If some race realists believe that America would be better as a white ethnostate due to the possibility that whites tend to have higher IQ than blacks, why aren't they consistent and wanting America to be an Asian ethnostate?  I mean, Asians (according to race realists) have the highest IQ out of any ethnicity.  You'd figure it would be Asians that would be the race realists and whites that agreed would sterilize themselves to make way for the smarter Asians.

in fact lots of the smartest people (most likely) were on the autism spectrum

It's possible that a smart person is autistic, but this I think requires a high IQ.  There ought to be a cutoff for what's normal and what's retarted.

What is the definition of retarted then?  Where is the border between retard and not retard?  I thought the cutoff was an IQ of 70.

People say that the average black IQ is 85 and the SD is 15.  If that was the case, then 1/6 of black people would be mentally retarted.  I know retarted people and I know many black people.  The dumbest black people I know aren't retarted.  I think common sense takes precedence and the data should be updated.

A fetus's cells specialize at 6 weeks into pregnency.  At that point, it's no longer unspecialized cell matter.

Abortion
So, I've been doing some thinking and research.

My original justification for being pro choice was that if every single unwanted pregnency got aborted, the foster system would run out of kids to take care of so they would have to rescue kids from elsewhere to keep their business alive.

Leading Causes Of Death In Africa - WorldAtlas states that only around 284K Africans die of starvation a year and worldwide this number probably isn't much higher as Africa is the only continent in the world where extreme poverty is significant (134-eb9a-51e7.jpg (1600×990) (howmuch.net)).  This is a far cry from the 9 million people I previously thought died and I think the majority of these starvation deaths are from adults who should be independent.  Trading with Africa would help reduce the death count by starvation due to more trade.

There is the claim that an unborn baby isn't a human being and to an extent this is correct.  I wouldn't be arguing that a zygote or an embryo is a human being and I would claim that pro life people, especially pro life females (if they believe a zygote is a human being) aren't consistent with this belief unless they are going out of their way to save zygotes from experimentation by volunteering to be impregnanted with zygotes.  The only people that agree to be impregnanted by artificial insemination are people who have an infertile partner and have no choice if they want to be a Mom.  If a pro life female wanted to be principled with their pro life belief, they could never have sex with their partner and get all their babies via artificial insemination and they could due this as much as they could to save as many zygotes as possible from experimentation if they believe a zygote is a human being.  But you don't see people doing this and a zygote cell resembles cancer which also contains the DNA of a human being, so calling a zygote or embryo a human being seems kind of silly.  Pro lifers will claim that a zygote is the start of a human being, but it doesn't matter what something could be; it merely matters what something already is.  Just as you don't treat somebody like a criminal until they actually become a criminal, you don't treat someone like a human being until they are actually a human being.

However, a fetus is a different story.  A fetus not only has the DNA to become a human, but their cells are specialized unlike that of a cancer cell.  Calling a 6 week old fetus cancer I would argue is dehumanizing since I fail to see how they aren't human.  They have the DNA, their cells are specialized, so they are human.

However, there are other organisms that are obviously humans that you don't have to take care of.  I don't have to adopt a kid even though a kid is a human being.  However, I think one difference here that I think is relevant is that I never created the kid, so initially the kid isn't under my responsibility.  The only way I can get rid of my responsibility to a kid is if I transfer it to a consenting person.  A new mother can easily transfer responsibility of the kid to a foster agency and they will take the kid.  But this comes to the question, should you be responsible to take care of a kid without your consent?  To this, I would look for an analogy; deadbeat dads.  Everybody that I know believes that a deadbeat dad should take care of his responsibilities to a kid that he creates.  If a male is forced to take care of kids because he created them unless he agrees with his wife to set the kids up for adoption (and even pro choicers agree with this), then we have to apply the same standard to a female.  Yes; a female endures stress and pain from pregnency, but a male also has to sacrifice so much stress and finances from pregnency as well.  If pregnency was easy, you would see millionaires having like 12 kids, but males and females both take a toll from pregnency.  The female endures pain, the male has to make economic sacrifices since he has to provide for a wife since she often will take time off.  He also has to endure a stressed out wife for 9 months.  I believe the female sacrifices more from pregnency, but both genders sacrifice a lot for a kid.

There are the exception cases (primarily rape, maternal life, and fetal defects).  I think almost everyone can get behind abortion if the mother needs her life saved; I don't see how someone can be fine with sacrificing a mother's life to save an unborn baby.  Rape is tough.  There is a 31% chance that the mother will develop PTSD from rape.  The ideologue pro lifers will argue that a fetus concieved from rape still shouldn't be aborted, but all they focus on is the fetus; never the female who pro lifers expect to sacrifice whatever it takes to save a fetus through sexual activity that was not her fault.  Making her be pregnant from something she did not consensually take the risk for would be a lot like forcing the pregnant female to sacrifice whatever it takes to save even one life in Africa.  The creation of a rape concieved fetus and the existence of a life in Africa was not something that isn't the fault of the female, yet pro lifers expect her to do whatever it takes to save the fetus and not the kid in Africa?  I'm not saying you should be forced to give to people in Africa, but because of that belief, I can't get behind banning abortions in cases of rape.  As for fetal defects, I don't think someone should be killed for being defected.  This is akin to killing all retarted people.

To what extent should abortion be allowed?  A zygote or embryo isn't a human being, but a fetus is and you become a fetus at about 6 weeks into pregnency.  There are times such as saving maternal life that abortion is acceptable.  I can't get behind banning abortions with rape.  Here are the conditions for which I would be fine with legalized abortion:

- Unrestricted until 6 weeks
- Allowed in situations of rape until 20 weeks
- Allowed to save maternal life until birth.

Any abortions outside of these parameters should be punished with around 50 hours of community service.

My point is how does one control for both the survival and death of the same sample? In order to determine this, one would have to know for a fact that the contraction of the virus would without fail produce death, and that the vaccine would without fail counteract the aforementioned event.
Covid sometimes results in death and the vaccine virtually always prevents these deaths and prevents symptoms from occurring within people that covid enters.

@zedvictor4
How would anything get done in your system?
Politicians argue about ideas and stick to their principles instead of letting a party think for them.

And eventually like minded people would come together and form a collaborative group....AKA....A Political Party.
But there wouldn't be huge groups of people that agree on everything.  For example, lets say there are just 2 issues in American life; taxes and abortion.  Some politicians would be for low taxes and pro choice.  Some would be for low taxes and pro life.  Some would be for high taxes and pro choice.  Some would be for high taxes and pro life.  In US politics, you see only 2 of these groups represented because if you were pro life and for high taxes(for example), and felt more strongly about abortion, you would be a partisan hack and change your stance on taxes for no reason other than it was the republican thing to think.

And you would need a lot more than 3 ideas to be a successful politician.
You can list all the ideas you care about on your section of the ballot.  I just don't think the typical American cares about reading much beyond 3 ideas.

Should all the non communist countries of the world unite against China and the communist ones?

@oromagi
  • Increased competition in labor markets as lower wage labor becomes available to US companies.
There is increased competition, but there are also more customers.  In America, as the population increases, the amount of competition for customers increases due to an increased population, but due to that increased population, there is more business to be had within the people wanting the business.  This is why if America's population quadrupled, there is 4x as much competition for jobs, but there are 4x as many jobs available.  Not only that, but existing American workers have seniority advantages, so I don't foresee people losing their jobs due to globalization.  People were worried about China taking jobs when China isn't even in TPP so they can't.  Since only .6% of the US workforce works a job that is movable to other parts of the world, this accounts for roughly 1 million workers in the US.  The University of Georgetown found 13 million out of highschool job openings that pay $55K/year or more.  My solution to the 1 million job losses is to give holders of TPJs (Tariff dependent jobs) first dibs at finding a better job found on the list that the government should pay the University of Georgetown to create so anyone who loses their jobs due to free trade (if they lose their jobs) can find a better one on the list.

Covid infection rates were generally skyrocketing logarithmically until states started to implement mask mandates and this slowed the infection and death rate from covid.  As more people got vaccinated, this caused case and death rates to plummet but now they are on the rise due to vaccine hesitancy.  But my state has eliminated virtually all covid deaths.

Unions prejudiced the Left and Trump prejudiced the Right against TPP.
Why would Unions be anti TPP and why would the right be anti TPP?

By the time of the election, most US politicians were publicly united against TPP while most were also secretly favored some kind of anti-China trading block.
If US politicians support TPP, they should be open with their beliefs and not lie to their voters to get elected.

When Trump tried to destroy NAFTA the following year, a whole parade of conservative economists visited the White House and finally managed to persuade Trump that NAFTA had actually been a pretty significant net gain for the US- an extra $400 billion GDP/year.  If Trump had the facts before running for President, TPP would very likely be constricting Chinese expansion today.
If Trump supports TPP now, why isn't he going out and supporting TPP which has improved the American economy?  I hate China because of their political prisoners and I want America to exceed China's economy.  TPP, combined with a LU military and the LU uniting to be one nation can contain China and expand the influence of America.

America should get rid of political parties
I don't like politicians being partisan hacks that will say and do anything to get elected.

Every politician running should be an independent.  People will know what they stand for by having their 3 main goals written down on a ballot and if these goals were bipartisan, this would be better.  For instance, if I was running, my 3 goals would be:

1) Balancing the budget.
2) Increasing taxpayer count.
3) Repealing the income tax and replacing it with a capitol gains tax.

#1 and #3 are currently backed by the right and #2 is currently backed by the left.  That is fine because unlike over 90% of politicians, I think for myself.  Somebody can run against me that advocates for the following:

1) Pro choice on abortion
2) Pro choice on guns
3) More social programs.

If your a politician, nobody should care what your party is, only where you stand on issues.  Politicians on both sides are partisan hacks that should think for themselves.  But due to the groupthink of both parties, we see politicians often lying to their base to get elected.  This has to end otherwise people treat their party like a religion, agreeing with the party no matter what instead of being a free thinker.

Can you tell me any real life character that has time travelled using a time machine?  If such a character exists, then time machines would be commonly owned by now.  It would also mean that people like Adolf Hitler wouldn't have been born due to his Mom getting a birth control pill and people like Abraham Lincoln would have been saved by time travelers from getting assasinated.  But this hasn't happened and it happening is inevitable if a time traveler was able to travel to these times and prevent Hitler from being born and Lincoln from being assasinated, so I believe that time travel is beyond what our technology allows currently.  Maybe if we break the speed of light we can time travel, but that's not happening for a while.

Why did the TPP fail?  I personally like the TPP as it enabled free trade and cost very few jobs, and all of the workers for these jobs could find any of the 13 million job openings that the University of Georgetown claimed exist that pay both over $55K/year and that only require a HS degree to complete.  I fail to see how TPP is a bad idea as it allows cheaper better goods to come from foreign countries and it also allows America to export more goods to foreign countries in return.

I'd say this is the best way to contain communism and to get China to become a free society for the purposes of joining the LU and getting the trade benefits with it.

We also get to save money on the military since currently the world spends $1.6 trillion on the military a year and china spends about $200 Billion a year.  A world united against the communist countries can save $1 trillion a year on the military, still outspend China 2 to 1 and some of that money is used to improve the LU, some of that money can be used as a tax cut.

The constitution for the LU might be below:

If the world unites against the communist countries, we don't have to spend as much on the military per taxpayer and some of that money can go to social programs(liberals are happy), some of it can be used as a tax cut (conservatives are happy), and communism inevitably falls (America is happy).

I don't like politicians, but there has to be evidence to convict them of child rape.  There has to be due process for anyone convicted of rape whether it is a male civilian raping a virgin female or a politician raping somebody else.  The closest thing we have to a democrat raping somebody is Andrew Cuomo sexually harassing his staff however this is the worst case example to the best of my knowledge and grabbing someone's butt without their consent is not the same thing as rape.  I say this as someone who's butt was grabbed multiple times by my brother without my consent.  It is wrong, it is annoying, it hurts for a little bit, and he should stop, but it's not the same thing as rape.

@Mesmer
Sperm jacking is definitely something that should be considered.  If a woman sperm jacks a male, there needs to be a punishment for that, but I don't know a good punishment for it.  If there is enough evidence to confirm a sperm jack, then the guy wouldn't have to get a vastectomy as punishment.  But sperm jacking is one reason why I don't want sex until I get a vastectomy and I recommend all males follow that advice.  Otherwise, it is like playing Russian Roulette; I feel sorry for you if you get shot but you really shouldn't have played that game.  With sex, if your girlfriend sperm jacks you, I feel sorry for you but you really shouldn't have played the sex game.  People say that's hard, but not having sex is so easy; I don't have to date or court a girl and I don't have to spend all this money on a useless female.  It's so easy to not search for sex and porn is available if you have urges to look at naked girls.

Secondly, sterilization is usually not reversible (or at the very least difficult to undo) Sterilization (medicine) - Wikipedia . Unless you specifically have a reversible method in mind, I don't see how you could disagree with it being damaging.
The rate of sterilization reversibility is variable.  My idea is a vastectomy, which is reversible around 30 to 90% of the time(Vasectomy reversal - Mayo Clinic).

However, under the standard you've provided here, you've now *enabled* entrapment and given it legal precedence -- that's an invitation for toxic females to exploit men.
Some females could end up exploiting men which is why males should be as careful with sex as what females currently are.  The female is more scared of a pregnency than a male is, so if males have to worry about pregnency as well (even due to a sperm jack), then males will be more careful about sex, which there would be benefits to that such as the significant reduction in unwanted pregnencies, abortions, and STI transmissions.

If sperm jacking is a fear, then I wouldn't recommend sex then as it is similar to Russian Roulette.

The kids would be set up for adoption and have a 96% chance of being adopted by a better family within 5 years.
Where did you get this figure from?

11 percent spend 5 years or more waiting for a family (43,083 children).
which means that 89% get adopted within 5 years.  Another cite said it was 96%, but I couldn't find it.  Either way, the vast majority of kids get adopted within 5 years.

The data clearly shows that adopted kids, on average, get treated way worse.
Lets say for the sake of argument that this is correct.  If it's correct and significantly more people who get vastectomies end up adopting kids when they feel like it (assuming they aren't on welfare or on a sex offender list), then those foster kids are still getting an upgrade from the alternative; having no parents.  If I was a foster kid and I had to pick between no parents and parents that treated me worse than the typical parent treats their biological kid, I'd pick the ladder because some parents are better than none.

Discrimination is not one of those things bud
If the gays have alternatives such as getting married by the state, then there is no need to force the church to do your bidding.

the bible says nothing about going to hell for marrying gay people. Read me the verse that does and you might convince me.
"Or do you not know that wrongdoers will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor men who have sex with men"
(1 Corinthians 6:9, NIV)(https://www.biblegateway.com/verse/en/1%20Corinthians%206%3A9).  Marriage sets the precedent for sex and the church doesn't support same sex marriage which leads to sex.

And death isn't the only concern. Some people are getting heart damage. For young, healthy people, it isn't saving anyone else (because vaccinated people spread it), and their death rate is tiny, assuming they get COVID in the first place.
More people get heart damage from covid per 100K people than from the covid vaccine.  Young healthy people often avoid symptoms and missed school days if they get the vaccine.

And it taking "less than a year" to develop is exactly my point. Most take multiple years, and sometimes even decades to develop and gain approval for use on people. https://www.businessinsider.com/how-long-it-took-to-develop-other-vaccines-in-history-2020-7
Also, this is, to my knowledge, the first mRNA vaccine ever approved for use on people.
The reason why vaccines take so long is because people are worried about long term side effects.  However, I don't think there is any evidence that a mere vaccination produces a long term negative side effect.  I might be wrong here, but I don't think people have to worry about long term side effects from the covid vaccine.

Civil unions are inferior because they frequently don't come with certain legal benefits, like federal recognition for tax and other purposes along with recognition in other states should the couple move from one to the other.
I'm unsure if your right here, but if you are, then give civil unions the same benefits as marriages and in 2015, the supreme court ruled that civil unions were legalized and recognized everywhere in the US.
