Tell me why it's not wylted vibes. Out of curiousity. I have been trying to burn off the old self and replace it with a character I created with various AI models. A character I call Vitalis.
It's something I seen done with a body builder named zyzz. He essentially created a character and then became him and became a legend. The old self isn't completely burned off otherwise you wouldn't get this from me at all but I want to know how it differs.

I don't have strong reads right now pie. Looking closer at earth they seem to want to appease the crowd so to speak which is putting me off. I am not particularly confident it means much. I don't think we have any great behavioral things at the moment to town read or scum read anyone.
RM I already stated it's small but maybe we could town read him as a result of it as well given that whiteflame might be cautious of using the word discord if he was scum. In fact the more I think about it the more I am thinking it's more a town tell than anything.

Bottom line. Retention rate sucks because most of the people here suck. It's a retention issue and tons of quality people have been driven off the site back before whiteflame was mod. Whiteflame literally and single handedly stopped the bleeding, but perhaps too late. I think the way to increase retention now is to get rid of nuisance posters and then we will be fine but there is a fear among mods that the nuisance posters are the only reason for activity being so high

I will say I am at the tail end of a move also and also looking for a job at the same time so I can understand the lack of time at certain points in the process a lot of activity you have to squeeze in, during a short window of time and if he is moving a bunch of heavy ass furniture like I was it means when he is done he probably just wants a beer and to chill. This is true, especially in a game like this where town isn't going to figure out the theme. I do worry about getting into doxxing character but I think everyone knows who whiteflame is. Uncle Ted calls it over socialization. There are some natural human responses to this temptation such as religion which even has fallen to over socialization to a certain point. You are conditioned to be subordinate to the needs of others, many of who could give a shit less about you. This assumes two things

I never was in scientology but I have a special interest in cults and studies their recruiting techniques for years. One thing that's really common in cults is that a lot of their shit actually works. It looks crazy because you are seeing the end of a long line of subtle shifts. It's important to emphasize this to show that normal and intelligent people can be taken in, if you downplay this than people might be less guarded and taken in so when you see Allison Mack in NXVIM, yes their stuff actually worked many people elacheived extraordinary results with it.
That's not to say they couldn't get the same thing from Tony Robbins seminars or a good therapist but this stuff works early on. This is why many cults run drug rehabs, self help boot camps etc. They are providing value on the front end.

But they have other free courses and then when you take all those and see the improvements they have what's called the bridge and you can learn so much more about yourself . You don't get to thetans until level 4 of 6 by the time you get to level 4 you have made a bunch of friends, your life is improved, you have invested a lot of money in the courses and the teachings of the group.

Regardless of who is on your "list of developers" you that team should be open to pull requests from people who aren't willing to take the 'one hour oath'. Some problems can be solved in isolation, and if someone (else) is willing to do it all the better.
I was thinking it was too much as well and to scale back to 3 hours a week etc. the oath gives some pressure to continued contribution which is more important the fewer people you have.
As far as too many cooks in the kitchen we keep one person to approve commits or just a few. I believe in freedom so open source should be okay and if somebody strongly believes in different ideals they can just fork the code and we have a test for it anyway
