maybe this made some sense but I think it gets confusing here and he begins to word salad. I find it is untypical of liberals not to censor opinions they disagree with. I find it also highly suspicious that there is no diversity of thought among moderators. Bsh1 failed the site with his moderation policies and by sticking with people who depended entirely on him for their reputation. Ragnar falls outside of that realm so is a good pick, but keeping the rest, to spare their feelings if they were removed is silly. SA hasn't voted because noon scum want to look like they are not flip flopping. They mistakenly think changing your mind a lot is a scum tell, despite how it is generally more of a town tell.  Noob scum have a tendency to vote less often, rarely change their vote and to avoid wagons where they think the flip will be on a team mate.

SA is also making another scum mistak . Which is trying to appear to be scum hunting by breaking up people's read . I have seen other scum doing it. When you post a read. They want to appear to have genuine dialogue and be hunting so they just attack your premises, and never offer their own analysis. SA did this by attacking somebody's vote (I think Drafters early in DP1) when I was catching up and voted AROSE it occurred. This happened with well explained votes as well.  Honestly it is blatantly clear SA is scum. Maybe I will switch my vote to AROSe later because he is in the same pool, but it is hard to move from somebody who is clearly scum, to somebody I merely have a strong suspicion of. Particularly when the ease of this wagon change would hint that I am wrong about one of these two.

I think it is possible that you are conflating empathy and sympathy and think they mean the same thing. Sympathy may require emotions, but empathy not so much

I just lost 40 pounds. Was 200 (still sexy some how), but am now at about 160. So not at 75%. Having a hard time with diet. I still have some terrible days where I over eat by 2000 calories. But also have a lot of days where I under eat, so right now looking to remove both the under and over eat days and get my macros on point. I am doing it on the smith machine, and just started but 80 pounds (100 including bar, but I swear the bar feels lighter than the 20 they claim) for 5 reps. When I do a fumbell bench press I am getting the 80 pound mark for 5 reps, so maybe I shouldn't count the smith machine bar.
