Marriage is basically irrational.
Whereas multiple sex partners probably isn't.
Though perhaps it is wise to maintain a broad gene pool.
And no reason why two stupid ugly people would not necessarily produce a genius.
Which isn't to say that there are no reasons why they might not.

Ooooo.
The introduction of "reality" into your assertion, requires clarification.
Reality is what.
Or, which bit of everything that occurs, can rightly be regarded as reality.
For me, it is everything.
Perhaps you have other ideas Faux.
Certainly there will be others that see less importance than you do, in private industry and/or a government.

Yes, I'm aware of current trends.
I was loosely quoting longer term predictions.
But it still stands that the more people we keep alive for longer coupled with changing attitudes towards procreation, will inevitably create a proportionately older demographic.

@Shila
Surgical and medical intervention keeps people alive.
Social attitudes towards procreation, limits birth rate...Not globally though.
So yes, world population is still on the increase, but disproportionally in terms of ethnicity, ideology and nation state.
Though it is thought that there will be an overall decrease in population growth, as social attitudes in rapidly developing countries changes.
Other, evolutionary or environmental factors might also add to a long term decline in species fertility.

Maybe.

Nah.
Nothing to do with abortion.
A statistically inaccurate assertion
A population will age, irrespective of the rate of abortion.

Clothes perform two functions.
Protection and modesty.
Modesty;
An intellectual animal that cannot come to terms with it's physicality, biology and sexuality, is sort of a contradictory creature.

We have an aging population.
Thanks in the main to medical and surgical intervention.

Hmmmmmm.
Men and Women both tend to wear undergarments for various reasons.
Bras are generally unnecessary as a support garment for men though.
I would suggest that skirts were somewhat more practical for urination purposes.
But modern women seem to have transcended that issue.
Fabrics and styling evolved to be representative of gender and sexuality.
Though as generations die off, then so will old established ideas.

Well, one has to assume that half the population was already slightly daft.
Obviously you are one of the other half.
Was America ever great?
Britain was great once, but we're never going to regain that status.

Yep, the older people get the more dependent upon medication they become.
If it weren't for medical intervention life expectancy and consequently population would reduce drastically.

I distribute Meds to fat lazy people who have developed cellulitis and leg ulcers.

Me too Yas.
Ignorance is bliss hey?
Muslims invented science.
Nah Yas.
Muslims weren't invented until the 7th century CE.

Sort of emphasises the fact that cooperation would achieve quicker results.
Therefore one could suggest that the status quo is an inbuilt genetic strategy.
Evolutionary checks and balances as it were.

For sure, Trump is full of Bullshit.
The sad fact is that no one wants the Palestinians, not even their Arab brothers.
I guess they see them as just as big a problem as the Israelis do.
Empathetic rhetoric is just hollow words.
The solution as ever is just to keep supplying them with weaponry and spread anti-Jewish propaganda.
Reality is, that originally everyone was essentially the same.
But just look at what several thousand years of social and ideological factionalism as come to.
A civilised and intellectual species hey Yas...Don't make me laugh.

@Yassine
No real answer to common sense then Yas.
Just a cheap jibe.
So here's one for you.
A low IQ is what is shared by millions of miseducated numpties who bob up and down on carpets mumbling nonsense.
Which isn't to say that mumbling nonsense isn't a shared religious trait.
I think that it was you who I put a hypothetical question to previously; one which you neglected to address.
Have another go.
So, your brother rapes your wife.
Which one do you hug.
Your brother or your wife?

Nope.
I still don't believe anything.
Middle Eastern mythological religious baloney was made up 2 to 3 thousand years ago by war mongering ignoramuses.
Then it moved eastwards and became warmongering Islamic baloney.
Things haven't changed much.
But show me GOD in his intergalactic spaceship, and I will take my hat off to it.

If there was/is a GOD it would/will be chilled.
And say:
Hi Y'all, keep up the good work.

Depends what's going down elsewhere.

He sent Jesus as a messenger.
That was two thousand years ago, before humans invented IT.
Odd that Mr Omni and his sidekick J are still not connected.
Alistair Begg.
Yep, that's one way to make a living.
And there are obviously plenty of people willing to pay him to do so.
I can't knock it.

Thinking does not need an external stimuli. A person could be reflecting on past events subjectively.
Cause and effect.
I'm not sure that the mind has spontaneous bursts of random reflection.
What do others think?

Well, plastic straws are a natural outcome of material evolution.
As will be everything that occurs tomorrow.
A general complacency with regard to the disposal of consumer products also seems to be a part of the process.
I'm not sure that kicking conservatives in the bollocks is going to make a whole lot of difference.
And neither will liberal complacency.

Hmmmmmmmmmmm, the environment, where is that?
Is it somewhere out there beyond the Realm of Man?
Not sure that plastic straws are it's biggest threat.
Human cleverness and stupidity is it's biggest threat.
Trouble is, there is no consensus on how we can cleverly overcome our stupidity.
We could start by educating kids to put their litter in a bin...Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha.
Nope, let's tell them how they can be a transsexual instead...Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha.

Forums are remote unthreatened individuals making comments relative to their conditioned databases...If you are clever, you will understand this and smile.
In general, there are good and bad people and a whole lot of indifferent people.
I work with a lot of Muslims who are well educated, sensible people...Which isn't to say that Certain Islamic sub-groups do not promote fundamentalist separatism, which will inevitably wind up certain "western" sub-groups, in particular, white separatist Americans.
And the claim that "Islam is best" will wind them up even more...As you well know....You started this spat, so you shouldn't be offended by it.
I am atheist and think that all religion is more or less bonkers. Which isn't to say that Interventionist Hypotheses are not reasonable.
Small Blue Dot though, and no GOD has as yet visited, other than in the minds of conditioned and deluded Earthlings.

Don't worry.
There are still plenty of breeding non-muslims out there.
All those Chinese and Hindus and Catholics and various Africans, and dare I say North Koreans.
Not forgetting the Russians.

Hey, the vagina is the internal muscular structure that extends from the vulva to the cervix.
Let's talk vulvas instead.
Or clitorises.
The clitoris is the vulvas most erogenous area.
So if we talk vulvas, that will also include the clitoris.
Just don't mention urination as it might put a damper on the conversation.
Ok, so you might be into that sort of thing.
GOD was having a laugh when he designed entry/exit ports.
Over to you.

And so, we have a collection of sort of westernised christianic type whitish guys, somewhat uneasy at the sight of a swarthy bloke with a big black beard.
And the whole discussion descends into a paedophilic miasma.

But I'm guessing that it cares more about the progress of the whole, rather than the plight of the individual.

From what he says we can see there was thought put behind it.
A sound from somewhere, converted into an electro-chemical signal by the auditory nerve enters the brain where it is converted into a noise.
We cannot see his process as it does not produce a signal that can be detected by an optical sensor.
We can only create our own thought relative to the incoming auditory signal.
The outcome is always an internal simulation.
Or so we think.
We can only assume that the simulation is representative of an existent quantity.
Namely HIM.

A Zedku is a verse of as many lines and syllables as I see appropriate.
You could try a viku.
No questions
Just saying that existence is complex.
And I didn't even mention the endocrine or nervous systems.
Though beliefs are wholly internal, which isn't to say that they do not use external signalling as a stimulus.
So, we might think that we share beliefs, which is true.
And I would suggest that A LIFE is the duration of a sentient event.
I couldn't really say for sure what life is.
Any definitive ideas vi?
Is it just and electro-chemical ignition, sort of a big bang in the womb.

Hey Tiger.
Same question I'd ask a Christian or any other GODDIST.
Why do you think an omniscient GOD would be interested in silly religious books and rituals.
Level up yourself Tiger, and show him/her/it a bit of respect.
