Obama took a crap load of documents when he left office…Going after Trump like this is purely political and has nothing to do with any actual criminal activities.
That’s a lie. The Obama documents we’re transferred the National Archives facility in the Chicago area. See below dummy.
Trump is a dummy. He says stupid things. Then you, being a dummy, listen to Trump and repeat his stupid things.

You think Trump had 500 profitable businesses? Name 20. And real estate counts as one big failure because he declared bankruptcy.
He had an airline, a casino, a “university”, steaks, water, golf course,

It's always amusing when an idiot calls another person they do not know, personally or otherwise, an idiot. Hypocrisy 101.
But how would you call me an idiot then? You don’t know me “personally or otherwise”. Hypocrisy 201.

In reality, you arent attacked and play victim to justify lashing out.
I’m not attacked? Want to bet? Do you have your eyes open?
Here’s one - “Wow. Way to demonstrate to the proverbial "T" what a Jar Head you are.”
Another - Yeah, this is why an E4 Military Police Investigator is more intelligent than a mere butter bar Jar Head Marine.
You are losing credibility as a “rational” madman.

You are calling them hypocrites to justify your own hypocrisy.
And people who are intolerant of intolerant people are themselves intolerant?
If people support a President who insults, why should I refrain from insulting those people?
If people say Obama was born in Kenya or even he may have been born in Kenya, I immediately flag that person as a wack job and likely a racist.

Bull shit. I defend my views very logically. I attack people when they attack me. I won’t standby and be attacked by an obviously ignorant person.
And the politician who uses insults and lies the most is undisputedly Donald Trump. So the people who bitch about ad hominem attacks supported a guy for president who excels at personal attacks. Hypocrites. Idiots!
I make my argument and if the guy has been identified as hostile and ignorant, I add in an insult or two for emphasis.
Democrat politicians should try it. Democrats need to be more robust and aggressive when dealing with idiot republicans.

I say that Kenya is not like the surface of Mars or anything and that on the face of it someone being born there is not absurd.
Make an argument? Have you ever seen a picture of Obama’s mother in Kenya? In order to be born in Kenya, his mother would have had to been there, right? And, since no one has ever disputed that his mother was an American citizen, he would be no less an American than Ted Cruz who was born in Canada. Yet there was very little talk of Cruz not being a natural born citizen. Why? RACISM by republicans.

What I don't get is why you come to a debate website
To let people know they don’t know what they are talking about. To push back on crazy talk. So the nut jobs can’t ever say “why didn’t somebody tell me I was crazy” like these poor bastards that had their lives ruined after being arrested for their conduct on January 6.
You may think it’s appropriate to validate their nonsense. You may think you can reason with unreasonable people. I think that’s a big mistake and it’s why the Tea Party morphed into MAGA world. Speak truth to crazy!

Why has Trump either refused to testify under oath like he did in the Russian collusion investigation or plead the 5th as he did in New York a couple days ago. Is it because he is guilty of the crimes he is being investigated for or because his lawyers are afraid he will lie under oath, which is a crime.

So if I point a gun at your head add cock the hammer, you can’t defend yourself just because you believe I am going to shoot you. You must wait until I fire the gun? Is that correct?

Poor Black immigrants show less crack cocaine usage than poor white Americans. It's not an issue of poverty. It's an issue of culture.
You are misunderstanding. I’m not saying being poor or black causes people to use crack.
I’m saying a poor person who is addicted will need to steal to support their addiction, while a person of means has money to pay for their addiction so they don’t have to steal.
I hope you are not suggesting that black culture lends itself to drug use more than white culture. Because it’s not about culture or family values or anything other than being poor that causes addicted Americans to steal and commit violence to feed their addiction.
Poor addicted people steal - regardless of skin color.
Rich addicted people don’t steal, at least until the lose their jobs.

Warrants are NOT issued without fact-based evidence.
Ok great, we agree. Red flag laws will provide warrants for the removal of weapons from persons believed to pose a danger and warrants are not issued “Willy-Nilly”. Perfect. We agree.

Unbelievable! Court is court. If you won’t trust the judicial system, “ all testimony is unreliable” then there’s nothing we can do as a society to establish law and order. The judge makes a decision on what is real and credible. If you don’t like it, you can appeal. If the appeal fails - it’s tough shit.

Lol. This is painful. The article you cited from the Military News says the cops took the gun without a warrant. Red flag laws involve a warrant from a judge to take the guns. Red flag laws provide due process. Now you wouldn’t learn that on FOX News, but you need to do more research and understand what you are talking about.

I don’t support legalizing any form of cocaine. The drug destroys lives and causes criminal activity. But to make the penalty for using crack higher than for using powder was all about getting poor blacks off the street and giving wealthier people a slap on the wrist for participating in the same criminal activity.
It’s good though. You are learning here by getting away from the influence of your white supremacist friends.

Without the crack, no addiction.
Without the addiction, no violence.
Crack causes addiction to crack.
Addiction to crack causes violence.
Therefore, Crack causes violence.
This is faulty reasoning, LCpl. The reason crack causes violence is because it’s used by poor black people. If it were used by rich black people, or rich white people, there wouldn’t be any violence associated with its use. Get it? The key isn’t the drug, it’s the financial status of the people using the drug.

Crack cocaine is more psychologically addicting than powder cocaine and is thus more likely to result in chronic and heavy use. In addition, the drug is more commonly associated with systemic violence than its counterpart

crack causes violence
Crack doesn’t cause violence, being poor with an addiction causes violence. (as a result of committing crimes to feed the addiction)
If powder cocaine was cheaper than crack, then blacks would choose powder and the authorities would stiffen penalties for powder because it caused more violence.
Created:

@Greyparrot
Pretty sure an idiot would blow through 400 million faster than Hunter Biden's cocaine stash.
Trump did, as you know he has declared bankruptcy several times. He has resorted to fraud to stay afloat.
Trump University, stealing from his charities, bilking his election defense fund, financing from Russian oligarchs, money laundering, tax fraud, stealing from his 100 million dollar inauguration fund, violating the emoluments clause of the constitution, on and on.

@TWS1405
That is why those who get busted for crack get harsher sentences, which has nothing to do with being black or white. It's the end result of the use and addiction - the violence - that gets users busted…
The most important difference though is blacks tend to use crack and whites tend to use powder. The violence results from the facts that blacks are poor and can’t afford their addiction so they use criminal behavior, including violence, to feed their addiction. The violence isn’t fueled by any chemical differences between crack and powder. And your article says that when powder cocaine is injected in the vein, it acts similar to crack.
Like former AG Jeff Sessions said - “there are two kinds of crime, regular and black”

In fact, there is a linear relationship between the degree of racist attitude and smallness of naughty parts, and by applying the Stanford Racism Equivalency Test to the number and type of TWS1405 posts, we find that TWS1405's racial attitudes result from deep feelings of inadequacy associated with the fact that his tiny member looks like a button.
I think you are on to something. I noticed his strange behavior as well. He has repeatedly talked about how awesome he was before he got old. Then there’s his silly little blog based on White Grievance. The FBI should have a file on this guy.
Besides the small penis thing, there’s the fact he was a LCpl in the military and he was unable to become a real cop as a civilian.

I say that if Obama was not born in Kenya it speaks volumes about the abused trust of media and government that so many people don't trust them to relay that information accurately.
If? If Obama wasn’t born in Kenya? Are you one of those?
No, it was just racism. And the fact people don’t trust the media and government is because most people are ignorant when it comes to the issues. They fail to exercise good critical thinking skills, they believe sources that lack credentials to speak with authority, and there are a lot of people, like FOX News and Republicans, who are willing to give them the lies they want to believe.

You ask for supreme court rulings, but if one happens to say something like "secure from search and seizure ~ privacy != abortion" you cry " That's no truesupreme court ruling!"
Ya go figure, there are good Supreme Court rulings and bad Supreme Court rulings. Some are grounded in racist thinking like the Dred Scott decision, blacks are inferior human beings, and some are based on logic like Roe v Wade, a women’s decision to continue a pregnancy is a private matter.

It is the derision that created those movements. You don't think 30-40 million people just have an inexplicable love of orange haired real estate moguls do you?
Yes, I have heard that before - that disdain for low information citizens who readily accept unfounded conspiracy theories is causing them to get even more angry. What can you say about someone who thinks Barack Obama was born in Kenya? Or that contrails from airliners are evidence the government is poisoning the people? Often these people are driven by racism and status anxiety - they are falling out of the middle class. All I can say is don’t say stupid things and people won’t think you’re stupid. In the Information Age, ignorance is a choice.
They love Trump because he says the same stupid things they say. The same racist tropes that they want to say.

Universal background checks are already in place for 22 states and DC. Yet the Feds haven't instituted it despite all their rhetoric to do so.Law abiding citizens have nothing to hide, so fine, close the private sale loophole and force people to use federally licensed gun dealers to be the middleman in private sales. It isn't that hard. I've used it before. It was simple.
Ok, so we agree. The Congress needs to institute background checks for all gun purchases in all 50 states!
Magazine capacity limits of 10 for pistols has already been done. It was done back in like 1996 or thereabouts. I remember because I got a pistol late 1995 early 1996 that came with a 15-round clip, after that, all clips that came with a pistol or sold were 10 or less (depending on size of the pistol).
Even in California you are allowed to purchase and possess handgun magazines that exceed 10 rounds. Perhaps this is part of the problem - you don’t know exactly what the laws are.
Red flag laws are patently unconstitutional and unnecessary. There are already enough laws on the books that can do the same once an actual legal case has been brought to the Courts for a judge to sign off on this after evidence has been presented to justify it. Not before without due process.
Red flag laws include due process. A family member or police believe someone who owns a gun is a danger to himself or others. They petition a judge and hear the facts. Then the judge makes a decision on removing the firearm. What are these “laws on the books” you believe do the same thing? Why aren’t they “patently unconstitutional” but red flag laws are?

Ok, but woman have a constitutional right to an abortion, until we got a few nut jobs on the Supreme Court who are applying their personal beliefs to get a desired legal result. That right will likely return in most of the 25 red states where it is now under threat.
A military draft has not been deemed a violation of our constitutional rights as far as I know. Do you have a case to cite from the Supreme Court?

As it so happens, I have mild asthma. It's not debilitating, but I couldn't imagine being a star football player. Granted, I was never sporty to begin with, but this is something on top of that. And I mentioned baseball for a reason: that sport kicks up a lot of dust. The odds of Joe Biden knowingly having asthma and playing baseball at the same time are rather slim. And yet, he played baseball in the same age range when he allegedly had asthma.
I played baseball all through my childhood. Dust wasn’t a big problem on the baseball fields I played on. Biden did have asthma and was treated for it during his childhood. That’s why he was granted a 1-Y classification. He didn’t lie. He didn’t make it up. He didn’t seek out a phony doctor’s note.
Most adults would see a big difference in those two scenarios. Not all, but most.
