Ha, yeah that is the approach Fuller took. He stated that we should ship nuclear wastes {ionizing radiation } back to the sun, which is where it came from.The Moon may prove a desirable dump for nuclear waste if we significantly ramp up production.

However, as Ive made succintly clear in previous posts, there exist all female animals, that, make cloned reproduction of themselves.
Having a male introduces biodiviersity other than random mutations and epigenetics.
There exist no all male species because male inherently does not give birth because they do not have the equipment to do so.
So does that make the more complex female animal more complex? Maybe it does. It surely makes possible a better chance of survival of any specific species.
