The key thing in his scenario for eternal Universe, with no big bang origin, has to do with degrees of freedom involving entropy, as related to black holes.

the beginning of the next eon, where there more degrees of freedom, involved with black hole creation and at this transition the Universe looks the same except there is a switch from less black hole existence to creation of new black holes, and the cycle eternally repeats itself.

Rogers scenario predicts circles in the cosmic background radiation, and those have now been observed.

Saw what I see is at  the beginning of each eon, we have black holes IN-spiring matter and over time, the OUT-spiring photons.

Pi^4 can be perceived as Absolute Time or, we can considerSpace{ XYZ/3D } and Time values seperate, within the Pi powering context. Icame to choose the later. More on that later below and it is why what followsnext is my reasoning for why not to take Pi^4 { 97.4 }  as an Absolute Time value.

If you want to know my public education, then you should ask. 10 years of public education, with a repeat of 7th grade.  Not because I failed, but because my mother felt my sister{ 3rd grade } did so poorly it would be benifiical for us to repeat a grade.

She may have been correct in her assessment and in some ways that was a pro for me in ways beyond intellect.   So I never recall being terribly bothered by descission.

I quit school two months into my 11th year. Felt I was not learning much of relevance to my having a job and making money to buy a car and ciggerettes. So I quit and turned my part time job into a full time job at age 17.

Then around age 21 I bought a few books took a state college class that may offerred some help in preparing for G.E.D,  ---cant recall for sure--, bu they did give the GED test, and I passed.  They did not give my scores, however, just as I barely passed most of various subjects, I probably barely passed my GED. I'll never know.

Then in years to come I read many books by cosmologist tyes, physcist-type,cosmic thiinkers  ---ex R P Feynman, Fred Holye and Bucky Fuller--- as well as some books on physicss.

I barely passed my E.M.T license in two differrent states and that was the pinnacle of my official education.  I never did much with the EMT whereas I had friends who applied themselves more and become parmedics, nurses, physician assistants.

Some conditioning from childhood I did not breakout of so that limited my desire to appply myself further in any one specialist education.

Ive had many kinds of jobs ---oil reig rought neck, cattle rancher, dairy farm, food production/processing/packaging---   but I became most proficient in auto mechanics, construction, remodeling, plumbing and electrical repair or new installation.
