Can you not read your own wiki source? It says it clearly he was held on parole violations.
there is a distinct difference between a "probation violation hold" and a "PENDING probation violation" and what you call "parole violations"

IFF he was convicted of the NEW charges against him, THEN and only then, would that constitute a (single) "parole violations"
IFF he was convicted of the NEW charges against him, THEN and only then, would that constitute a (single) "parole violations"
IFF he was convicted of the NEW charges against him, THEN and only then, would that constitute a (single) "parole violations"

however, he was NOT convicted of the NEW charges, specifically because the state did not have enough evidence to convict him

what facts are you specifically referring to?
I am referring to your narrative that a person being held on parole violations was somehow unfair.
this is only one example of how someone can be held on charges that the state cannot provide evidence for

even when the state knows they do not have enough evidence to convict, they will try to get people to take a plea-deal (to cover their failure)

and continuously "re-schedule" the "speedy trial" we are all told we all have a right to

the exact same tactics are being used on the j6 participants

i would imagine you'd be somewhat concerned about the $200 a day of tax money this kind of judicial failure costs you ($140,000.00)

why was he released after 700 days WITHOUT making a "plea-deal" and WITHOUT a trial ?
Why does anyone, (not just your cherry picked confirmation biased stooge) who is held on probation violations get released? Have you done more than zero research on the other side of this story? Or are you committed to a broken confirmation bias narrative with no need at all to examine the other side? I used to believe you could see all sides of a story.
this sounds a lot like, "no reason"

Increased taxes on the rich forces them to be charitable.
As one of the five pillars of Islam, zakat is mandatory giving; all Muslims eligible to pay it must donate at least 2.5% of their accumulated wealth for the benefit of the poor, destitute and others – classified as mustahik. It is one of the largest forms of wealth transfer to the poor in existence.

Here is what you can expect if you are arrested for an alleged parole violation: After an arrest, a CDCR parole agent can place you on “hold” — meaning he or she can place you in jail until further proceedings take place. Once you are on “hold,” parole staff decides if there is “good cause” to believe that you violated a law or parole condition. [**]

he was not convicted for "parole violation"

he was not being held for "parole violation"

his parole agent placed his status "on hold" for a POTENTIAL parole violation

he was held "pending a trial that never happened"

Your thesis is misleading. If you are in prison and you punch an inmate in the nose, you don't get to complain about the consequences. Including an extended stay.

Please stop with the confirmation bias. You literally googled for something that supported your bias.

it's not a "parole violation" unless he is CONVICTED

and there were no charges for "terrible violent behavior while in prison"

otherwise he would have been CONVICTED of "terrible violent behavior"

On January 28, 2011, 258 days after his arrest, Browder appeared in court. The prosecution requested a deferment of proceedings. On June 23, 2011, Browder's record showed: "the People not ready, request one week; August 24, 2011, the People not ready, request one day; November 4, 2011, the People not ready, prosecutor on trial, request two weeks; and December 2, 2011, prosecutor on trial, request January 3, 2012."[6]

After refusing multiple plea-deals

Including "plead guilty for immediate release" - - which he refused because he was innocent of the charges

On September 23, 2012, a video was recorded showing Browder in handcuffs being assaulted by guards.[8]

Kalief Browder (May 25, 1993 – June 6, 2015) was an African American youth from The Bronx, New York, who was held at the Rikers Island jail complex, without trial, between 2010 and 2013 for allegedly stealing a backpack containing valuables. During his imprisonment, Browder was in solitary confinement for 700 days. [**]

Personally I don't agree with viability as the line anymore. I used to, but I really can't see a justification for the state to ever be able to force someone to host another person (or thing) inside of their body against their will.  I know you'd oppose that for vaccines. Presumably you'd oppose that for microchips. Why then would it be okay to force someone to house a HUMAN BEING inside their body?

I mean what if some people developed a rare tumor that scientists wanted to study, and criminalized the attempt to remove those tumors so society could  research and learn more about them. That's fucked up lol. And unconstitutional. The state should not have that kind of control over people's bodies ever in my opinion, and I really think the constitution already establishes that.

I think the MBTI test is just a model. No one can just categorize human beings perfectly under a single(or even 4) metric. It is a model designed to simplify things.
