Mgmt was not banned because of that if I recall. He had some controversial beliefs, but he was banned because of his excessive toxicity on the same by insulting members, attack others, and such. Looking back, I could argue his ban was too harsh, but he was not banned because of his beliefs

There has to be indistinguishable evidence that a certain user is an alt of that users. An IP is indistinguishable, device type, an actual confession, or other things related to such. Mgmt was toxic and constantly insulted people. I don't think I've seen Mesmer do such things yet. 

I don't think the federal government should be the one forcing large businesses to require mask mandates, but the stores themselves should. An overstep in government is dangerous and to force such rules to the degree in which Biden is proposing is a slippery slope. It is not his place to decide where you have to wear a mask unless it is federal territory, and I don't think the local Walmart is federal territory

I am very much pro vax at the moment. I don't believe there is any reason to not get the vaccine at this point. Not FDA approved? Now it is. Want to wait for the elderly to get the vaccine? I think most of them have gotten it already. That's the only issue I think that is logical. Even I waited for a bit to get the vaccine to allow more susceptible people to get it (especially knowing that I had antibodies since January 2021 when I obtained COVID). You have a right as an American to not get a vaccine or to not wear a mask, but don't expect to go to far when corporation start requiring you to wear masks in their stores

I agree but we want to build engaging and active conversation about interesting and unique topics. If we have users who just sit there and scream and attack others and don't make an attempt to think logically, that is why we ban. I don't think there's been an instant where moderation has banned someone for just having a view besides one time where an user kept posting nude photos as their profile picture, despite the fact that this site is 13+ and pornography isn't allowed

I definitely am more in favor of lassiez fair policy as a site naturally grows the less hands on moderation is, as my belief in the real world with government itself.

I hope to open up more interesting discussion with everything as a moderator so that the site can flourish. However, I think VERY VERY VERY few views deserved to be censored. CP, advocacy of genocide, etc, are views that could have this website shut down and looked into by the FBI if something is not done about them. TO BE CLEAR, I severely doubt we will have such cases, but those are examples of some stuff I find to limit. Hopefully we can be on the same page with these

I also think that a lot of the issues you might have are the userbase itself. Sure, it's nothing like the DDO userbase, but I think with a good foundation of core users who argue well as well as young people who are eager to debate and learn, a site like this can boom, it just sadly hasn't caught as much wind as it should. It could be for a variety of reasons (domain name, time created, etc.) Maybe in the future if there's funds, we can advertise and branch out into something bigger.

I think a lot of this site as well is younger. Hell, whiteflame is the only one on the actual moderation team that is over 20. I'm assuming you are older than 20, so a lot of the newer generation of debaters could just strike you as "inmature," which is a fair argument to make. I think once some members mature out, they can become more tolerable to a degree. I remember when I was an annoying little shit when I joined at 15/16. Now I'm mature and hopefully significantly less of an annoying little shit.

Anyway, I appreciate the compliments to my moderation philosophy and such.

tl:dr: Overly extreme views such as CP, advocacy of genocide, etc, are things that can get us in trouble legally so we have to censor that type of stuff but we hope to have more variety of topics with lassiez fair. I think your issue is that the site average age is low and not a lot of the members have fully matured yet so you find it hard to relate to a degree, which is totally acceptable

Evil seems more likely to be scum than Wylted as this point of town. Wylted logic isn't the best, he also plays to win versus helping the site, so I do think he could be town depending, but for now it's a FoS

Slight town read on Drlebronski. I think he's rather defensive as town from my experience playing with him, so it doesn't deviate from his normal play

I don't like Evil's choice. It seems very OMGUS (something noob would do) as hell and now he's trying to jump a lynch on solely Whiteflame over it and not even reading into other options. FOS 

I'm not a fan of Wylted's lynch the bad behavioral reader players. I think Wylted is focused on trying to win as town which is why I could put this as town, but also it could be twisted as Wylted is trying to lynch as much people as possible as scum. I can't tell behaviorally atm. 

Also I disagree with Wylted's policy. I think it's important to give every player a chance. This could be a benefit to site so people can lynch off behavior versus mechanics of the game in general. I feel like this site relies too heavily on the latter and uses behavior as a side note to the role thing. I think behavior is way more consistent of a lynch primer over anything else

Why would this lynch give us any clues. We have no NP actions as town since it's an all vanilla game.

If someone has a clean record within a year, they haven't been a problem for roughly 12 months, a quality amount of time to be proven. Someone surely gets a warning at this time almost 100% of the time

I think that's a fair standard to set upon these positions, but I also have to disagree with that standard too. I have been banned twice, once was questionable and one was deserved, yet I still hold the position I do. I think someone who's maybe made an offense once and was banned shouldn't be exempt from the position

Actually going back to your plot twist point. I think there's one that was shocking but was poorly executed in Elodias. I thought that one was poorly written but the ending of it was pretty wholesome

Serious note; banning abortion is not the proper way to go about abortion. A person has the right to their own bodies and what they do and to outlaw that is pretty unconstitutional from the way I see it. In my point of view, abortions should be completely privatized. I do not want to pay tax dollars for something that will raise taxes and contribute to something I don't support. Private companies should do as such, as most healthcare is.

To be clear as well, the report distinguished by Drlebronski and RM is still being investigated on. A reminder, the mods are not 24/7 police officers. While I tend to like hard evidence to go about banning multi's, the CoC does distinguish, "Multi-accounting and any action indistinguishable from it is prohibited."

To be quite clear. The thread in question was about RM's Presidential Candidacy, in which Mesmer pointed out that in his ban, he was quoted as threatening to doxx another user.

This ban was made by the previous administration and was taken from the ban log. I am not going to tamper with site archives because the ban itself was questionable. That is not my job

This should be a very interesting game. Solely relying on behavioral analysis to come to lynch can be beneficial for other mafia games.

I'd agree and like I said, the interactions between the characters is very good and it makes you feel as if you are a part of the guild. I think one of the reasons I like the show but don't love it is because the characters are OK, but the interactions between them are great as well, sorta like you said. It's just comical fun, like a Spongebob show with more layers.

I think Grey and Erza and Zeref are the best written, but they don't compare to some of the best characters in Shonen 

Fairy Tail is not even close to being my favorite animes. It has constant repetition, lack of character development, and overall bland arcs for the most part. Yet you'd think it would rank lower than lots of my shows. But why does it stand at a 6/10? The answer. It's bad enough to where it's good

The characters are likeable, the interactions with every character is likeable. There is a sense of family when you are watching Fairy Tail that makes you so intrigued to watch. You aren't watching the complex and well written characters fight, you are watching some fun actions thats turn off the brain fun, not some amazing thriller which requires tons of knowledge.
