The Law of Liberty
14 Receive one who is weak in the faith, butnot to disputes over doubtful things. 2 For one believes he may eat all things, but he who is weak eats only vegetables. 3 Let not him who eats despise him who does not eat, and let not him who does not eat judge him who eats; for God has received him. 4 Who are you to judge another’s servant? To his own master he stands or falls. Indeed, he will be made to stand, for God is able to make him stand.
5 One person esteems one day above another; another esteems every day alike. Let each be fully convinced in his own mind. 6 He who observes the day, observes it to the Lord; [a]and he who does not observe the day, to the Lord he does not observe it. He who eats, eats to the Lord, for he gives God thanks; and he who does not eat, to the Lord he does not eat, and gives God thanks. 7 For none of us lives to himself, and no one dies to himself. 8 For if we live, we live to the Lord; and if we die, we die to the Lord. Therefore, whether we live or die, we are the Lord’s. 9 For to this end Christ died [b]and rose and lived again, that He might be Lord of both the dead and the living. 10 But why do you judge your brother? Or why do you show contempt for your brother? For we shall all stand before the judgment seat of [c]Christ. 11 For it is written:
“As I live, says the Lord,
Every knee shall bow to Me,
And every tongue shall confess to God.”
12 So then each of us shall give account of himself to God. 13 Therefore let us not judge one another [d]anymore, but rather resolve this, not to put a stumbling block or a cause to fall in our brother’s way.
The Law of Love
14 I know and am convinced by the Lord Jesus that there is nothing unclean of itself; but to him who considers anything to be unclean, to him it is unclean. 15 Yet if your brother is grieved because of your food, you are no longer walking in love. Do not destroy with your food the one for whom Christ died. 16 Therefore do not let your good be spoken of as evil; 17 for the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. 18 For he who serves Christ in [e]these things is acceptable to God and approved by men.
19 Therefore let us pursue the things which make for peace and the things by which one may [f]edify another. 20 Do not destroy the work of God for the sake of food. All things indeed are pure, but it is evil for the man who eats with [g]offense. 21 It is good neither to eat meat nor drink wine nor do anything by which your brother stumbles [h]or is offended or is made weak. 22 [i]Do you have faith? Have it to yourself before God. Happy is he who does not condemn himself in what he approves. 23 But he who doubts is condemned if he eats, because he does not eat from faith; for whatever is not from faith is [j]sin. [NKJV]

It's just an assumption of the times, admittidly with a western slant. The world is just not as big as it used to be. With modern transportation and freedom of travel, all surviving populations reasonably classifiable as a distinct race will likely exist in extremely hostile climate, extreme cultural isolation, or extreme social heirchy.
Created:

A distinct race would be a relatively small population by modern standards of population, and most groups with resemblance to a race are probably comblobulated by now. For example, I can trace my lineage back to relatively distinct populations, but a lot has happened over the centuries and there are no surviving members of my family who could reasonably be said to be part of a race.

The ultimate reality is supposed to be fundamental to 'reality'. In Christianity, and Judaism the ultimate reality is generally referred to as God.

Think of it like choosing to ignore your father when he tells you to look both ways. If you walk in front of a bus, That's reality. Physics are not going to suddenly alter around you. Crossing God is like walking in front of a freight train, and it's not going to stop where it's scheduled to run. Truth is not going to stop if you choose to reject the truth, and people who do seem to have a habit of ceasing to exist as we know it. It's nothing you can't handle, but it is what it is and there's no sense in choosing the hard way.

You got a better way to address the leprechaun strawman? I'm sure he would be interested. People sometimes need to understand somehow who won't otherwise entertain the idea that God is different than, a god. You can't put God in a box. If anything, we are in the box.

I don’t need to validate claims about “The Road Runner”, The Road Runner is The Ultime Reality, It exists, so the road runner exists. We must protect reality from Wile-e-coyote.
I'm pretty sure the Road Runner has got itself covered

Lots of ideas never make it past the point of an unlawful suggestion. The president of the United States is not a God-Emperor capable of turning innately unlawful suggestions into valid, justifiable law. "Substantive" pertains to the nature of law itself. It is not an additional role.
The issue is a general one, abuse of power

Lets entertain this claim. Humans have to take the position of a god to conduct philosophy in respect of natural law via atheism.Ok, so if I asked you, "If Zeus struck you down with a bolt of lightning, would you die?" Do you have to believe in Zeus in order to entertain and or respond to this hypothetical?Of course, because you need to make the assumption of ZeusOk, so if I asked you, "If invaders from Mars destroyed every government building on Earth, would you be prepared?" Do you have to believe in invaders from Mars in order to entertain and or respond to this hypothetical?Yes.It appears you may be lacking an imagination.
Noted.
I am perfectly capable of entertaining any number of imaginary hypothetical scenarios (big-foot/loch-ness-monster/space-aliens/YHWH) without making the leap to supposing they are actually real.
I reason that to assume something, it cannot be ruled impossible and there must be some inkling of belief.

If true, atheism may resemble something of a paradox classifiable as a subset of theism.

Deism can be classified as a subset of theism, not atheism. If atheists don't exist, naturally the appropriation of atheism is off the mark as an outlook. I'm not convinced that atheism is impossible in humans, however

As I understand these were in response to abuses by the police departments. I don't know why but there were a significant amount of people who had spoken to BLM advocates that started publicly expressing racism, disregard for life, and disrespect for the law. So if it's still going on social media I feel inclined to suggest ALM as a safer platform for social discourse to address police violence on the basis of race.

I don't think I'm equipped to properly address the idea as it stands in vague reference, but have no confidence in it standing up to theological scrutiny. I suggest it would do you well not to lean on that notion too hard. Personally, I would not lean on it at all, though I wouldn't honestly deny the possibility for that kind of developement permeating society. I wouldn't let it rule my judgement either. A Christian's faith, is ultimately in God. That is truthful, and not disrespectful of legitimate teachings of Jesus Christ. It's not correct I believe, for us to hold judgement upon Christians expressing such truth. It's not correct to generalize such judgement upon members of the church whose role in duty is unique among members of society.

It's really not because the statement is not grounded in localized context, and may be argued to lend more to describe the individual stating how they view "christians". Even from an ignorant perspective, the attempted analogy could easily be suspected for a bad judgement call.

He will probably have a better answer than I do. You don't "know" God, by having knowledge of God. God is the Truth, and Christianity is the Way. The Bible is not an instruction booklet to assemble the black friday soul you got on sale from Ikea, and the faith is real, not a set of rules. Though, you can humble yourself to the wisdom written in the Bible and choose to be obedient in the meantime. Its all made for our own good.

That's a really weird problem to expect of people, taking resourses your whole life, and deciding when someone should no longer receive them. I'm an optimist in this respect. I think medical advances are nothing to be afraid of, and the will to survive is a very strong influence on people in general. The knowledgeable years are particularly applicable today, and the human population is approaching carrying capacity.

That's a speculative theory in American policy, and WWII history. Indeed, the Japanese were willing to fight till the conclusion of the war, which could theoretically have included further negotiations. I'd like to discuss the terms of surrender for their political merit when it inevitably comes up again some day but hopefully not as an armchair critic.

A Christian slave seeks liberty so they might set their master free. How do you think Christians view self defense? Different people have their own reasons, and there is certainly nothing wrong with protecting your family.
Created:

@keithprosser
Yes, morality is different than weighing good and evil. It should be noted though that the American perspective in the American civil war was more recent, (entire communities lost a generation at once) and the Japanese often fought visciously to the death. America made the outcome clear and offered reasonable terms of surrender. Today Japan is one of the vibrant countries in the world.

The war against Japan was clearly justifiable. Christians don't protect their family selfishly.

don't really bother with the more frivolous supernatural possibilities. The way I would simply put it is that only God is God. Exclusivity or finality should be conveyed by Christian teachings. Worshiping Zeus is idolatry whether or not Zeus exists and is defined as a god.I don't really bother with the more frivolous supernatural possibilities (like "YHWH"). The way I would simply put it is that only Zeus is the most powerful of all gods. Exclusivity or finality should be conveyed by Zeus' teachings. Worshiping "YHWH" is idolatry whether or not "YHWH" exists and is defined as a god.

Medical advances can expand the productive lifespan, particularly among elders and you have to try. There's nothing wrong with being able to contribute to your community or spending more time with your family. I have to say its a good point you won't hear from politicians that the people trying to cheat the nature of life will ultimately yield more suffering.
