Alright, this is probably going to be the longest endgame post I made because there are multiple factors that I want to point out in here. One being my own fault and one being from others own fault. Granted this will probably go over the heads, I am still pretty ready to bear the heat of this shit storm coming my way for how poorly this game went.

The first issue was that I made some last-minute changes to the game that gave the town too much power. My original setup was going to be Role Cop + Godfather with the abilities of Strongman, Framer, Ninja where scum would know the entire setup and which roles were in the game. I tweaked the setup last minute and did not think twice about it because I thought this game mafia way too much of an advantage, hence allowing more of a lopsided setup than I initially imagined. The OG setup had two vanillas, which could help balance Backup and Motivators' powers a bit and would inherently draw suspicion. Thus the balance got thrown into wack.

About the setup, I wanted to make the game with fewer “role confirmed” metrics as possible. I still had one but again, this was insanely swingy and unfortunately the game was way to swingy than I thought. I also am known for having a “Supa” meta for how the mechanics of my game are. I really tried to avoid this aspect so I tried some different approaches for what we think about the game versus just meta-analyzing. I also made a pretty bad assumption that most people have seen The Sopranos to so we can have a good mix of theme and behavior. This was way wrong. I also haven’t made a game since like 2022. I was definitely rusty making this game and wasn’t the best.

This is the part where I am going to 100% take blame. The inconsistency with PM’s. I honestly don’t know how it became like that since I usually tend to stay firm. The biggest one was the Motivator mechanic. I was pretty strict on the time constraint in this game and if you didn’t get an action your action would be voided, which happened to That2. Still should have probably clarified this. The biggest grievance I made was the Dreamer. This is 100% my fault. The dreamer is usually 1 out of 3 people are scum. I originally told this to Casey but made a mistake with Wylted. Idk why I did, maybe dyslexia. But yeah that was a big mistake IMO and that was 100% on me. Now onto the bodyguard. My interpretation of the strongman with a bodyguard that I stated DP1 was that if the strongman kills the target of the bodyguard, it counts as 2 kills. This is wrong according to the official sources. I never used this mechanic before and by the time I realized it, I already told scum team it was worth 2. This is a major fuck up and I apologize for this. Overall I think I kind of got in over my head with mechanics and didn’t think too much about the hypotheticals. I also know I did some walking back on a few things, but honestly I think this is me trying to save face but that all went down the shitter

Now, despite this, I still don’t think that this was 100% on me. For one, I think mafia should have ninja’d Pie easily. This would’ve been the optimal play as even then, with 2 protectors the best case scenario is you just kill the BG if he targets your victim. I also think town rushed DP3 a bit earlier and didn’t let time to contrast That2’s claim which I mean cmon, jumping the gun that early is kind of crazy, especially for some players that knew I messed up on a few things.

So yeah, this game was kind of a disaster. Arguably the worse game I’ve ever modded. Hell it might even break my FMAB Mafia game. Just an overall disaster on my end that I will take a lot, if not all, the responsibility for. I think I’m just going to stick to an archived setup I had in 2022 and I think now that the modding rust has faded, I am probably a lot better for the next game I do decide host (not for a while as I am going 3 week trip to Europe in Mid May)

With that, I am ready for the lashings that I will getting.

Bobby is one of the more reserved and good-natured members of the Soprano crew, preferring a quieter life with his family over the violence that defines his colleagues. Unlike many of his peers, he is reluctant to engage in criminal acts, even avoiding committing murder until later in the series when Tony forces his hand. He remains a background figure in many of the larger conflicts, not playing a significant role in the power struggles between New Jersey and New York. His lack of ambition and relative innocence compared to the rest of the family make him one of the least dangerous members of the crew. Without any particular influence or control over events, he remains an observer in the grand scheme of things. Because of this, you are the Vanilla. You have no special abilities other than voting in the day phase. You win with Town.
