I’m not sure Wylted’s role is all that powerful, just annoying. Town can circumvent by just having everyone say who they voted for. Only really threatening in combination with the 1x politician, and that’s for mind games that help town figure stuff out.
For example they could target a townie but based on counting who’s claimed to be voting for who, we would know who they’re targeting. Scum could use that to try a fake being the target to get themselves townread, but it comes at the cost attracting attention to themselves when town knows they could just be using it for cred.
IMO they can only really use it to try and get away with a quicker lynch than normal if a few townies misvote, making a triple vote hammer an option.
But we could just get around that by agreeing not to until we have enough people supporting a lynch to vote it in.
Still, we don’t know if scum got the question right, so we can periodically check ourselves for that shit… although I guess it depends on how the politician works… I haven’t asked Linatic and I’m not sure if he’ll answer me
Back to the point, the incentive to refrain from voting wylted is nonexistent… also consider the reason why scum buses in the first place: to appear unpaired. Even if wylted’s role was useful, it does not mean scum won’t just bus him. The towncred is more important for them
This doesn’t mean that scum absolutely voted for Wylted, it just means you shouldn’t ignore the possibility of one or both being on Wylted’s wagon

I(t points to you because miller fakeclaims are ass and I don't think Lunatic would give that here, not even as bait cause I can see the incentives for him to give a free full claim based on what's happened in recent games... meaning that if his claim is fake, it's likely he's not using the scum safe fake claim and therefore likely someone else on his team used it or is at the very least preparing to use it

townreads ofr mine rn are banana and austin for sure, i like moozer's behavior. I think Earth is behaviorally town but the role is so off
here's what I know: Lunatic loves to take obscure roles and see if he can make them work. In theory that means soldier should be reasonable, but it creates a situation where scum could get three mislynches and still lose... granted I think town should be able to survive as many mislynches as there are scum players (Vaarka's golden rule) but idk to what degree Lunatic agrees with that. I can see Lunatic arguing it's balanced bc of the numbers disadvantage town is at, and that the role will get sussed of being claimed eventually... although that would make the 8v3 even worse for town in practice. I do know it's swingy role and if there's one word to decrible Lunatic's games, it's: "Swingy" with a capital S
so i think there is plausibility in his claim

If you want to look up acronyms, you should try using GSW filtering for CFMS. In particular, a lot of the acronyms Mikal uses are from PLMU. I would recommend being familiar with the acronyms from MATVL to avoid being scum read, as a common scum tactic is to PNTNT.

I mentioned what I had said about Wylted... his early game had none of his usual town tells, and for all his theorycrafting on theme and joining me on Moozer pressure (for whatever reason), it lacked behavioral reads which is something i notice wylted does early games as scum
for Wf i see somethings that look fine like his early game that looked good to me, but in the context of scum having a fake character and role claim, not sure
btw i didnt notice this earlier, but scum's fake character and role claim could be separate from each other... which invalidates a theory i had unpairing certain people and making whiteflame look townier... it still works to unpair Banana and Casey, since they both gave hints about character pretty early on

You unintentionally made a great point about my behavior...

It's a confidence things. When I'm hot I know it, and when I'm not, I second guess myself a LOT. This is something I do exclusively as town, because scum Mharman tries to mirror confident Mharman. Take a look at CoD:BlOps mafia, where I pursued the same few people for the most the time they were alive, because I felt they were targets I could get mislynched.
The unintentional point you made here is that second guessing myself might not be too helpful when I'm town... If I don't know what I want to do, I'm never gonna pursue anyone enough to verify my thoughts because I'm too scared of being wrong, which hurts town.
I'm gonna need to check over my previous reads one final time, but I'm going to start making some hard calls soon and yall can say whatever you think about them. Idk if you're town or scum, but consider this my way of saying "you right bro."
