Whiteflame used his RB on me DP1. If he's telling the truth, I could not have committed the NK. If not he's scum anyway.

I still believe her claim. If she’s scum it’d have to be with Thst2 as a teammate, at which point they shouldn’t even know about the existence of F-16_Fighting_Falcon. I credited him in the archives thread, but I doubt either of them have read it, let alone noticed his username displayed there.
and finally, doublevoter is a good way to give town a fighting chance, should I hide behind the wrong person

I see a lot of people talking about the utility of lynching Whiteflame… it almost feels like multiple people have secretly concluded he’s town, despite him being widely scumread. Maybe it’s all in prudence, but it’s a little off-putting.
Let’s keep it simple. We either think he’s scum, or we think he’s town. Let that be what determines our lynch; I wouldn’t even bother with talks of utility.

From my experience, no, although it is possible. It's not that there can't be room for both- it's that they're both usually roles mods tack on late in their setup design when they want to add something small.

I am the Harrier Jump Jet. Because my ability to take off vertically allows me to operate without a carrier, I am the Hider. I think Bullish's logic is based on the fact that I'm not with the other aircraft on the carrier, but launching from elsewhere, presumably a spot that is harder to find.
1. I'll admit that the justification may be a little stretchy on Bullish's part- this was an additional reason I looked at Banana's claim favorably in Post #69, a reason that I chose to hide until now.
2. In DP1, I had said Whiteflame's claim was a little, but then mega sus. My thought process here was basically "JOAT? And with Commuter? That's a little sus. WAIT a minute. I have hider- this could be a partial CC. Okay, his claim is mega sus actually."
3. I had an ulterior motive for saying I wanted to get my reads out in case I died in the night. The idea was it'd be coming from a place of me fearing that I would die at the night, hinting that I had an important PR. I'd be drawing the NK to myself, and then I'd have a chance at hiding from it, preventing the NK. I felt this would be helpful because I could ask if someone protected me last night, and if not, it could bait Whiteflame into claiming he used to the commuter to explain the NK in the event he was scum. This would completely screw him over in that event, since he'd be outed on the fact that he didn't use his most useful JOAT role. On top of this, It'd spare someone with a role that is actually important from being nightkilled. Looking back, I think I was a little too subtle in pretending to be afraid of an NK for scum to notice, but that was my idea.
4. Earlier I said in this DP that I had considered fullclaiming last DP. This is because of the aforementioned potential soft CC with Whiteflame. I decided not to because A) I wanted to do the plan I mentioned in Point #3 and B) I felt there was value in me not getting nightkilled if Pie or Moozer is the other scum. Yes, both of those reasons, for clarification.
5. If Whiteflame is telling the truth about his night action, I could not have possibly committed the night kill. If he's lying, he probably scum since, given his claimed JOAT roles, there is no planet on which he should use the commuter or bus driver over roleblock as town. I believe this town confirms me.
6. Because I hid, Lunatic's results make sense. Similar to point #5, although not as strong.
Finally, I will say that I chose to hide behind Pie. I didn't care about dying if Whiteflame is scum because of the partial CC (and again if he's scum and targets me he's screwed anyway based on what I said in point #3), but on the off chance Pie or Moozer was scum, I felt hiding behind one of them was best. I chose Pie bc I felt he was slightly scummier than Moozer.
There you go. Many reasons to townread me.
