeze your entire party as much as he wants. Really, the only thing allowing me to even play against this guy is the fact that this computer enemy chooses not to spam stuns all the time, so I get to move during time when he chooses not to use it.

I really dont get it, the game balance sucks for pure force users.

There is simply nothing in it for you because no matter how much points you put in wisdom and charisma, you keep running out of force points very quickly, and your force powers still mostly fail to do anything except some small damage.

Like, really, the moment you run into a powerful enemy, it all falls apart and you have to lower difficulty setting.

Now, maybe it was my fault for not choosing different force powers like something similar to force breach, force storm on all characters, or drain life on all.
