Well, thats interesting, but I am kinda confused as to why he ordered them to arm themselves.

The only time sword was used was once, and Jesus then forbid further use.

It could be that Bible doesnt tell the whole story.

Yes, Trump is almost 80 and leads a satanic lifestyle that is bad for health.

But he can go one more term. The more interesting question is who will come after him.

Because right now, MAGA's standards are such that Trump is their God, and after Trump they will need someone who is most like him.

I dont see anyone currently who fits. Trump won the republican debate without even showing up to it. He has no match in the republican world.

Now, I was thinking,

What would happen if someone accepted "Its wrong to kill others" as his moral value?

He would be banned from killing even in self defense. He wouldnt be able to kill anyone under any circumstance.

Was this Jesus's morality while he was on Earth? Jesus did not kill any other person, but he did kill animals and he did damage property.

However, even when faced with torture and death, he refused to kill those who wanted to kill him.

So one must wonder, does Bible teach how self-defense is wrong?

And if so, why dont Christians follow that teaching?

Thats Putin's dream too.

And Kim Jong Un's dream. If there is civil war in USA, then there is no one to defend South Korea, Ukraine or Taiwan.

And we all know those countries cant defend themselves for a month without US help.

Are you suggesting that dictatorship is better than democracy, for survival of a country?

But keep on supporting Biden's war on half of America
Actually, most of Americans didnt vote for Trump. So logically, its impossible that half of Americans voted for Trump.

Since most is 51% or more, it follows that those who voted are 49% or less, which is lower than half.

Now, about your post of Biden' war on MAGA, are you new to democracy? Its called politics. Trump attacks everyone who opposes to him. Thats how democracy works.

If you want to live in a country where everyone agrees on everything, try moving to North Korea or Russia.

Well, it is a good reason to vote for Trump. But can result in slippery slope. If people were voting for someone just to prevent him from getting in power in a violent way or from attacking the government, it kinda sends the message that bad behavior gets rewarded instead of punished.

Once Again, Fighting Abortion
-->
@TheUnderdog
In that rare instance, you would be correct.
And the rare instance is enough to justify abortion, because you cannot guarantee that someone wont be in great pain that is worse than death.

Some do, the vast majority do not.
Since some do, abortion is justified.

If you don't have enough will to commit suicide, then you do want to live.
No. Thats just your assumption. One can lack will to live and lack will to commit suicide.

It's not okay to kill somebody painlessly without due process without the consent of the person getting killed.
Actually, its immoral to force a person to experience great pain. That is much more immoral than simple painless death caused by early abortion.

As explained by example, great pain outweights desire to live. When pain is great enough, person desires to die.
If I was given the option to:
1. Burn alive for eternity
or
2. Die painlessly

We see that option 1 is not desirable at all, despite that it doesnt include death, where option 2 is more desirable, despite including death.

Why Trump should be disqualified - Legal arguments only

@Double_R
Anyone who wants power attacks indirectly, uses others for dirty work and for attacks, and then blames the attacks on them while in reality he pulled their strings. Its the same old story of attacker pretending to be the victim.

Everyone smart knew for a fact that peaceful protest of a small group is not going to overthrow those election results. Everyone smart knew that Trump presented no good evidence for election theft. Everyone smart knew that Trump had largest disapproval rate since Nixon.

MAGA attack on the elected government had only one logical purpose, which is to start a civil war and overthrow the elected government.

Other than that, there is no explanation for the attack. Actually, when we remove that as purpose, the attack made no sense as it only put Trump in trouble and made MAGA look bad.

I wonder why all his supporters didnt follow that command, but some chose this instead:

"if you don't fight like hell you're not going to have a country anymore"

Could you imagine MAGA thinking that they are not going to have a country if they accept election results?

Yeah, and then the attack happened.

Trump of course hoped that more people will attack, but not even average MAGA is ready to die for Trump. Well, some did die.

All he did, in your pathetic little world, is say fight like hell.
Even that is a call to violence, since the word "fight" includes physical violence in its definition. After he said that, the violence did happen, so what more needs to be added?

But yes, its a bit strange that person who tried to overturn election results is allowed to be elected again, but its not a problem.

If Bidens wins, democrats win 2024.

If Trump wins, democrats win 2028 after Trump screws up economy again with his tax cuts and stealing healthcare from people.

Bible says that true Christians are immune to poison and can do miracles and heal diseases.

So why didnt true Christians come and heal Marcus?

It seems kinda strange that true Christians could easily prove God by performing a miracle, yet we dont see any miracles anywhere.

In fact, miracles like the ones performed by Jesus and his disciples were never proven by example anywhere in this century.

So either true Christians are refusing to prove God and therefore, they are increasing hell population as a result and therefore are committing great sins,

either true Christians dont exist anymore.

Oh well...

Islam vs. Christianity

Sadly, now muslims must explain why islam, which they think is "best religion", is mostly followed by morally inferior people.

You would think that morally best religion would be followed by morally best people, or at least morally equal to other groups.

Sadly, followers  of islam are morally inferior, so islam is a religion is followed by morally inferior people.

I dont rely on reason as a source of knowledge. I think knowledge is derived from facts, as opposed to wishful thinking from reason.

But we can use basic laws of logic to make a conclusion.

P1. If following Islam means being morally best, then muslims would be morally best people.
P2. Muslims are not morally best people.
C. Following islam doesnt mean being morally best

P1 is, by law of identity or tautology, logically correct and impossible to refute, as muslims follow islam.

P2 is self evident truth, but we can support it with lots of examples, such as muslim countries abusing women and practicing forced marriages, as well as usually having poor life expectancy of women.

And conclusion then logically follows from premises, since premise 1 being logically irrefutable tautology leading to conclusion and premise 2 supporting premise 1, premise 2 itself being a fact that cannot be reasonably disproved by anyone. It may only be challenged on the basis of moral standard, but most of the civilized world would disagree with moral standards of Afghanistan.

Of course, I myself am not a fan of reason. I prefer facts, such as these:

"Overall, 92 percent of women in Afghanistan feel that a husband is justified in hitting or beating his wife for at least one of these reasons: going out without telling the husband, neglecting the children, arguing with the husband, refusing sex, and burning the food. Seventy-eight percent of women believe that going out without telling the husband is justification for beating, while 31 percent think the same about burning the food."

"As for the example of Mohammed, Sahih Muslim, one of the six major authoritative Hadith collections, claims the Prophet Mohammed undertook no fewer than 19 military expeditions, personally fighting in eight of them. In the aftermath of the 627 Battle of the Trench, “Mohammed felt free to deal harshly with the Banu Qurayza, executing their men and selling their women and children into slavery,” according to Yale Professor of Religious Studies Gerhard Bowering in his book Islamic Political Thought. As the Princeton scholar Michael Cook observed in his book Ancient Religions, Modern Politics, “the historical salience of warfare against unbelievers … was thus written into the foundational texts” of Islam."

Here are some violent verses from Quran promoting hate against those who dont believe. Islam is a religion of hate.

[2:99] And certainly We have revealed to you clear communications and none disbelieve in them except the transgressors.

[2:161] Surely those who disbelieve and die while they are disbelievers, these it is on whom is the curse of Allah and the angels and men all;

[2:162] Abiding in it; their chastisement shall not be lightened nor shall they be given respite.

[2:257] Allah is the guardian of those who believe. He brings them out of the darkness into the light; and (as to) those who disbelieve, their guardians are Shaitans who take them out of the light into the darkness; they are the inmates of the fire, in it they shall abide.

[3:10] (As for) those who disbelieve, surely neither their wealth nor their children shall avail them in the least against Allah, and these it is who are the fuel of the fire.

[3:12] Say to those who disbelieve: You shall be vanquished, and driven together to hell; and evil is the resting-place.

[3:22] Those are they whose works shall become null in this world as well as the hereafter, and they shall have no helpers.

[3:56] Then as to those who disbelieve, I will chastise them with severe chastisement in this world and the hereafter, and they shall have no helpers.

[3:116] (As for) those who disbelieve, surely neither their wealth nor their children shall avail them in the least against Allah; and these are the inmates of the fire; therein they shall abide.

[3:177] Surely those who have bought unbelief at the price of faith shall do no harm at all to Allah, and they shall have a painful chastisement.

[4:151] These it is that are truly unbelievers, and We have prepared for the unbelievers a disgraceful chastisement.

[5:36] Surely (as for) those who disbelieve, even if they had what is in the earth, all of it, and the like of it with it, that they might ransom them- selves with it from the punishment of the day of resurrection, it shall not be accepted from them, and they shall have a painful punishment.

With all these violent verses that come from muslim's holy book, can one really be surprised by violence committed by muslims?

so murder is worse than rape.
But some do commit suicide, so their rape was worse than murder.

It is very rare for a child to be tortured worse than death; otherwise the majority of children would commit suicide
Some children do commit suicide.

Then what is stopping you from committing suicide?
I dont know, maybe lack of desire to commit suicide.

The reason you don't do this is because you want to live more than you realize.
This is an assumption. Some people dont want to live, but also dont have enough will to commit suicide. As I said, I would prefer if I wasnt born.

If I had to live for 70 years and then die by being burned alive, I would rather not live at all.

Since some people obviously commit suicide, it follows that their life was torture and in their case, that torture was worse than death.

When I said that child birth is torture, I meant that giving birth to children causes those children to be tortured in life, and in some cases, torture is worse than death.

Also, dont confuse lack of suicide with desire to live. I didnt commit suicide (obviously), but I dont have any desire to live and I wish I was aborted.

We can find more examples of honor killings from muslim countries.

In May 2021, a London-based film maker, 46-year-old Babak Khorramdin was stabbed to death by his 74 year old mother and 81 year old father in the middle of an argument after they found out that their son is still single at this age and that he doesn't want to be married. After the murder, Khorramdin's body was mutilated, chopped into pieces and were put in three separate bags. Furthermore, the same couple had also killed Babak's sister and brother-in-law prior to his death. The parents stated that they "were proud" and "showed no remorse".
In February 2022 a video circulated in Iran of a man (Sajjad Heydari), in Ahvaz, Khuzestan in Western Iran, smiling and carrying the severed head of his 17 year old wife (Mona Heydari). The IRNA news agency referred to the incident as the result of an "honor killing." The wife had fled to Turkey but was brought back to Iran and killed shortly after.[104] According to human rights lawyer Yonah Diamond, "the Iranian authorities enabled the barbaric beheading of Mona Heydari -- a child bride -- for seeking a divorce from a violently abusive marriage..."[105]

Two years earlier another high-profile "honor killing" involved a 14-year-old who was allegedly killed with a sickle by her father in northern Iran's Talesh County, after she ran away from her family home with a 29-year-old man.[104]

Muslim country Saudi Arabia has a practice of "honor killing".

"“This is the state of women’s rights in Saudi today,” her friend says. “And we’re talking about incidents that actually reach social media—think about all the other unreported incidents hidden behind gated compounds. Under MBS, everything is monitored. Our social media accounts are being suspended and our voices are being silenced for talking about anything from foreign policy to women's rights and religious reforms, where can we turn? Freedom for women and freedom of speech is not dying in Saudi Arabia, it’s dead already.”
After the younger sister was released, she tweeted again—this time saying that she was leaving the investigation to the authorities. Several social media users noted a change in her tone, prompting concerns that she was being silenced or coerced. But their bigger fear was that she would disappear altogether.
Since the older sister’s death, other disappearances across the Kingdom have followed. On February 17, 2021, Refa Al-Yemi, a 40-year old, single mother of four children, went missing from her home in Jeddah. #Where's _ Rafa _ Al Yami started circulating on Twitter. On May 8, 2021, Ayesha Mohammed, a women’s rights activist, shared a video detailing the death of Hadil al-Harthi, a young Saudi woman who was found dead; users on Twitter speculated she may have been killed for sharing photos of her face on her TikTok account. 6 argument proof that Christian God cannot exist
Christian God is usually defined as all powerful being, the infinite being or simply uncreated creator. Often he is described as totally good in the Bible.

1. There is no explanation for the existence of God

Some religious people have said that God is eternal and uncreated.

This is logically impossible, as eternity cannot exist and cannot be realized in any way. In fact, eternity cannot come into existence, as eternity by definition means "no end", so to come into existence, it would have to have an end. A logical contradiction.

For God to be eternal, past would have to be eternal, which is logically impossible, as with eternal past, we can never logically reach the present.

In eternity, number of causes would be infinite or there would be no cause at all, which in both cases would mean that there would be no actual cause to anything and things wouldnt need a cause in order to exist.

So God being eternal or timeless is impossible.

There is also no way to explain how eternity is even possible, as eternity by definition cannot be caused. So nothing can create eternity, making eternity uncaused.

As a result, there is no way to explain how God came into existence or why a different God or Gods doesnt exist instead.

But even if eternity was possible, it would work for atheism as then our world could simply be eternal and need no God.

2. There is no explanation for what causes God to do things

Why would God do anything? There is no reasonable explanation as to why God would create this world or any world. There is no cause which causes God to change, to act, to create. So a God would not create nor act.

3. The problem of perfection

A perfect being would create the most perfect world possible. Every part of that world would be perfect. Every rapist would be the perfect creation of God.

There is no explanation as to why the greatest and most perfect being would create a world filled with evil and non-perfections and random situations happening to random people.

Since each of us can imagine a better world, there is no logical explanation as to why a morally perfect and all powerful being created an unperfect world.

If you claim that this world is morally perfect, then you concede that every rapist is a morally perfect being.

Since world can only be morally perfect or morally unperfect, there is no 3rd option to save Christians.

So they must either concede that their God created a morally unperfect world, or concede that every rapist is a morally perfect being.

To make matters worse for Christians, they invented heaven.
Why would God put people on Earth, and then send them to heaven?
Why not send them to heaven immediatelly?

4. There is no way to justify punishing evil

If creating evil is a good action, then there is no way to justify punishing evil.

So God who created evil people would have no justification to punish them, as God himself creates evil.

Further, if creating evil is a good action, then all evil people are good.

5. Unjust disproportional world

Our world is filled with injustice and unjust treatment. In fact, randomly, good things happen to bad people, and bad things happen to good people, all at the completely disproportional random rate.
A perfect being would be perfectly proportional. Its creation would also be perfectly proportional. Why perfect being would create this random disproportional imperfection remains a mystery.

6. Disproportional punishment

Christian God does not follow "eye for eye" justice system that he said it should be followed in the Old Testament.
In fact, God of the Bible punishes majority of people with eternity of infinite pain of burning alive, when most of them didnt cause so much pain to anyone.
The punishment which God uses is infinitely disproportional to the sins committed, which contradicts the Bible's claim that God rewards according to deeds.

He punishes great majority of people with eternal great pain of burning alive, when those people in most cases did no such thing to anyone.

Is life a good thing?

"Common symptoms of heart failure include:
  • breathlessness – either when resting or being active
  • swelling of legs, ankles, feet, abdomen (tummy) or around the lower back area
  • fatigue (extreme tiredness).
Patients with heart failure may find it difficult to move around, do daily activities, work and do hobbies. This can affect how they feel, and lead to worries about money or losing their independence"

"This was a population based retrospective survey of a random sample of people dying in 20 English health districts in 1990. People who died from heart disease, including heart failure, had experienced a wide range of symptoms, often distressing and often lasting more than six months.7 In addition to dyspnoea, pain, nausea, constipation, and low mood were common and poorly controlled. At least one in six had symptoms as severe as those in patients with cancer managed in hospices or by palliative care services. Although many were thought to have known that they were dying, open communication with health professionals was rare.8"

The problem with child birth is that you are forcing another person to experience great pain and then die.
