Courts said "we don't care" about all the election fraud cases and that was reported as "courts say there was no fraud". Fair is fair.

Dictionaries contain words, not phrases.Correct. So when a word is spoken, it's meaning is not determined merely by the typical usage of that one word, but by looking at the words that were used before and after and putting it all together a full picture based off of that... Right?
I think the phrase you're looking for is "complete sentences".
They did prepare for violence, they failed to anticipate the scale of violence and the size of Trump's mob.but that excuse doesn't work for Trump because?Because it's a categorically different thing.Failure to stop someone from committing an atrocity is not the same thing as taking part in (by providing the source of motivation for) the carrying out of an atrocity.
Funny, because it seems like your case for participation is failure to prevent.

What they didn't forget was that his admin suggested 2 weeks to slow the spread and never used the threat of force to create a lockdown. It happened while he was in the oval office, does that not make him responsible?
Obviously it doesn't. Whether or not a segment of the public is rational about the culpability of a POTUS is a crapshoot.

Well technically having guards is preparing for violence. The people who were being waved in were peaceful and if I had to guess the guards correctly concluded that the best way to keep things peaceful was to not block their way.

There is no such thing as "in general". All values are relative to value systems. Value systems are either arbitrarily chosen by abstract intelligence or intrinsic to the definition of life.
Life is that which organizes it's energy against entropy to increase the likelihood that matter will continue to exist in that form. Life is the fundamental good. Death the fundamental evil.

There seems to be a misunderstanding as to what motivated me to go find this thread. It wasn't any lack of IWRA being banned, it's the fact that two members were acting like some rule was hanging over their speech (specifically about the range of positions they can hold).
New rules or old: IWRA constantly bringing up purported dead family out of nowhere is obviously a violation.
In regards to the range of positions allowed: Old rules could be interpreted to ban any non-pacifists and anything more controversial. New rules allow people to be open antisemites and say children can consent.
There is a difference between arguing for what most would consider toxic conclusion and being toxic to debate itself (with pure fallacies and personal vitriol).

Your inability to read is incredibly stupid.
Knowing you are "obsessed" with my genitals because you are "interested in recombining our genes" is incredibly creepy.I suppose it relates to why there is so much inbreeding in the MAGA base though, nevertheless, it's still creepy.

Well at some point after eukaryotic cells first evolved, we (life on Earth) became very interested in recombining our genes. Since then there has been a few things you can count on:Why are you so obsessed with other people's genitals?
1.) We want energy
2.) We want amino acids
3.) We are interested in each other genitals

The only thing they need from the west is for people to stop pretending they're are genociding anybody. It's really disgusting to use that term for what Israel is doing on the same planet Tokyo was firebombed and Nagasaki was nuked.

Right, and the mob boss never told you he was going to come after your family. He did however express concern over the well being of their safety.Your theory of coded language fails for this above many other reasons: It doesn't work when the addressed don't have the cipher. It's not coded language, it's common sense. If I give you two, and I give you another two, you don't need a cipher to figure out I just gave you four.
If you give four examples of fraud and one of non-fraud that means the overwhelming majority is non-fraudulent. Yes very common.
At this point you're not making an argument you're just saying "everybody sees it that way", which they don't and it would be the conclusion of the argument you need to make but aren't making; so if you insist that you're continuing a debate at this time your fallacy is: begging the question.
yet to provide any alternative theory or provide any examples to show how I'm not getting it right.
Alternate theory: Wild = exciting, peaceful = peaceful, you have to fight like hell = you have to be proactive and engaged, one on one duels = joke
I've explained why in detail
If that's what you call detail I hate to see what you call an overview.
Your assertion that telling them the election rigged is identical to calling for violence is rejected both on the face and due to double standards. You agreed with it in this very thread.I did not. Here is you in post 191:I agreed that it follows that if elections are rigged violence is the only remaining option. You did agree to it. It's right there ^.
Nope. Learn English. F-
First of all you are engaging in a clear black or white fallacy.
Fuzzy or not the logical relationship remains.
NPR from a reporter on the morning of J6 talking about the rally and talking about the violent mood of the crowd.
That is a red herring. It is not enough for violence or a violent mood to exist to prove it was incited or that it was incited by primarily one thing (or person).
I have said that he didn't call for violence, that he called for peace beforehand, that he didn't expect violence, and that violence was not part of his plan to save democracy.I have not said that he didn't want violence. Everyone who is angry wants violence. It was clearly cathartic for him to see people were just as angry as he was.I should have just skipped to the end. This right here ^^^ is exactly the point and problem. He didn't call for violence explicitly. What he did however was make very clear to his supporters that he wanted them there to commit violence, and he knew that by making this clear some portion of his followers would act on it. That's been my point since this thread started.
So any angry politician is making it clear that he or she wants people to commit violence. Got it. Interesting theory of incitement, I look forward to its completely equitable application.
It fails miserably by the standards of applying basic logic and reason to determine whether Trump should ever be trusted with the oval office again.
I wasn't trying to prove Trump can be trusted, I succeeded at proving the lying hypocrites who are after him are worse than him and that their supporters are worse than his supporters. They are a danger to any hope of restoring a democratic republic. They are the enemies of reason and justice and haven't room to play moral judges over Putin much less Trump.

When Trump is back in office he’ll stop the genocide in Gaza, right after he deals with Putin.
Via magic I assume.
Ukraine can be solved by a referendum. Gaza cannot. It's a cesspool of terrorism and will always be that way until it's turned into rubble.
There is no solution but to take those who want to get out to other sharia nations and starve out anyone who remains.

that limits it's potential value.
In your opinion. Not Trump's or mine.
So this example was to help you understand how he both cost them money, and they also made a profit at the same time.
You used a false analogy to help me understand. Mission failed.
He took out loans but his assets weren't worth enough to cover the loans.
So you claim, but you also claimed that it doesn't matter if he had other assets to make up the purported gap. You can't have it both ways.
If something had gone wrong, Trump couldn't have actually repaid the loan because the assets were worth a fraction of what he said they were.
The bank disagreed.
He had a reputation in the 1990's for stiffing his lenders. Most US banks wouldn't do business with him. He had to go to germany to get loans. Here is an article with some information about it.
Give me an article from the 1990s if that's when it happened.

Well it is a single pixel, bright red, indicating 1.0, 0, 0 in a RGB color basis. Could be a buffer oversize where you're losing a pixel at the end of the array before it's sent to the monitor. The red could just be a consistent leftover from whatever memory used to be there.
It is extraordinarily unlikely debateart serving HTML and javascript is causing this problem or can be changed to fix it. Add to the fact that you said it sometimes persisted after the browser was closed... it's not even the browser; at that point.
I mean if the browser use of say OpenGL or DirectX made a mistake and put a red pixel, that buffer in windowed mode would still only be rendered within the browser.
There is nothing whoever is running this site can do. You can change the environment one thing at a time until it goes away if your curiosity is insatiable. First try a different browser (free), then try a different monitor, then try a different graphics card. You could also make sure your drivers for the graphics card you have are up to date, but that's a long shot.

Q: If that's the case, though, why is Gilliar drafting something like that?
A: Because I think that it was just as Rob Walker said. I think that it was pie in
the sky. Like Joe Biden's out of the office. Maybe we'll be able to get him involved.
Remember, again, is that Joe Biden, for first time in 48 years, is not an elected official and
is not seeking office. And so James is probably, like, wow, wouldn't be great if a former
Vice President could be in our business together?
And I say you're out of your mind.
My dad knows less about doing cross-border11 blah, blah, blah, than he does about -- I mean, it's just ridiculous. It's absolutely
Ridiculous.
So Hunter tries to call it all a delusion of Gilliar, but in so doing admits that he was referring to Joe Biden, and in order for Hunter to tell Gilliar that he's out of his mind for wanting to bring in Joe Biden, he must have known Joe Biden was the "big guy".

Businesses are worth more. Commercial zoned land almost always costs more.not in this context no. Because specifically it has to be a club.
Clubs are no easier to build than houses. The value is enhanced by the potential income.
He can't open a factory or something.
If it was a factory it really would be worth less, however since it's an ultra-desirable area for residences and retreats houses are worth more especially if they are clubs too.
They got more money from Trump than they gave to Trump. The sign of your answer is wrong.Let's say I sell you an apple for 1 dollar. It cost me 50 cents to buy the apple. You give me 4 quarters but one of them is fake.
No counterfeit money is being alleged. Analogy rejected.
No one thinks it is worth what trump said it was.
I know you don't consider people who agree with Trump to be human, but that's your problem.
Assuming the 30k square feet thing is real (which I don't)you can literally go and check for yourself.
How?
It isn't a matter of not having enough collateral to get a loan at all.
If he had enough collateral then there is no reason to lie.
It is a matter of getting better terms. If you have 1 billion dollars of assets and want 100 million in loan, you can almost certainly pay back the loan.
If a loan is fully secured with fixed long term assets it doesn't matter. The risk is infinitesimal and the only question is the underlying money market. When you put a house up as collateral they do not care how much money you make because the only thing that matters is whether they can recover the value on default.
He has a long record of being a shitty client.
You probably received that as gossip from Rachael Maddow types. Neither believe nor disbelieve it. It is in fact as if you had never said it.

1 where he lied about how mar-a-lago could be used and then said it was worth 10x it's actual value.
I responded specifically to mar-a-lago. That's the point of quoting. So yes.
As in everything in life, context matters.
You don't wield the context magic, only Double_R has learned that power. Go train under him if you want to have the power to refuse to give examples.
That's what 110 million dollars on that road looks like. 3.58 acres 12k square feet.you're comparing apples to oranges.
Houses to houses actually.
So you are comparing private residences to a club. they are not the same thing.
Businesses are worth more. Commercial zoned land almost always costs more. Also it's his legal residence so it is impossible that it is illegal to live there.
Are you trying to say it was 90 million instead of 100?I'm saying it's zero.what is your argument for that statement.
They got more money from Trump than they gave to Trump. The sign of your answer is wrong.
Trump lied on those documents and massively over inflated his net worth.
Well only if you assume lies are true (75 million mar-a-lago clown-world)
So how do you think you can justify that he didn't cost them money?
Loss of a potential sale is not equivalent to losing money. Assuming the 30k square feet thing is real (which I don't), assuming the difference was enough that he would have no other collateral to make up the value of the loan he was requesting, assuming that the bank was willing to lend without full value collateral at a higher interest rate, Trump could have just found a different bank or used multiple banks.

Yea, I mean a lot of people already knew this is the way government works. Anyone who has dealt with county officials knows it's not about the law, it's about the path of least annoyance for them.In this article, Hochul basically admits that the rules only apply to Trump.
She basically just admits "Yea don't worry we won't do this to you if we think you're more honest than Trump (even if you do the exact same things Trump does because it's basic business to favor the higher estimates in collateral)"

3) the ways in which he lied are harder to prove than if you lied to a bank. Like, how do you establish how much mar-a-lago is worth? It is a much harder question to answer than "how much is in your bank account" or "how much is your single family home worth".Yea, almost like it's not lying to pick a number on the high end of plausibility like everyone else in the universe does....saying your apartment is 3 times larger than it is, is not "high end of plausible". It is fraud.
You pretended the context was different. Now restored. A little bit fraudulent of you.
That's why Fani Willis is going to jail along with Hilary Clinton.... oh wait... no "lying" suddenly means something quite different for those types. No one is suggesting trump should go to jail for lying.
Yes that is exactly what you just suggested. Try not to lie about lying.
No, the crime is lying on financial documents.
Which is lying. Just like perjury is lying.
Or saying mar-a-lago is 10 times more valuable than it is (which trump also did).FalseHe said it was worth 739 million dollars. Actual estimates say it is in the ballpark of 75 million.
That's what 110 million dollars on that road looks like. 3.58 acres 12k square feet.
Mar o Lago is 62,500 sq ft with a lot size of 17 acres. That is not to mention the 5 tennis courts and a bunch of other stuff including the fact it's setup to be a resort and thus a business ready to go. Also the historical importance. Also the recent notoriety.
Let's do some math:
62,500 sq ft / 12000 sq ft = 5.208
17 acres / 3.58 acres = 4.749
~5
110 million dollars * 5 = $550,000,000
Lets adjust for inflation (fake numbers inflation is worse than this, especially in housing):
2018 - 2024 ~ $675 million
You should stop trying to perpetrate a fraud on the public.
They cost banks around 100 million dollars.Falselol, it is legally accepted fact in court.
...and yet still false.
Are you trying to say it was 90 million instead of 100?
I'm saying it's zero.
When you fill in those documents, they question them much more thoroughly than they do for billionaires.
Your brain on TDS: They do less verification when hundreds of millions of dollars are on the line vs hundreds of thousands.
