He is on trial for third degree murder, which he committed by him kneeling down for 9 minutes with someone who was clearly already captured
Created:
-->
@Greyparrot
If you fall down and break all your legs and can't get up and I shoot you, is that murder?
Created:
Even so, the proper conduct of a police officer is not kneel down on the victim for 9 minutes straight. This was a misconduct that wouldn't have escalated if properly brought down and not be held down for 9 minute. It is third degree murder even if he had drugs since the ultimate factor was him passing out on the ground. Did he have drugs? Yes. Was he delusional? No I severly doubt he was that delusional. He could properly hold a conversation. Either way, the cops involved are guilty of third degree murder. Floyd was unarmed and everything yet they held him to his neck for 9 minutes despite him being unable to breathe. The autopsy reports suggests that it was because of the knee that this is what led to his death as he was functional before. You saw the footage in the store. He didn't seem to be delirious and walked around fine.
Created:
-->
@ILikePie5
Not according to the Pathologist. So no I really don't think he was that delusional
Created:
-->
@Greyparrot
It doesn't matter what. He was perfectly audible and able to hold a conversation in the gas station video. He was not inaudible or incomprehensive. He was clearly able to talk and think. The triggering factor was the knee to the neck
Created:
-->
@ILikePie5
Yes however he was not acting under the influence at all. He was still able to speak and hold a conversation audibly. If you are drunk to the point of blacking out, you do not speak that audibly. I'd imagine the same with whatever drugs were found. The triggering factors was the kneeling on the neck

@Greyparrot
This means that Floyd stopped breathing and his heart stopped beating (cardiopulmonary arrest) because of the injury caused by his restraint in the custody of law enforcement officers, to include asphyxia from neck compression. Asphyxia means that there is a lack of oxygen going to the brain. It can happen from obstruction of the airway, restriction of breathing from compression of the neck or chest, or the prevention of blood flow to the brain by collapsing the blood vessels in the neck. It can also happen from the replacement of oxygen in the blood by carbon monoxide, or depletion of oxygen in the atmosphere, like in a fire. "Cardiopulmonary arrest" is not a heart attack. Online sources that imply that the medical examiner is covering up George Floyd's death by calling it a "heart attack" are wrong.The death certificate's "other significant conditions" -- Floyd's natural heart disease and the presence of drugs of abuse in his tested blood -- do not excuse the officers, nor should they cause anyone to blame the victim. They are there on the death certificate because those findings, in the opinion of the medical examiner, would have made his death more likely. They are not the cause of death. The cause of death is police restraint.At the end of their press release, the Hennepin County Medical Examiner adds the following important reminder: "Under Minnesota state law, the Medical Examiner is a neutral and independent office and is separate and distinct from any prosecutorial authority or law enforcement agency." Regardless of whether experts agree with their interpretation of the evidence, they were the first to collect it, and because they did their job, that evidence is now available for public scrutiny in a court of law.
This article uses the same report you had from an actual Pathologist diagnosing the case. You are not a Pathologist
Created:
And by the way I do a lot of research on these cases and 80% of the time the media twists what the actual case is. I fully believe the cop in Kenosha was in the right to act in self defense.

@ILikePie5
I mean if I were to lie down on your neck for 9 minutes straight you'd still probably die even when sober.
There's video evidence too of the filming, there's also dash cam evidence.
Finally you looked at one autospy report, the Hennepin County Report, here's PolitiFact:

Finally, an autospy doesn't say anything about the cause of death. It just gives what happened to the victim
Here's a pathologist report: https://www.medpagetoday.com/blogs/working-stiff/86913
Did Floyd have something in his system? Yes. Was it enough to directly effect his body? No. He was still able to hold a conversation

Nah. There wasn't evidence of drugs in his system to the point of OD'ing. Even so, the police officer knelt on his neck for 9 minutes. Even someone not doped up would probably die

Bastard games are games that do not play by typical rules of mafia. Either one side is unbalanced or there can be mod intervention with theme, etc. (such as this one)

You played really well this game. You had actual reasons to vote me and I actually noted some of the behavior analysis you had when I'm scum.

@MC
You need to think more logically about a couple things. The fact that you scumread GP in DP1 for doing his meta is such bad town play. Grey's meta is to early claim. He claimed a protective role and not his actual to role to keep mafia off balance the entire game and it ACTUALLY worked. You need to think about other metas of people versus strictly sticking to typical norms in mafia. Also letting you know that vote count do not guarantee scum are on a train. That is pretty poor logic in general to follow because you can easily get outplayed by a smart mafia if you focus on that.
@WP
In the future you should use your Double Vote earlier. If you save it til the end it looks extremely sus since 1, it isn't affiliation indictive and 2, if you saved at 2v1 or 3v2, as scum you would only need to put you and scums vote on to win game.

The fact that Speed literally claimed he got an action and that GP roleblocked him yet you still lynched GP is so fucking bad
Play better town. This has to be the most abysmal play I've seen from a lot of people in this game. I should've lynched DP2 or DP3 if we actually attempted to draw a lynch on me. The play from town was incredibly bad in this game and should be a lesson to get better
Oromagi was town MVP. Speed outplayed oromagi with the lawyer but oromagi actually put effort into this game and actually had some valid points to lynching me

First thing I will say is that activity matters in this game a lot and I have been consistently active this entire game (besides DP2ish were I was away)
To counter oromagi's point, I had NO way of knowing when I have breaks and such and the extent of my trip was during a NP.
To counter oromagi's point, I had NO way of knowing when I have breaks and such and the extent of my trip was during a NP.
- So to claim that I AM doing the activity stitch is scummy is simply inaccurate as fuck. I alerted town of inactivity in certain days.
- I also helped town when I could on my rest breaks

Back to analyzing. Gonna give a full read through. I posted #23-24, while a bit tipsy so I am going to fully read through this DP. I'm at L-1, so before anyone does anything, do not put hammer on.

I’m saying this with beer so I’m not gonna be typing much but I actually am looking with MC as smart. Might scum read go

@Greyparrot
Yea but I also can’t see how Speed can be scum with only a 1x detective and a odd cop. By POE it’s either you Earth or WP
Created:

I actually am not town read Speed as much as I was before. Same with Grey. Chris is probably most town but when the town play has been consistently shit this entire game, you can't classify scum at all
Created:
Posted in:
So this sucks. Oro was town I guess. Figured he'd die this night though
I have to rethink who I think is scum. I still have a feeling WP could be scum. I also have slight scum reads on Chris and Earth

Grey is probably town and Speed is probably town. I have a hard time thinking that 2 voting roles can co exist in a game this time. It would be extremely hard for a scum to try to fight that. I think one of them is lying and I still believe water is best lynch target.
Created:

Welp it's 1:08pm cst. We got a fucking no lynch. Shame on Chris and Speed for seriously fucking us over this DP. We are literally going to go nowhere with 3 no lynches. Now that water's role is wasted, we are so divided as town it's funny and oro is just dividing us more
Created:

@Greyparrot
Chris needs to confirm he will do so. If he says he will I will, but I doubt he will because he's too gun hoe and tunnel vision. He's been off this entire game
Created:
Posted in:

@WaterPhoenix
I'm not walking you around. Simple. We lynch oro. If he's town just lynch me next DP if you think I'm scum. I'm willing to take that risk.
I'm not going to debate with oromagi too much because I don't interact much with scum. You used your vote, which is a town read. I'm telling you the best option

Credit to oro for drawing the mislynch train because he’s actually using behavior to force a mislynch. Chris hasn’t done anything to analyze my behavior
