So we have GP, dudz, and Wylted claiming vanilla that seems like 2 many nillas 4 a 10 man game. I suspect one of these 3 is a lie.  Does anybody else want to claim vanilla?

I, for one, found your uncertainty about spiders being Arthropods convincing & I think scum would have filled u in b4 u misspoke. 

I don’t find the “admit” particularly damning but Wylted did and the majority seem to agree. 

Do u have a role you can reveal to town’s advantage?

I would like everybody during this DP2 to state whether or not they are an ANT.  I don't want to explain why.  A simple "I am not an ant" or "I am an ant" will do.  I think it is important to town not to lynch until everybody has responded.

KM returned for last 12 hrs of NP.  Although he has commented on debates since he has not posted once to game.  I have no idea how experienced he is although I think came over from DDO along with WrickitRalph and the "Yerfloor" gang

I like bsh's suspicions on Disc.  It does feel like the present narrative (lynch supa) starts & ends w/ Disc so I am in no kind of hurry to act.  In fact, I think town wants maximum time this DP if we are going to gather any information from the pokiemopes

supa used the verb admit not confess which seems a little ess damning. However, I’m still amazed that Wylted’s random attack & WP’s instant confession now seem real enough, so right now Disc is looking like the expert to me.

What’s interesting about the word retard is that even 20-30 years ago the word was the more polite version: a medical term with a 400 year pedigree that is really just the Latin for “slow”. Officially, the word has now been replaced by the term intellectual disability.  Which - I can’t think of a bigger fuck you to people who have to have frequent conversations about their health than to take a commonplace two-syllable word and replace it with an awkward 9 syllable word.  And what’s the more offensive connotation? Slow vs unable to intellect. The correction seems way, way more offensive than the original.

So common that it is more shocking to see someone not bussing than it is to see someone bus.
If I see a scum lynch, I immediately begin analyzing the players on the lynch, looking for the bussers I'm near-guaranteed to find. Vice-versa, too; if I see a town lynch, I look off the wagon to see where the scum are. In both cases, it's obviously not the only place I look, but it tells you what I expect these days in a game.
The point's been lost.
The point of bussing has been forgotten.
The point of bussing wasn't "oh, you're scummy, so a town-me would be voting you, sorry mate". The point of bussing was to gain more than you would lose. Risk-Reward analysis was the driving force behind the decision to bus, and almost nobody (except a small minority of mostly-pre-2010-joindate players) does so anymore.

Let's assume WP is scum because there's not too many good reasons for town to make a confession like that.

1)  That means somebody is colluding with WP on the PMs.

2)  That means that WP's confession is part of scum's plan.

3)  Who benefits from WP's confession and instant lynching?  Wylted, of course & Disc also seems a little to unskeptical

4)  Assume that WP's role does something nasty to the hammer or just generally bad after lynch. 

5)  Nobody but Wylted should perform hammer.

Yeah, that makes me very sad.  I didn't know him well but I did a couple debates against him and mafia games, of course.  I remember once we were scum together and he hated that- he always struck me as polite and modest even in situations where those qualities made him less competitive.
