Your read on Banana looking back was reasonable, even if wrong. However, one of my big issues with you is saying we were all making a mountain out of your molehill, making your read on Banana bigger than it had to be. Meanwhile you said you gonna put ur money where mouth is and voted for her beforehand. Doesn’t sound like a lowkey read to me. Point comes from Austin but I think he made a good one.

In hindsight maybe I should’ve spotted the Banana v Vader was a false dichotomy. I thought Banana has to be town in part bc of Hamas Israel but I kept that part a secret in case anyone else claimed or didn’t claim it.  

Vader had Israel Hamas too but when Banana CC’d Vader I thought it was just something Wylted gave to everyone, and it wasn’t indicative of anything towny anymore.

Oh here’s something worth noting.

In this game, it seems everyone has creative names for their roles.

Except for Barney, Lunatic, and Whiteflame. I think those are all fake claims. Of the three, Lunatic has the best justification, and I’ve already caught him. So how much more likely is it that the others are fake claims?

I’m gonna assume Joebob just spun his real character and role as town.

Savant is town. Greyparrot is town. I’m waiting for Pie to be confirmed town and I think he will be. I’m gonna make the call and say Austin is most likely town; I think he interpreted his role as a late town confirmation and it makes sense for him to promise something so towny.

Like I can imagine some conspiracy theory where people are trying live long like Adam, Enoch, Methuselah and others did, possibly even forever.

Wait Austin’s role is less about bio-engineering… it’s more about storing earthy treasure to feel better about dying soon… also that wealth could be used to pay for bioengineering. There is a conspiracy theory that billionaires are obtaining blood from the young in a shady way to try and make themselves live longer, or for part of sone experiment that may help them discover something about how they can live longer.  

That could also point back to Lunatic though.

That shit is so risky. Never do that again. 

Barney’s character also relates to longevity- but in a more divine way. Instead of bio-engineering for longer life, it deals with dying and living eternally in Heaven.

I targeted Barney and Lunatic last night.

Lunatic, whose hand unknowingly weaves the threads of delay." 

It would appear that the action being described is a roleblock, given to Barney by Lunatic.

It’s worth nothing that Lunatic is described as “unknowingly” roleblocking Barney. It also worth noting that Lunatic’s role is about longevity, the same as Austin’s. 

At first, I had felt that Austin’s role could be our bio-engineer. But if Austin is the rolestealer, what was his plan? To steal someone’s role, only to be CC’d by them or the graveyard later? The only role he could have stolen that avoids this problem is Greyparrot’s; however, stealing negative utility for the sake town confirmation is riskier, and Austin had little way of guessing Greyparrot’s role was extremely towny- furthermore, it could backfire in his face.

Meanwhile, to pursue a life greater than 120 like the days from Adam to Abraham, doesn’t have to come in the form of an apportioner. It can come in the form of a bio-engineer.

Although it should be asked: Does crab god passively roleblock? If so, is it random, or does it target anyone who visits the crab god?

Regardless, Lunatic’s action seems to contradict his claim that he visited Pie, so he seems to be a slam dunk for being scum. I believe his flip will be revealing. If he is our role-stealing crab god, Austin is most likely innocent. If he is another scummy role, Austin is most likely our role-stealer. And if he flips something like a scum apportioner, it could also flip a town lock on Savant, depending on the specifics.

I think Lunatic is obvious scum, and think he joins Joebob in that category. 

From there, further debates can be had.

Did Barney inadvertently target Lunatic? If Barney targeted Lunatic, was he redirected to Lunatic by someone else? If not, he would be lying about his action and scum.

What about Whiteflame? I’m not sure I like his claim. Why does Greyparrot scumread Whiteflame?

And could Pie be implicated in any of this?
