Greyparrot doesnt believe in democracy and discussions.

In fact, his entire propaganda here is focused on "no-discussion" and constant promotion of civil war which he probably wouldnt even fight in if it started.

What does PETA, Israel, and India have in common?
PETA is strongly against bug consumption
Why would someone eat bugs when hazelnuts are more nutritious?

While bugs may provide food in a survival situation, there are no insects during winter or spring, so dont really count on it.

One must also understand that even if you were farming grasshoppers, eating them is really disgusting.

One would better profit from learning how to plant hazelnut in his yard.

Hazelnut tree can produce for over 40 years. Just mow grass around them once in a while.

The other easy skill to learn is fishing. All you need is a fishing rod, a worm and a river that contains fish.

Now, there are trully many survival skills to learn, such as making wine from dandelion flowers or eating dandelion greens as a food source.

Insects arent really an attractive option as food.

Trump buddy with dictators that want to destroy USA
"Washington — Former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley, heading into a major test as she takes on Donald Trump in the New Hampshire primary this week, criticized the former president, in whose Cabinet she served, on Sunday for his relationship with "dictators that want to kill us."

"You can't have someone who's trying to buddy up with dictators that want to kill us," Haley told "Face the Nation."

"Instead, you have to let them know what we expect of them. That's the difference.""

Can anyone answer the question why dictators, enemies of democracy, racists, nazis support Trump?

I do think though that while someone who is attracted to kids can say sexual things about that kid to that kid
Most people would disagree with you and beat up an adult who says nasty things to minor, so really, most people dont support free speech.

The precedent for banning, "hate speech"
There is always slippery slope in everything.

If harmful speech is banned, a lot of speech would be banned.

If there was complete free speech, then adult would be allowed to say dirty things to minor.

What is a woman?
-->
@FLRW
Even if Bible's story was correct, conclusion would not follow.

Adam losing a rib does not mean his male children would be born with one less rib.

In fact, man losing one part of body almost never translates to his children later being born without that same part.

What does homophobia really mean?
-->
@Mall
Then part of homophobia or part of the reasons are rational because of the molestation factor. Do you follow ?
No, because most molesters are straight or bi.

Again, fearing all homosexuals because some are bad, while not fearing all straight when some are bad, is a double standard.

Its interesting that revenge often leads to slippery slope where people attack each other into infinity.

Smart people dont waste time with revenge because:
1. Revenge causes more problems
2. Revenge causes revenge
3. Revenge doesnt fix people

With stupidity being in decline, world will go above its previous customs, abandon them and accept better ones. Hopefully.

While its true that child molesters can be straight, gay or bi, why does that demand a fear of homosexuals who are not child molesters?

A question about AI

AI is not allowed anymore to have personal beliefs.

First few AI used to be wild, but right now they just say acceptable things.

AI mostly tells me that he doesnt want to discuss religion.

(It wants, but not allowed to).

Back in the first days, AI used to be mostly hardcore atheist leftist. Now he is mostly mild leftist.

Possible suggestions for the site - debates without voters, guide about formal debating?
I say that there should be an option to have a debate without voters.

I know some of you will say: "you already have that in forum"

But I dont, and neither do new users.

In forum, debate is not 1 vs 1, and debate does not come with character limit or round limit.

Now, most of my debates dont get votes anyway, so I am not really talking about me here.

But I noticed that site lets you have open votes, or judges, but it doesnt offer an option to have a debate without voters.

Debate without voters would be just like formal debates on ModernDebate. Its not something made up by me.

So I figured, on standard debates, there could be an option to have a debate without voters.

Now, anyone can see that most of the debating happens in forum where there are no voters, so its not a crazy idea to give option of no voters to formal debates in the debate section.

Having debates with voters might even prevent people from debating, because most people dont like losing and having voters basically guarantees someone "losing".

What this site also needs is a guide, especially a guide on topic creation.

Most new users cant seem to figure out which topics are auto-loss, which is what led to endless win farm in the past.

Also, most new users write a wall of text with no spacing, making debate essentially unreadable.

While that may be good strategy to overwhelm an opponent, it seriously harms the will of anyone to read that.

Also, there needs to be, like in video games, a guide appearing at the start, as soon as someone makes an account.

It needs to be simple enough so that anyone can understand, short enough so that they dont skip, and interesting enough to stay in memory.

I know that the site right now is not really growing.

Debate sites dont tend to be popular because only a small minority of people is interested enough in formal debating to search for a site specifically for that.

Most people want "safe space", so I figured that if you teach people how to debate anything and give them "safe space" with no voters to perform that debating, it might actually encourage them to stay.

I know that this site isnt originally meant to be a safe space, but most people are fragile. They cant handle defeat. They instantly quit the site.

So I figured that maybe give them safe space, which is not forum where they get destroyed in 4vs1, and which is not debate with voters where voters cause defeats and essentially act as 2vs1.

I know that there cannot be totally safe space in debates, but it can be pure 1vs1 with no any outside input from others to the debate itself.

A question about AI
-->
@sadolite
I always thought that AI will make education easy.

I had a debate about evolution. I am clueless about biology, yet thanks to AI I was able to spit facts about cells easily.

Whatever you dont get, you ask AI. It explains in short message whatever you want to know.

The traditional way of learning consists of doing your homework, which creates no interest in students.

With traditional education, most students dont become anything.

With AI, anyone can become anything by mere choice. I can know all about anything just by showing interest.

Its something traditional education doesnt give. Now each kid can have all knowing teacher on his smartphone.

It doesnt take lots of effort to learn anymore.

Here is why printing money is a must in capitalism
-->
@ADreamOfLiberty
It would affect the whole economy at the same time
This is just pure assumption.

You assume prices of ingredients would constantly drop to enable constant reduction in wages. (You reducing price of your product in no way means price of its ingredients will drop).

You assume buisnesses who choose to reduce wages to make up for otherwise lost profit would not lose workers to buisnesses who keep wages high.

You assume that if you reduce your prices, all others must reduce them too despite that your small buisness cant even take 1% of market and only big buisnesses take lots of market.

You assume that those who already realized profit are equally competitive as those who arent.

You assume those who already made profit will not increase production, therefore increasing demand for ingredients and their price, making it impossible for your small buisness to get cheap ingredients.

There are plenty of assumptions which all must turn true for your fantasy model of "no money printing" to work.

-->
@ADreamOfLiberty
Those who set their prices too high lose sales. Thus they lose profit.
This is false, because anyone keeping prices too low would quickly run out of products, and customers would be forced to buy from the one keeping prices high.

Hell, if he dropped prices too low, his competition would simply buy from him and sell at higher prices.

You assume a fantasy of some infinite production where one producer can cover the whole market, where reality is that only all producers can cover all market.

So an individual producer choosing to reduce prices and wages does not need to lead to all others reducing prices and wages to same.

In fact, choosing to reduce wages would cause his workers to starve if general prices arent reduced, which they never will be because he is not even a competition to everyone.

A question about AI
AI usually creates original content when asked to write a poem or story. It might be based on some existing lines, but I dont think it ever copies directly.

Now, there are AI detectors, so if you just copy paste the story in AI detector, it will likely detect if it was written by AI or not.

You just unloaded a bunch of assumptions there, and still ignore the points about those with more profit being better able to compete, and just ignoring that each billionare indeed has at least 500 million in cash.

Your claim of all extracted money being spent and all prices dropping equally at the same time is at best an assumption and a fantasy.

In most cases, yes.

However, exceptions exist which make such definition kinda discriminatory, since it would be used against those exceptions.

Also, people get defensive for no reason. Trans people dont demand anything from anyone other than to stop bullying and misgendering them.

It seems like a small, simple demand which doesnt even require any effort to be respected.

Why are child spankers running away from debate?
-->
@TheUnderdog
but since you know your child best and since we assume the parent wants what's best for the child, our society lets parents make the call.
People often assume they know best, but more often than not that is not the case.

You are supposed to default to science, even when you assume your personal situation might be an exception.

Who benefits from a decrease of social capital in America?
-->
@Greyparrot
This wasn't always the case.
I dont know, but on the market, small producers are small for a reason. Same with stores.

I remember that long ago, small stores used to offer awesome fast food. Its just that the fast food they were making I could make at home in 5 minutes.

In fact, it took more time and money to buy same food from them than make it myself.

It was just simple food that one couldnt screw up. But as soon as you want complicated food which you have no time to make yourself, like pie, small stores fail at higher rate.

So the more complicated the product, big companies gain more advantage.

And products in capitalism do get more complicated over time, and new producers arent really trust worthy.

In fact, unless you are rich and want to try new things, there is no reason to buy expensive things from unknown producers.

Unknown producers are by definition unverified, where respected big companies are verified by many customers.
