Interesting! Add to wildcards Muslims as well, maybe Hindus too. It's sad how by the onset of the 20th century, Whites constituted almost 40% the global population -that's China & India combined, with a global majority of urban population. Yet, in a couple of decades they won't even amount to 10%, & even less further into the future. Then, there were 6-7 times more Whites than Blacks, by 2070 the ratio will literally reverse. All thanks to the great & magnificent Western Values.
The strength of Western civilisation isn't in the race, it's in the cultural values.

I agree with what you said. It is Wylted who believes that the Religion subforum should be neglected by mods to have its own 'culture'.
To be crystal clear, there is a significant minority of users here perpetuating it. They just need guidance.
If mods do not intervene, it results in permanent bans for users eventually. A couple of users did not want to reform but some just didn't understand how to deal with it because they had gotten accustomed to this being a mod wasteland all the way back on DDO to now.

I can see issues with them as a presidential candidate (I think they'd make an excellent site analyst of some kind for the actual owner of it though) and I would actually say something of them that Wylted said of me; 3RU7AL's more cut out for a non-sociable role.
I would encourage them (gender not displayed in profile) to endorse me despite some disagreements with me. I'd even encourage you to do the same.
The reason is a combination of how corrupt I predict Wylted will be combined with how inactive/lazy I predict his events or any kind of 'moves' to be apart from when he's defending someone that he considers 'one of the cool guys'.
The president overall serves three purposes:
- Making the bans of users be held up to a high standard of fairness (which can involve things prior to that ban and how the mods dealt with things in between it in broken-down steps).
- Holding fun events like official debate tournaments (that's the only one I can think of for now as gaming tournaments are able to be held by anyone anyway).
- Both representing the website as some form of ambassador-account on the outside and by chain reaction of 1 and 2 making the site appealing on top of their own 'appearance' for people who come across the website to think 'wow this is tiny but a fun place to join!'
I can achieve this, it's up to you to believe it or not.

Not really gonna discuss my irl details here.
I will like to point out 2 things first, before I indirectly answer your question:
- This is 1-man-team situation, the President can unofficially assign helpers, that's up to them. This isn't a team manager role.
- Not only is it not a team-manager role, the role is actually positioned to be fundamentally defiant to the team manager (chief moderator) and hold them accountable on behalf of those in the userbase that would be easiest to neglect (the recently banned and/or soon to be banned)
I am much better suited than Wylted is for number 2, for a variety of reasons. Wylted jumps from opposer to supporter whenever it suits his selfish agenda whereas I oppose mods based on the reasoning behind their inaction and action (always have, always will). Where you see shifts in me isn't just when I get banned, that's anger, where I really properly resent a mod (like David) is when I notice a lot of double standard BS going on.

Now, to answer your question without revealing too much
I would say that I tend to be the type of person who leads when it's needed and follows when it's demanded. When neither the need nor the demand is there I'm very much a 'do my own thing and do it well' type of guy in a team.
If you're looking for me to say I have a lot of real-life experience being 'the leader' no, I don't have massive amounts. I'm the type that even when I lead, I prefer to train and have a 2nd in command to help overlook the team with me (especially if they're an assertive personality that's gonna be a pain in my ass if I keep trying to lead solo). I'm happy to play ball with other types who want to assert themselves, but I am by no means someone who 'follows' or is weak at leading.
My style of leading is about getting the job done at a decent pace. If there's a task at hand, I neither aim to be the most charismatic leader on the planet nor the meanest and harshest. Why don't I aim for the latter? Because if you rush people, creating an atmosphere of sheer anxiety and fear, you may in the short-term end up with productive workers but they're all disloyal, ready to talk shit about you to your own boss and/or others and really have low morale (which matters if you're going to be leading them over several projects).
So, how would I be as President? I'd know my role, accept that the mods are technically above me, play ball and understand when and when not to assert myself and have all the nuance Wylted says I don't. However, if true injustice occurs, it is my duty as President to challenge it. I am the userbase's last hope in such scenarios.

Why do you think being frustrated because of a perceived injustice by "harrassers " , gives people the right to act out on their frustrations in immature and hostile ways?
If rules are not enforced on the initial abuser, the victim ends up with no outlets to feel safe other than complete retreat or retaliation.
If the reason for the lack of enforcement is lack of communication and pressure on mods to act on said communication, the President is in fact a very good role to both gain the trust of users to turn to and to push mods to act knowing that if they fail to act, then the victim who retaliates won't go down without the President ensuring that the negligence of the mods is sufficiently held to judgement by the userbase as the President is supposed to not allow such things to be swept under the rug, contrary to your belief.
Why do you think those people deserve any special defense, once they begin lashing out?
I intend to defend absolutely everyone, from the harshest to the tamest so long as they understand that it is also their duty, now that they know they're protected, to be kind and protective to their fellow user. The entire environment will shift, it just takes the right kind of pressure.

Not anymore. I used to be one of the most active there (check my forum post history) but I am one of the many that abandoned the place due to its toxicity. The only people that have stayed there are those that are okay with or actively perpetuate the toxic environment so naturally those would be more likely to be against any attempt to clean it up.
He won't reply to this, with good reason.
I will help people like you feel welcome there by first making those currently there who are reacting to harassment rather than themselves initating it to properly have a way to handle the situation in a rule-abiding manner that they see the results of.
So far, the only person I have assisted via PM who is active there is Polytheist-Witch and instead of going for an RO, she has learned a technique or 2 from me about how to handle a harasser without breaking a single rule no matter what the harasser throws at her.
I would be happy to do the same for the rest. I feel they will listen to me more if I'm in an official position like President and regardless I will ardently defend any who were neglected by mods and reacted out of frustration if they get banned.

If my supporters want me elected, I advise them to reach out to other users independently of me and organize to keep them updated on the election in a neutral fashion, and to each reach out to 3 people out of their normal circle and get them to take action by voting.

I will make a tournament happen if we can get enough interest and I would like to assure you both that this 'censorship' you are scared about firstly can't be properly done by the President, as only the mods can censor but what can be done is the President can use the fact that he continually advised the mods to help a victim out who then snaps later on due to continued abuse.
