I definitely was NOT expecting there to be three mafia players in this game, nor was I expecting this thread to be up so soon. Pretty sure the theme split is cannibals vs killers who aren't cannibals. 

Anyway, I think this game is solved. I'm obviously town, Vader is obviously town, and Pie pretty much has to be town. That leaves just Wylted and Bullish. We can lynch them in either order and win. I want Bullish's claim right now.

Aileen Wuornos had a morbid fascination with suicide and taken together with the sexual nature of her crimes, I am the town Lover. At the end of the last DP, I selected That2. If I’d have died, That2 would have died with me. Still could do that since lynching me accomplishes the same goal.

No. WyIted talked about things irrelevant to finding scum. Me accusing WyIted is directed at finding scum. Not the same thing.

Sure, but it's better than nothing. Nobody is affiliation confirmed. If we discover mafia have a role blocker or something, then you'll know I'm probably not that. Also why go after me? Does having a confirmable role make me more suspicious than everybody without one?

Actually, Pie is right, we really don't have much time to discuss this. The day is going to end before very long and we need to coalesce around a lynch. I'd be okay with lynching Savant or That2, who feel like the only realistic options to me right now. If they're town and we're wrong, at least with Savant we're only losing a messenger, not a huge deal. The utility of That2's role (potentially baiting the NK and causing it to fail) has also been more or less ruined by them claiming.

I am the town hider, I hid my victims in forests and hid my crimes ~20 years before being linked to them with dna evidence. I insta die if I hide behind mafia. 

Also, why not use both votes?

Players tend to be more interrogative as town and try to blend in as scum. Of reasons to scum read that2, I wouldn't say that's one of them.

I'm open to this lynch, but at least give a reason beyond "something feels off."

Well it's already been brought up that my character could be part of a scum pair. But then, the theme split could also be pretty much anything, and all it takes is one scum fake claiming to make it near impossible to identify the split.

Basically, how it works is that I send the item, Lunatic tells the receiver the name of the item and asks them whether they want to use it or not (without telling them what it does), and if they choose to use it, then they gain the listed effect.

Anyway, I'll just claim inventor. Usually I'm a lot tighter with role claiming but I haven't been particularly active and I think it's useful to claim here. 

Basically, my justification is that Ed Gein made items from his victims, therefore I can send items to other players. However, only I know what they do, which is why it's mechanically correct for me to claim that before I send them, since some are negative utility, some are positive, some are neutral, etc. So if I didn't claim, that'd basically force the receiver of my item to use it blind and that's a risk.

My four items are (had to paraphrase some weird stuff but this should all be mechanically accurate):

Mary Hogan's Face Mask: Asceticizer (target will become immune to non-lethal actions for the night)

Belt of Nipples: Cop check (target can cop check another player that night but forfeits all other abilities)

Chair Covered in Human Skin: Commuter (target can't be targeted, can't target other players)

Human Skull Soup Bowl: Strengthener (target's action can't be stopped/interfered with)

So... discuss how we want these to be used.

I don't think both pies would be scum just one and I know everyone is like "but how would that work". Obviously the scum pie is not aware of his scum partner otherwise it would interfere with town pie playing to his wincon. If I was Pie and scum I would NK myself to just simplify the game and because I would see myself as a threat to myself

I wish I was engaged in this game, the theme kills my motivation to play. Bullish's reaction to being pushed feels real, pretty dramatic. Wanting to move the game is town play,  I like the thought put into the latest defense of character claiming. Hope Bullish is not engaging in theater.
