He strongly suggests that people do something, and they go do it.
I 100% agree with your statement, however that is not a crime generally speaking. Especially if you

he actually said he "inferred" it which is the same as assumed, no one should be convicted on an assumption like that based on hearsay. sounds rather nazi-esk to do so.

um I'm not sure which one that was, his "revised" testimony or original however.....
"It was always 'Burisma' to me, and I didn't know about the connection between Burisma and Biden," he said.
3. Sondland said Trump never outlined a quid pro quo
well anyway if everything depends on his testimony it's all over by the crying.

They have proven trump ordered the money withheld.
I believe that is true. However the argument is that the Ukraine government never knew it was held/delayed, right?
They have proven that the ukranians were told that in order to get the money and the whitehouse meeting they needed to announce an investigation of Biden.
please provide a citation for that and not some b.s. like vox :)

strong evidence
is "indisputable evidence he is guilty"?
multiple witnesses that all confirm the 2nd crime happened too.
oh I have heard about that, all I have heard is second,third etc hand information.
He also then engaged in witness tampering and obstruction of justice.
that also must be something new as I haven't heard of that either.
when is the trial? is the impeachment inquiry over since they now have proof?

if you want your analogy to apply it should be worded correctly in context, that the cops show up and they can't tell if there has been domestic violence or not, the wife says there was not, just like Ukraine saying there was no wrong doings with regards to the democrat's charges, so.......

no, the idea is you don't trip the metal detector. I know this is a stretch but imagine if there was someone smarter and more clever than you are, do you think they could avoid detection? Do you believe someone couldn't get past the metal detectors?
look up an ar lower parts kit and see what is needed for a trigger then tell me how difficult you think that would be to get it through a metal detector by a clever person.

naw what it's saying is you can potentially get the parts through security then assemble it after since the parts themselves wouldn't necessarily look like anything. This is the market that's being created as I have said in previous posts/threads. Stay tune for more law breakers! Oh hey I got a great idea, let's make a law that you can't break the law?!?!?!
This article and occurrence will pique some interest and creators. Like those who believe information should be free. Remember the guy who put the plans for free on the internet.

Dems are trying to fix it.
lol you believe what you want.
Maybe instead of blaming Obama for failing, you should blame the republicans for sabotaging it.
"You have to pass it to know what's in it" yeah I blame people who think like that, don't you think they deserve it?
Why would you believe the people who promised "repeal and replace" but never suggested anything that could replace it?
is that a rhetorical question or do you think you know me or can read my mind? when did I ever suggest they would or could do anything like what you were talking about?
You seem to think the democrats have done some praiseworthy things and will do more with healthcare, I believe neither party has done praiseworthy work on healthcare and neither party will do much of anything anytime soon. Take the red pill and wake up.

it is about Americans being ripped off by greedy, for profit companies
whatever as I said the U.S. over pays, that's the bottom line and it needs to stop, it should have long ago. They shouldn't have wasted billions on the Obama care website fiasco etc
Do you have any idea how much money drug companies donate to republican politicians
I'm sure that's true which is why when there was a democratic president for 8 years those issues were addressed and solved, right? oh wait, nvm.
You see this is one of the many things that could be fixed, addressed, whatever without reinventing the wheel. So that begs the questions why hasn't it been done before now and why should I believe it will be done by the next person promising to do so? The promises I believe they will keep is to take more of my money and further erode my rights. You seem to be fine with that, which is your choice, but I'm not fine with it.
Why The US Has Better Cancer Survival Rates Than The Rest Of The World
Mortality Due to Cancer Canada gets a “C” grade and ranks 13th out of 17 peer countries.
Canada ranks below its peers12 when it comes to the number of MRI units available per population—MRI is an important diagnostic tool for many cancers.
The number of specialists per population is below the 15-country average.14 The low number of specialists in Canada may signal a shortage of oncologists to treat cancer.

This is largely a reflection of shipping.
and? their prices are much higher. The U.S. imports products from Canada as well and yet there seems to be a disparity.
But Canadians get much better services for those taxes.
depends on how much money you have. I'd rather have cancer treatment in the U.S. then the rationed care in Canada even if that means it costs me more, better outcome, better chance > $$
The U.S. over pays for drug prices, this has been the problem for a long time and needs to stop, we need to stop subsidizing the rest of the world by paying a lot more than what other countries pay. Once that happens and everything is fairly equal then we can revisit and discuss the healthcare costs. Many will be singing a different tune then and re-evaluating their positions I think.
I really hope Trump does something about the inflated prices the U.S. pays and stops subsidizing the rest of the world.

I always liked visiting Canada, but dam your prices are high, stuff is expensive, and the taxes sheesh, crazy. No other way to pay for those entitlements. But I do like the country and it's people, just not the government as it has been and is currently.

Didn't Mass. decide medicare for all wouldn't work and it was too expensive? At one time they were going to do it but then saw the light, but I haven't really kept current with that. Aren't they the #1 most taxed/expensive state to live in? Not something to brag about imo.
If they want to use that state as an experiment, case study go for it, no point in ruining the rest of the country.

mob rule is great when you are part of the mob/majority they would cry a different tune when they are in the minority, which is why the electoral college exists, why is that such a difficult concept for them to understand? ignorance, selfishness, stupidity? all of them plus more?
why aren't they rushing to California, N.Y., Illinois? They can have most of what they want in those states with no need to worry about federal elections.
what they desire basically exists in those states, so move to them and leave the rest of us t.f. alone.

the ones I think have a snowball's chance and that I feel I know enough about to make a decent opinion about....I hate them all. But it's a double edged sword since they will be great for the firearm industry like Obama was. Under Trump Ruger has lost millions as just one example of the tole they have taken under his presidency. Paying higher prices is better than lack or practically no availability because of such low demand, which is what is/was currently happening. Virginia turning and that douce northam should ramp up demand and then production, so that's some good that will come of it. History tends to repeat itself and few learn from it.

I think dustyrider made a good observation (pretty sure it was him). the illegal/black market for guns is probably saturated (I believe this to be true) so even a total ban wouldn't impact the illegal guns for many decades (my opinion, not his necessarily), this will also escalate the diy guns and gun parts as well as the black market guns smuggled into the U.S. We can't keep drugs out so no real reason to believe we could keep guns out either.

Handguns are used for self defense. Most people prefer semi-automatic pistols. Why do you want to get rid of them? Shouldn't people be able to defend themselves with a weapon they are comfortable with?
irrational fears, like most things. Consider some of the subcompact semi autos being made, there are revolvers that hold as many as some of these subcompact semi autos. It's obviously irrational because they can't say how many rounds they think is ok, nor can they articulate why one more round than what they want would be one too many. It's all a big joke. Limiting magazines to 10 rounds for instance. Why 10? why not 11, 15, 5 etc just more irrational fears. Hell people are afraid of flying right? None of these restrictions are based on any real facts just that it makes them FEEL better, safer, because as we all know laws stop criminals, right?

which public schools are denying entrance?
why were catastrophic plans made "illegal" essentially, by Obama?
why can't state Medicaids act as catastrophic insurances so it doesn't bankrupt people?
why can't organizations like The Bradly Free clinic be helped financially?
why haven't any of these things been done if it really is about providing healthcare to people?
why do we need medicare for all when these ideas and more will prevent medical bankruptcies and people can get the care they need?
have any of these been done?
if not why not?
what stops a state from doing these things on their own?
Created:

@Greyparrot
funny how certain people accept polls that fit their narrative but deny yours. Seems there is a desire for school choice, charter schools, vouchers etc, I wonder why if the public system is so great. Then there's the private schools. Heck when people who aren't even religious would rather send their children to a catholic school, that should tell people something.
Yet they never, never advocate schools to be ran like they are in China.
they either are ignorant so blind to the reality of what states do and have attempted to do for the "greater good" Lets not forget the soda tax and banning of large drinks for example. That's lack of freedom, choice. What hypocritical irony, my choice my body only applies to killing babies not obesity or sugar. Yet they can't fathom why we are against socialism. They can't wrap their tiny minds around the fact that at some point be taking away something they want or value. Same reason why all speech must be protected because eventually it will be your speech next. They are painfully short sighted.

the Canadians talked their problems out.. thats my point
then you should have said that in the beginning don't you think?
the liberals, which I include hate/terrorist groups like antifa don't want to talk their problems out as you say, neither do the gun grabbing liberals that would love to terminate the 2a and control speech. so yeah many think the U.S. would collapse if they ran things. You have to give them one thing though, they sell an awful lot of guns, that is to say the motivate people to buy them. The manufacturers sure do miss Obama.

the article already explains how and why they are used differently by doctors/medical community.
regardless of if they are both biological functions they are not the same just like all mammals are not the same, they are similar, miscarriage and abortion are similar terms, but not the same per the article and how they are defined now.
Created:
Posted in:
-->
@zedvictor4
seriously?
I'm not sure how else to explain this but I'll try.
in general a miscarriage is not a choice - not conscious, purposeful etc
a non medical reason abortion is a choice - conscious choice, purposeful, ASSISTED, done by someone ELSE.
you can't choose to have a miscarriage without a purposeful action
you can't stop a miscarriage without purposeful action or intervention
to equate these 2 topics by saying they are biological is just being pedantic, because humans are biological, using your logic murder is a biological response.
the topic "When is miscarriage not abortion." isn't worded well to begin with since the words can be used in many context and can be synonyms of each other which is why I have specified them the way I have.
worded another way, an abortion is not miscarriage when it's done by someone else or something else not of the body.
as you can see the terminology has changed
"The conscious distinction by doctors of ‘miscarriage’ from ‘abortion’ (‘induced’ and ‘spontaneous’) may be seen to have reflected certain legal, technical, professional and societal developments. The distinction in language may also be read as part of the process of assigning meaning to those women to whom the language was applied, a process by which women who experience miscarriage could be defined as distinct from women who experience an induced abortion."
"The importance of ensuring appropriate standards of care is underscored by the estimation that one in five pregnancies will miscarry, and most of these women will seek medical attention."
(I didn't know the number was that high)
Created:

@zedvictor4
You're getting into semantics now.
it's not actually, which is why people don't think twice about a natural miscarriage vs someone performing an abortion.
one the body does, the other someone else does, huge differences.
even if you consider the wilful act a reaction, the reactions are wholly different, as one is biological in nature (defects etc) the other is not, they just don't want it, financial or other inconveniences, it's called a decision because you have a choice over it unlike a natural occuring miscarriage.

@bmdrocks21
it would be based on income, some states have housing like that, you pay a % of the rent based on your income. It's a calculation based on the poverty rate etc. The idea is to NOT punish the people who work or want to work. If you work and make over x amount you lose all benefits, which makes no sense. It's easier to control poor people and the "have nots" so I get it but I think a prorate/subsidized system is a huge good first step.
Years ago there was this guy in his 20's. He was on hemodialysis because his kidneys didn't work. Back then it cost about $40k a year for a person to be on hemodialysis. Well he gets a kidney transplant but has to take anti rejection drugs which are about 2k a month. Now that he has a kidney the state no longer considered him "disabled" and he no longer qualified for medicare/medicaid. So he gets a couple of part time jobs but still can't afford the 2k a month, ends up losing the kidney and has to go back on dialysis. this is a true storey I have first hand knowledge of.
Back then people on dialysis died much sooner than those with transplants so it made sense to get him back on dialysis. The sooner he dies the less they have to pay. This is what rationing care will be like too, people don't understand that or don't want to accept that but that will be the reality. It's like that in Canada in some ways, has been.
we are just numbers in an accounting ledger.
Created:
-->
@bmdrocks21
why can't or hasn't a subsidized program been put in place? I don't understand this all or nothing scheme for healthcare. Many state programs are all or nothing, either you qualify or you don't, there is no prorated or similar program.
Obesity is a huge reason for increased costs.
#1 preventable disease, huge, huge costs because of it.
there are so many ways to reduce costs which would then free up money to help those without, but all anyone ever wants to do is reinvent the wheel.
Created:
Posted in:
-->
@zedvictor4
the body does not "decide" it's a reaction. I see no way to equate a conscious willful action to a reaction, unconscious action or uncontrollable reaction.
mentally unstable people make conscious decisions all the time as do the ignorant, illinformed and those who end up with regrets. So what you have in this context, generally is a logical reaction made by the body vs. an emotional one made by the conscious mind.
