No two persons are equal.

They just have equal right to not be forced to things they dont want.

I blame this on the education system being geared to people who don't matter
Education system teaches things which mostly dont matter.

Like, most people cant even think in form of premises and conclusion.

Most people think they have said something smart because it felt good to say it, but once they try to put it in form of premises, the stupidity actually shows itself.

Like, if a person doesnt know what is assumption (what is unproven premise), what are other options(other possible premises), how to check if premise is correct, if its outweighed...ect. then no amount of high IQ can help since the person has no  basis for thinking and thus makes all decisions with "feels right" mentality, like an animal.

It's only geniuses who count
Not really. There are plenty of geniuses made retarded by bias of the education system. Like, they have high IQ and all, but they dont have the actual will and knowledge to achieve something better than what they were given.

Also, when it comes to logical reasoning, it actually takes a bit more than a genius, because to know what is true and what isnt is a whole new level of ability which 99.99% of people dont have.

Bad news for USA - Russia and North Korea enter into military alliance
"The Russian president, Vladimir Putin, and the North Korean leader, Kim Jong-un, have signed a pact that includes a clause requiring the countries to come to each other’s aid if either is attacked.
The inclusion of a mutual defence clause in their comprehensive strategic partnership, which Kim described as an “alliance”, will add to the west’s alarm over growing economic and military ties between North Korea and Russia. The deal was finalised on Wednesday after hours of talks in the North Korean capital, Pyongyang."

This means two things:

1. North Korea could come and directly help Russia in war in Ukraine, which would mean that Ukraine would be now also up against millions of North Korean soldiers, millions more artillery pieces, thousands more tanks and missiles.

2. Russia could guarantee protection of North Korea, so North Korea is free to invade South Korea and USA wont be able to come to help South Korea without starting a global nuclear war with Russia.

This deal is a complete victory for North Korea, since it formed a military alliance with one of the most powerful nuclear forces on Earth.

The Kennedy's have largely endorsed Biden, despite having a relative running for presidency.
I still dont see whats so special about Biden that people want him run again.

He didnt do anything great, just average.

I guess the only thing which makes Biden look good is that he seems less extreme than Trump, but in US politics, it is extreme which often wins.

Being critical of people(children) does not necessairally make them better
1. Low self-esteem

So, you were constantly told that you didn't deserve love, kindness or respect as a child (verbally or through actions that speak louder than words). Low self-esteem isn't a stretch—in fact, it's basically expected.

"It logically follows that you would believe those things, especially if you are not given other possible choices," says Dr. Erisa M. Preston, Psy.D., a licensed clinical psychologist and the regional psychotherapy director at Mindpath Health.

Dr. Preston says a few signs of low self-esteem are poor eye contact, slumped posture and difficulty advocating for yourself.

2. Perfectionism

If failure wasn't tolerated in childhood, it's natural to strive to get it right 100% of the time in adulthood—even if you cognitively know perfection doesn't exist. And yet? Impossible expectations are your norm.

"A child can learn that what they do is never good enough and will try to meet impossibly high expectations and standards as a way to please their caregivers," Dr. Ernesto Lira de la Rosa, Ph.D., a psychologist and the Hope for Depression Research Foundation media advisor. "That is why you may set high expectations for yourself and have a hard time finishing things until they are perfect."

3. Negative self-talk

That inner critic is a beast in people who were constantly criticized as children.

"The criticism provided by caregivers can become something that the child (and later as an adult) continues on their own," Dr. Pausic says. "Often, these adults are harsh self-critics and have difficulty breaking this pattern."

4. Difficulty accepting compliments

Negative self-talk can also make it hard to let some positivity into your life, even when it comes from people you love and respect.

"When someone constantly criticizes you, genuine compliments can feel confusing or undeserved," says Dr. Gayle MacBride, Ph.D., LP of Veritas Psychology Partners.

Dr. MacBride says that if you or a loved one constantly responds to compliments with phrases like, "It wasn't that great. I could have done better," you need some help healing your inner child from constant criticism.

5. Being hyper-critical of others

People who were chronically put down as kids may not just be hard on themselves. Dr. Preston says they may also consistently look for faults in others or assume the worst in people without giving them the benefit of the doubt. It's all part of a vicious cycle that is challenging to break.

"You learn as a child that it is normal, expected and acceptable to speak to people in contemptuous and derisive ways," Dr. Preston says. "If that is predominantly what you have known, you would believe those are normal and appropriate ways to communicate with others."

6. Hyper-defensive attitudes

People who are criticized frequently as kids can feel like they're constantly under a microscope, and all their caregivers see is flaws.

"As a result, you learn to anticipate those criticisms, defend yourself at a moment’s notice, and protect yourself in ways you may not have been able to as a child," Dr. Preston says.

You may struggle with constructive feedback, even when taking it can improve your life.

7. People-pleasing

Do you have issues saying no to outings that don't really interest you? Do you have a nagging feeling that you're the last person on your priority list?

"A child who was frequently criticized might try to people-please or overly anticipate someone’s needs to avoid even the appearance of negativity," Dr. MacBride says. "They may prioritize others' needs over their own and have difficulty setting boundaries.

8. Self-reliance

Wait, isn't self-reliance an admirable trait? It can be.

"But there is such a thing as too much of a good thing," Dr. MacBride says. "These people become independent and resourceful but also can struggle to trust or connect with others. These individuals have learned 'I’m the only one who will be there for me,' and as such, they operate more like a 'lone wolf.'"

Remember, it's OK to ask for help when you need it.

9. Social anxiety

Anxiety, including in social settings, is common in people who spent their childhoods in highly critical settings.

"If we grow up in an environment where negative and critical feedback is consistent and constant, we may experience a lot of social anxiety because we never know when we are going to be on the receiving end of critical feedback," Dr. Lira de la Rosa says. "This anxiety can transform into social anxiety in adult relationships, and we may worry about what others are thinking about us and fear that we will upset them.

10. Comparison

Comparison is the thief of joy—it's also something many people struggle with.

"However, children who are consistently criticized will overly rely on comparing themselves to others because they may not have learned to trust their own skills and abilities," Dr. Lira de la Rosa says. "As adults, they may constantly compare themselves to other people and beat themselves up for not being like everyone else because they feel inadequate.

11. Constant apologizing

"I'm sorry" can be powerful. However, saying it all day, every day, may be a flag.

"Children may learn to apologize as a way to survive in a highly critical environment," Dr. Lira de la Rosa says. "They may continue to engage in this behavior as adults and may apologize for making mistakes or simply being themselves.

12. Trust issues

Trust is key to relationships, and people who grew up under constant criticism may struggle with it.

"When a child's primary caregivers are critical, it can be difficult for them to trust others' intentions or motivations," Dr. MacBride says. "Humans are a deeply social species that crave belonging and connection. Criticism tends to bring shame and severs the feeling of belonging. They may be guarded in their relationships and have difficulty forming close bonds.

13. Difficulty regulating emotions

"Just relax" and "You're too sensitive" may have been constant lines you heard—even though stress, anger and sadness are all normal. Childhood is a time to learn this fact and how to cope.

"If children do not learn that their emotions are valid and normal, they can have challenges regulating their emotions as adults," Dr. Lira de la Rosa says. "Moreover, when children grow up in a highly critical environment, they may experience difficulties regulating what we call 'negative emotions.' They may feel them very intensely and do not know how to self-soothe during these moments.

How to Silence Your Inner Critic and Heal Your Inner Child

1. Validate your feelings

Your caregivers may not have told you your feelings are valid, but they were and are. Ditto for your lived experience.

"If you are healing from negative childhood experiences, remember that your younger self did the best to survive an invalidating and chaotic environment," Dr. Lira de la Rosa says. "As you begin to heal, it is possible that you are learning to honor and feel your emotions."

Take time to honor your emotions.

"This means that emotions will start slowly, sometimes rather quickly, and reach a really high point, but they will eventually subside," he explains. "We can learn to ride this emotional wave, and by doing this, we are allowing ourselves to heal and process emotions that we likely did not get a chance to process in childhood.

2. Practice self-compassion

As you acknowledge your feelings, treat yourself with kindness and understanding.

"Often, I ask my clients to consider their self-talk," Dr. MacBride says. "If it's not something they would tolerate hearing from a friend, they shouldn't say it to themselves. It is critical that we speak to ourselves in ways consistent with how we expect others to treat us.

3. Seek professional support

You don't have to go it alone (looking at you, self-reliant types).

"Depending on the impact of the childhood criticism, it can be highly beneficial to speak with a mental health professional who can provide guidance and assess the impact your childhood has had on your current functioning." Dr. Pausic says. "They can provide strategies and tools for you to move past negative self-images and improve your confidence."

Support groups can also help.

4. Put it in the past (where it belongs)

Dr. Preston knows this one is easier said than done.

"However, when you focus your current and future life on past events, you are looking backward instead of forward," Dr. Preston says. "Look at what you want for the future. Look at what you want for your current life. Determine what you need to do to get to that picture you have for yourself.

Being critical of people(children) does not necessairally make them better
If you've scrolled parenting Instagram or MomTok, you may have seen the line: "The way we talk to our children becomes their inner voice." It's by Peggy O'Mara, and the one-time owner of Mothering Magazine had a point.

"Childhood is a critical time for development," says Dr. Beth Pausic, Psy.D., a clinical psychologist with Kooth Digital Health. "On an emotional level, this development includes forming our self-identity, learning emotional regulation, developing social skills and emotional resilience. While this developmental process is influenced by multiple factors, one main contributing factor is our relationship with our caregivers."

Interactions are fundamental. Children who feel secure and supported are likelier to go on to have healthy relationships with themselves and others. Kids who are constantly criticized may hear a caregiver's voice on repeat in their heads—it's now their inner critic.

"If a parent/caregiver is consistently critical, it can set a foundation for the development of unhealthy behaviors and a negative self-image," Dr. Pausic says. "If conditions in childhood tend to be overly critical, it can put the child at a disadvantage in developing a healthy self-concept and may also influence their relationships and well-being."

It may also prompt them to have several (or all) of these 13 traits that people who felt constantly criticized as children often display in adulthood.

Trump is the new Republican party, or MAGA party which has become pretty much a major power in US politics.

Trump didnt even need to show up to a Republican debate to win it.

You could actually see people debating and somehow losing a debate so badly against a person who wasnt even there.

It was funny. It was like they were paid to make horrible arguments to make Trump look good.

I have never actually heard of anyone saying US won in Iraq.

I thought it was common knowledge that Iraq war was a "two decades of disaster" which led to civil wars all over the place and cost US both in military expense and multiplied its enemies.

Really, like it or not, Saddam was keeping ISIS in control, and was the only one who was able to keep Iraq united and stable.

It was in US interest to make Saddam into ally. Now USA has to pay even more money to keep Iraq's current government alive which is barely able to survive even with US help.

Assuming just for the sake of argument that the Houthis had some moral justification for that, they have no way of knowing where ships are headed. They're indiscriminately firing on random targets.
Most ships there travel towards Israel and its allies. Besides, collateral damage isnt something US has right to complain about.

In other words, they're asking to be bombed by said allies who they're attacking, such as the United States, and they have no right to complain.
Actually, you have no right to complain when ships get bombed by Yemen, since Yemen is morally justified in attacking terrorist ships.

If it's irrelevant, why should Americans pay a trillion dollars a year for nothing?
Thats a good question.

They dont.

Its payed by more of the printed/borrowed money which doesnt even go into circulation, so has no effect on economy.

The bigger issue is printed money which goes in economy, since that creates demand and inflation.

The actual problem, again, is 8 trillions USA owes to other countries.

The rest of debt is held by banks in USA, which belong to USA, so its pretty much just complicated version of money printing.

Most of US debt is irrelevant, since its located inside US.

The only problem is debt which you owe to other countries, as well as huge trade deficit which should be fixed as soon as possible by implementing tarrifs. Yes, tarrifs will increase poverty in USA, but trade deficit represents a weakness so it must be solved somehow.

What happens when Categorical Imperative is not followed? Why should people follow it?
There are actions which, when practiced on mass scale, would yield terrible results.

Thus, to practice them on small scale is also bad, since every action also has potential to multiply itself and turn from small scale to large scale.

For example, if parents spank a child, it sends message to that child how doing violence because of small disagreements is okay, which later in life increases amount of violence child commits.

Thus, any deviation from Categorical Imperative on small scale can easily result in deviation on large scale.

When society doesnt follow Categorical Imperative, what happens is a contradiction.

Society which follows Categorical Imperative is a society without contradiction.

But if it ababdons Categorical Imperative, amounts of contradictions increase.

First, contradictions between individuals rise.

Contradictions in survival, property, power, and contradictions in activities make it impossible for society to remain comfortable to live in.

For example, if some person can kill another and get away with it, such society becomes terrible to live in.

If person can rape others or steal from others, such person becomes in contradiction with others. They cannot live in peace.

If any type of body violation becomes common, what always results is the justification of even more body violations, due to consistency.

Therefore, society which deviates from Categorical Imperative is a society which practices negative and false moral consistencies, such as "if that person can do bad things, so can I.".

For example, a society where lies are widespread, people are going to justify their lies by saying how other people would lie in that situation too.

But society built on lies cannot build truth, which results in harm.

Thus, abandoning Categorical Imperative will likely result in decay of society, especially due to negative justification such as "two wrongs make a right", "if they can, so can I", "everyone else would do this bad thing too"...

Hikikomori - What happens when you force high expectations on people
Hikikomori (Japanese: ひきこもり or 引きこもり, lit. "pulling inward, being confined"), also known as severe social withdrawal,[1][2][3][4][5] is total withdrawal from society and seeking extreme degrees of social isolation and confinement.[6] Hikikomori refers to both the phenomenon in general and the recluses themselves, described as loners or "modern-day hermits".[7] The phenomenon is primarily recognized in Japan, although similar concepts exist in other languages and cultures, especially South Korea.[8][9] Estimates suggest that in Japan, half a million youths have become social recluses,[10] as well as more than half a million middle-aged individuals.[11] In South Korea, the estimates vary from around 350 thousand to over half a million.[12]

The Japanese education system puts great demands upon youth. There is high competition to pass entrance exams into the next tier of education in what could be termed a rigid pass-or-fail ideology, which could induce a high level of stress. Echoing the traditional Confucian values of society, the educational system is viewed as playing an important part in society's overall productivity and success.[47]
In this social frame, students often face significant pressure from parents and society in general to conform to its dictates and doctrines.[48] These doctrines, while part of modern Japanese society, are increasingly being rejected by Japanese youth in varying ways such as hikikomorifreeterNEET (Not currently engaged in Employment, Education, or Training), and parasite singles. The term "Hodo-Hodo zoku" (the "So-So tribe") applies to younger workers who refuse promotion to minimize stress and maximize free time.[citation needed]
Beginning in the 1960s, the pressure on Japanese youth to succeed began successively earlier in their lives, sometimes starting before pre-school, where even toddlers had to compete through an entrance exam for the privilege of attending one of the best pre-schools. This was said to prepare children for the entrance exam of the best kindergarten, which in turn prepared the child for the entrance exam of the best elementary schooljunior high schoolhigh school, and eventually for their university entrance exam.[49] Many adolescents take one year off after high school to study exclusively for the university entrance exam, and are known as ronin.[50] More prestigious universities have more difficult exams. The most prestigious university with the most difficult exam is the University of Tokyo.[51]
Since 1996, the Japanese Ministry of Education has taken steps to address this 'pressure-cooker' educational environment and instill greater creative thought in Japanese youth by significantly relaxing the school schedule from six-day weeks to five-day weeks and dropping two subjects from the daily schedule, with new academic curricula more comparable to Western educational models. However, Japanese parents are sending their children to private cram schools, known as juku, to 'make up' for lost time.[52]
After graduating from high school or university, Japanese youth also have to face a very difficult job market in Japan, often finding only part-time employment and ending up as freeters with little income, unable to start a family.[53]
Another source of pressure is from their co-students, who may harass and bully (ijime) some students for a variety of reasons, including physical appearance, wealth, or educational or athletic performance. Refusal to participate in society makes hikikomori an extreme subset of a much larger group of younger Japanese that includes freeters.[51][52]

When I was at school, my parents made me study and do all sorts of tasks which will never be useful to me.

I had to draw, but I am never going to be an artist.

I had to learn complicated equations, only to never use them after that.

I had to learn about biology, only to forget it all.

I had to learn history, which wasnt useful.

And after years of finishing school and high school, I realized that everything I learned there, I learned for nothing, and I had to start from nothing learning job skills which I was never taught in school.

It's better to have education and not need it than to need it and not have it.
Is it better?

Education costs money and lowers workforce.

Schools anyway have incentive to allow smart kids to go there, but when it comes to stupid kids, most of them are just wasting 12 years of resources not working while having others work for them. And in the end, they end up doing a job which didnt even require education.

I went to school for 12 years. I ended up doing a job as a factory worker which didnt even require me to know how to read. Then I moved to farming, and all it takes is knowing how to set prices, which doesnt require knowledge further from reading.

Inflation had to come due to covid and Trump.

Under Trump, US GDP decreased for the first time ever, unemployment was high, Trump put trillions into economy and the consequence of that had to be inflation.

Besides, war with Russia also adds to the price, not just by what we pay to Ukraine, but trade chains being broken due to sanctions.

There are plenty of jobs which dont require any education other than what you get while doing those jobs anyway. Jobs such as cleaners, factory workers, farmers...ect. and almost any physical job. Parents can teach their kids to read and write, and for many people thats quite enough.

You can reduce:

1. Military
2. Healthcare
3. Social security

Or reduce all 3.

The bigger question is how do you reduce without causing negative consequences.

Abolishing police, for example, would reduce spending and boost economy since that workforce would be moved to productive sector.

But then crime could  be a problem.

Making all schools private would probably be best.

As for reducing healthcare, I dont see that happening, but it would mean someone no longer has health insurance.

Reducing military at the time when all our enemies are increasing theirs rapidly might not be a great move.

It still probably should be because the consumer is the reason the product gets produced.
Same applies to every other video of a crime posted on the internet.

But if producer of child porn was arrested, but his videos were available for free on the internet, there wouldnt be any "pay" to anyone for watching it, so what would your argument even be then?

Kant's Categorical Imperative and body ownership
It took me quite some time to figure out that Categorical Imperative is actually a complicated name for ideal society for all.

Thus, ideal action is an action which is ideal for all, since each person is treated as an end.

For example, not claiming ownership of anyone's body, and acting under such principle, is ideal for all.

We can imagine ideal society where no one violates the body of another, thus where all people are benefited by such principle.

Such principle contains no contradiction and is beneficial for all, thus by Categorical Imperative, such principle is best.

Any opposite principle would yield a contradiction, because if any person can violate another person's body, then such action cannot be practiced by all, since not all have ability to violate other people's bodies. Thus, any opposite principle would be impossible to follow by all.

Therefore, the principle of body rights is morally perfect and even most desirable one to have, since it lets every individual realize his wants under his own borders.

Some people enjoy watching speeding videos on YouTube, so again your logic doesnt work.

You are obviously just looking for excuses, and arent making any sense anymore.

some other people pay you to murder person A
So if child porn is not payed for by viewer, then its not a crime for that viewer?

Trump is a Russian Asset
Yeah, you think Trump will nuke Russia because of Ukraine.

Are you hoping that whoever reads your comment is brainless and would believe you?

Well, MAGA MORONS are brainless, but they already believe everything Trump says.

Guess the future - dichotomy of possibilities
3 drinks a day to meet all of your daily nutrient needs made from a powdered substance that has all essential vitamins and nutrients in  perfect macro amounts
Well, sure, but we already have pills and drinks for that. I am quite certain there are some drinks out there which can give you lots of calories. Well, people had alcohol and juice for thousands of years. I am sure they have some high calorie drinks now, such as protein drinks. Kitchen oil has bunch of calories, like 600 per 100 milliliters. The only problem is taste, but people usually mix it with something. So thats more of a present than it is future.
