Whether or not someone is a racist isin't set in stone.  Some people say Trump is a racist.  Some people don't.

A murderer has strong incentive to lie in order to avoid harsh punishment.  There is no legal punishment for being a racist.  If people who have had abortions tell the truth to someone who they trust, then a genuine racist would do the same thing.

While homeschooling tends to be right wing, most parents aren't racist.  There are only 5000 Klan members and many don't have families. 

There are about 3 million  homeschool kids.  The academic benefits of homeschooling outweigh the slim odds of developing a racist kid.

It does not really matter whether a woman is pro- or anti-abortion. In states like Tennessee, with its freshly passed anti-abortion amendment, you can be arrested for having a miscarriage.

An alarming number of women are being arrested, prosecuted and jailed just for losing their pregnancies. In addition to anti-abortion measures, you can thank the advance of “personhood” fights for embryos, fetuses and even fertilized eggs for that. 

Being anti-abortion = anti patient-doctor confidentiality.

I let it slide because it was not a personal attack on a user, and the wording of the CoC is pretty explicit that it must be.

Hate speech is treated as an aggravating factor when other violations of the COC are present. Hate speech is not itself a violation of the COC unless it is being used to personally attack a specific user or users.
