with red flag laws, the accused people get due process. all due process is is a court having a hearing on the matter to ensure the situation is just and legal.
Some states don’t have due process built into their red flag laws. That’s why I said - due process is a must...the govt must prove in a court of law that the firearm would be harmful to society and dangerous to the person himself.
Even then however, the question would be do you trust the government including the courts, since judges can have an agenda as well.

And for your second point, you’re making my point - there’s a lot of food out there (we can produce more if needed). The government subsidizes agriculture in the US. Like I said earlier - it’s a matter of getting the food to the people. ocean farming. we have vast swaths of unused ocean. sea weed, fish, mussel etc. i read that an area the size of the state of oregon could feed the world, so we have basically unlimited potential. plus sea weed captures a lot more carbon than trees do.
It’s not a matter of growing food...it’s a matter of getting it to people - trust me I did a project on this.

The existence of a town poisoner who was inactive strongly suggests the existence of a mafia poisoner, if only because I doubt Supa would have submitted any actions. Two poisoners would verify Club's even-day claim, as if we didn't need more evidence that Club was town. So, it looks to me as if there is probably a mafia poisoner out there.
Why would Supa not have submitted any night actions. He was online 3 hours ago making him more than capable of submitting a night action. The town poisoner is essentially a vigilante role in this scenario. We don’t know if Supa was one to Poison Wylted NP1 or Club NP3. Either way Club is not the lynch today - dude’s scum and he’s dead at the end of the DP.

They likely didn’t NK NP1 because they targeted Disc who was 1x BP and therefore not killable. Or they just didn’t NK which would be stupid given it was NP1 and they got a free NK with a VTNL.
As for the fake poisoner, it was probably designed to wreak havoc. Not poisoning somebody led to the multitude of theories we have right now. Plus they realized that whoever they Poison would be Town Confirmed aka Wylted who is on my Town list.
But all of this is besides the point. You cannot start a wagon on me without screwing over time; we have less than 4 hours I believe.
