Ok so you think pregnancy starts when a fetus is developed. So be it that the case , you're not totally against abortion which is the termination of pregnancy which pregnancy exists before the development of a fetus. 

The woman has a developing fetus or a growth towards one because she is pregnant. She doesn't become pregnant after fetus is developed.

See now you're changing the subject moving the goalpost. You're indirectly conceding by speaking about the next world, it's free in the next world.
