Other than asking questions, I have no idea what to do.
The title being what it is confuses me even more.

I am guessing that town are civilized normal gays, while mafia are some gay warrior outcasts, and 3rd party is most likely none of those two.

Covid doesnt have high mortality rate.

The odds of me dying from covid are almost none. I never even get regular flu.
Still, I had to get a shot. It was literally forced on me.

What do YouThink of Designer Babies?
1) Do you think it should be illegal completely?
I am certain that making it illegal would hurt the research that depends on experiments.
That being said, experiments on babies could result in negative consequences. It is not the case where we know that "if we do A, then B will happen".
Its an unknown area that carries lots of good things in case it is successful, and lots of bad things in case it isnt.

2) Do you think it should only be legal to prevent life threatening diseases?
To this, I would say if chance of death is high, and if modification of genes can make that chance lower, it would seem fine to accept it.

3) Do you think it should also be legal to prevent major learning, developmental, immune disorders?
Disorders usually make life difficult for people who have them.

To 2) and 3) I would ask at what scale does modification need to be done to achieve success? Obviously, genetically modifying every person could have horrible consequences. As a specie, we cant afford to threat our existence with everything new we can think of.

4) Do you think it should also be legal for prevention of minor allergies, asthma, etc?
Asthma was horrible to deal with in the past. Today, they have some medication that helps a lot. Allergies too are mostly managed.

However, if it can be correctly detected who will have these and who wont, it seems logical to do modification.

5) Do you think it should also be legal for convenient purposes? (For example if my parents made it that I didn’t grow bum fluff, I’d be so grateful).
I would want to be careful with how far this goes. In this case, it would be on a mass scale. We should not do it on a mass scale until we confirm it's safe on a small scale.

6) Do you think it should also be legal for cosmetic purposes such as eye, hair, maybe even skin colour, etc?
This does carry some potential. No matter how subjective it is, if a person is ugly, then he/she is likely to have a worse life.

7) Do you think it should also be legal for cognitive/biological enhancement such as stronger than average bones, easier to build muscle, easier to lose weight, greater intelligence, etc.
Greater intelligence is what I would support.
Stronger bones maybe.
Muscles might not be a good idea. You need to eat a lot more food if you have greater muscle mass. Plus, muscles are not that helpful in today's society, and wont be in future society where labor is abolished.
Also, muscles vs intellect improvement, I would choose intellect.

A no holds barred approach, anything goes. If you want them to have a greater number of arms, eyes, etc, or you want to splice animal DNA with them
This would be taking it too far. Moral problems are reduced if you dont consider semen as person. However, even those that dont consider semen as person would be outraged if we started giving birth to werewolves.

Encouraging mods to violate report anonymity.
Is a claim I would like to place in question.

"Report anonymity" does not benefit the site much.

First, people dont have the anonymity that they think they do.
It is easy to conclude who is most likely to report something, even with "anonymity".
It just makes us do the detective work of deduction.

Second, people dont always use "anonymity". Instead, people sometimes publicly report others.

I dont see the particular benefits of "report anonymity". It allows people to spam report button, while no one knows about it except mods.

That includes converting existing "meat-producing" animals into "eggs and milk" producing animals.

Hence, it immediatelly saves almost all animals from "the meat industry" by converting "the meat industry" to "eggs and milk" industry.

Response to "What if I own no land" - Growing Plants In Containers Using Artificial Lights
Growing plants doesnt require you to own land.

Plants easily grow in containers indoors using artificial lights and temperature.

Artificial lights make it possible to grow plants indoors the entire year, which is useful.

Of course, if you have a window that is sunny, then you need no artificial lights for that spot.

Lets talk about how its done

First, lets make one thing clear. Focus on plants that produce a lot.

Swiss chard is useful. It produces a lot and has some calories in it too. Plus, its too easy to grow.

Spinach and lettuce are tasty too and produce a decent amount.

Beetroots have edible roots and leaves, and some calories. Easy to grow.

Peas have lots of vitamins and calories. Easy to grow.

Potatoes produce a lot. They have a nice amount of calories in them. Easy to grow.

Onions, garlic make your food tasty. Plus, their leaves are edible and contain some nice calories. Easy to grow.

Tomato and cherry tomato are tasty and easy to grow. I wouldnt say they are too nutritious, but its nice to eat them.

Carrots have some nice calories in them. They are easy to grow.

Strawberries are where it gets fun. They are small plants that fit in almost any container. Easy to grow.

Parsley is easy to grow and has edible root too.

Now, if you dont want to do manual pollination, dont plant strawberries or tomato.

Next step is to buy seeds of plants. Seeds are usually cheap.

Now time to choose a container.

Usually, bigger containers are better. You can make them out of cardboard boxes and duct tape.

Next, you need soil. Soil can be expensive if you are buying it. However, obtaining it from nature can be a risk. But you  have to either buy soil either get it from local forest or grassland.

Once you have the soil, break it up with hands so its very loose. Then place it in container to fill it up.

Next, you need artificial lights. When you buy them, make sure they are suitable for growing vegetables.

Next thing is compost. Buy some compost and put 1 inch of it on top of the soil you placed in container.

Next step is planting seeds. Make sure you plant seeds at proper spacing. Plants wont grow well if crowded. Make holes and place 1 seed per hole. This will save you money on seeds. Dont cover the seeds with too much soil or they wont grow.

Once seeds are planted, water them.

Next day, touch the soil with your finger. If the soil's surface is dry, water it.

Set up artificial lights to provide light for the plants.

Once plants start growing from seeds, make sure to water them when top 1 inch of soil dries and feels dry to the touch.

As plants grow, add some more compost around them, but dont bury the plant too much. Only a little.

Make your own fertilizer and use it so plants grow even better.

Another benefit of the incremental change that you missed is that a flat ban on the meat industry would leave the ag industry with millions of economically worthless animals, which would likely lead to mass butchering/starvation as the farms no longer have any use for them.
Is a very sad truth. With billions of cows, sheep, chickens, it would be very hard to think of a "nice solution" for them. Releasing them into the wild could cause problems. There may not be enough of food sources they could live on without the help of humans.

First of all, it's not a false claim, unless you wanna take it up with the legal system. I believe you meant "non sequitur."
Is a false claim. Unless you admit that your claim "bribery is a criminal offense" is irrelevant to bribery we talk about. In that case, I would like to ask you to place "this is irrelevant" next to your claim next time when you post something irrelevant.

I wasn't suggesting that bribery on DART was a criminal offense
Since you admit that your claim is irrelevant, I will dismiss it.

I was merely using an analogue of previous precedent in order to show how bribery in a democratic process is generally a negative thing.
"Using law to prove what is good" means having it backwards. You are supposed to prove whats good and then make it a law. You are supposed to prove why specific law is good for DebateArt.

I will wait for you to do that.

I disagree with your "ends justify the means" arguments.
Yes, you do.

Yes, influencing a democratic process through bribery can be used to accomplish positive things.
However, it can also accomplish the converse.
If by "positive things" you mean "will of majority", then it can only accomplish positive things.

Giving gift cards to everyone who votes a certain way could lead to a small minority (the bribers) imposing their views on the majority (people who otherwise would not have voted unless bribed, and people who disagree with the motion).
Is a misleading claim. "Imposing" does not equal to "forcing" in your claim.
"Would not have voted unless bribed" does not negate the claim "It was their choice". The claim "It was the choice of majority" remains true. Hence, the democracy is unharmed.

Obviously, a minority having more power than the majority, is, by definition, undemocratic.
Is a misleading claim. "Minority having more power than the majority" is not a true claim in your argument. "bribing majority" does not negate "choice of majority", irrelevant if bribe is money or promises.

I do, however, see an issue with "bribing people in order to influence a democratic process."
Is a misleading claim.
"Influence a democratic process" does not mean "destroy a democratic process".
It also does not mean "forcing someone to vote in a certain way".

In the end, it is the free choice of voters to vote whoever they think will benefit them and the site the most.

That brings us back to the claims "More users on the site" and "Making site more attractive" as being important when considering decisions.

5 Black Cops kill Black Man in Tennessee
It is not systemic racism.

It indicates the problem is in relations between police and citizens.

The claim "Police killing people happens because of systemic racism" cannot explain this case. Different explanation is needed to explain this case, if we are to understand the problem.

Plenty of white people were killed by police in the past. Plenty of black people were killed by police in the past.

"Individual racism" may explain some cases, but it is not enough to explain all cases of violence that happen.

Basic Farming - How To Grow Vegetable Plants
This will be a long explanation on the topic of "how to grow vegetable plants".

Here is a list of topics we have to talk about:

14) Adding soil around plants
15) Watering the plants
16) Fertilizing plants with liquid and granual fertilizer and manure
17) Adding compost
18) Removing of dry and sick leaves from plants
19) Removing sick plants
20) Protection against small pests
21) Protection against animals
22) About mulch and plastic sheeting
23) About greenhouse
24) About transplanting plants
25) About not planting same plant again
26) About companion planting
27) About tree farming combination
28) About raised beds and raised soil
29) About sunken garden beds
30) About harvesting
31) Storing seeds
32) Storing vegetables

Let us begin.

1) Choosing sunny area

Sunlight is needed for plants to grow.
Usually, direct sunlight is the best. Area that receieves lots of sunlight is more suitable for plants.

2) Choosing the correct time for growing plants

Check when to plant seeds of a certain plant. You dont want for your plants to be killed by frost. Some plants tolerate frost better than others. Usually, plants cannot grow outside in winter.
In a greenhouse, Spinach can grow during winter unless its too cold.

3) Choosing correct plants to grow

If you are a beginner, choose easy plants like carrots and beetroots.  I made a separate thread about easy plants to grow.
Choose plants you like to eat, if you are planting for yourself.
If you are planting for sale, check which plants are demanded by shops or buyers. Contact shops.

4) Tilling the soil

Soil needs to be tilled for plants to grow. Tilling can be done by tiller or with shovel.
Tilling means to break up soil and turn it over so that grass layer is buried.
You can also simply remove grass layer with a shovel so that you are left with bare soil.

5) Removing grass and roots and rocks from area

Any grass left should be removed. Grass roots and rocks in soil should also be removed.

6) Breaking up soil at the depth of about 6 inches

Breaking up soil so that it is loose and easily penetrated  is very important for plant growth.
You can break up soil with rototiller, cultivator or by hand using a hoe or mattock.

7) Making sure soil is flat

Flat soil is easier to work with. Seeds grow better in flat soil rather than in mounds. It is less work.

8) Properly spacing the seeds and plants

This is the most important step to follow. Plants need space. Crowded plants dont grow well.
Make sure there is enough distance between plants, so that plants have enough space for themselves to grow.

9) Making holes for planting seeds

Take a planting stick and poke small holes in the ground. Holes should be properly spaced. Distance between holes should be equal to desired distance between plants that will grow there.

10) Planting seeds in holes and covering them

Place some loose soil or compost at the bottom of every hole. Then place one seed in each hole. Then cover the seed with small amount of loose soil. You should never cover the seed with too much soil, or seed wont sprout.

11) Watering the seeds

Water the seeds with small amount of water after planting. Check the soil every day. If it is dry at surface, water it. To check if it is dry, touch it with finger.

12) Weeding

As the plants start to come up, you should notice if there are any weeds or grass appearing as well. Weeding is the process of pulling grass and weeds from the ground and throwing them away. Weeds and grass are harmful for your plants. As such, you should remove weeds and grass and throw them away.

13) Hoeing and aerating around plants every 7 days

Using a garden hoe, simply break up soil around plants every 7 days. Poke the soil with garden fork to further break up soil around plants.

14) Adding soil around plants

Plants benefit if you add loose soil around them.
You dont need to buy soil for this. Simply use garden hoe to pull the existing soil towards plants. You will be piling up soil around plants, but dont cover plant leaves. Just add 2-3 inches of loose soil around plants. Around smaller plants, less than that. After adding soil, water the plant.

15) Watering the plants

Plants should not be watered often. Water only when top 1 inch of soil is dry. Simply poke the soil with finger. If it feels dry, water the plant.

16) Fertilizing plants with liquid and granual fertilizer and manure

If  you are using liquid fertilizer, use it every time you water. Just make sure you add enough water to it so it doesnt harm the plant. Use the fertilizer as it is instructed on the label.
Granual fertilizer you should add around plants, but not too much. Just enough. Again, follow label instructions.

17) Adding compost

Instead of adding garden soil around plants, you can add compost. Compost will improve  the soil and make it more loose and provide some nutrients.

18) Removing of dry and sick leaves from plants

If you see dry leaf or sick leaf, remove it. It will make the plant grow better and prevent further diseases.

19) Removing sick plants

If the entire plant is sick, remove it and throw it away so it doesnt spread diseases to other plants.

20) Protection against small pests

If you are having problem with certain pest, search online for natural solution. Usually, spraying plants with natural pesticide made from stinging nettle helps a lot. Properly spacing plants helps too.

21) Protection against animals

This is usually done with a fence, or simply hunting animals that cause problems, or getting a guard dog.

22) About mulch and plastic sheeting

Mulch can help eliminate weeds and improve soil. It can also attract pests such as slugs, so be careful if you decide to use it.
Plastic sheeting covers the soil around plants, so that there is no need for weeding or hoeing.

23) About greenhouse

Greenhouse allows you to grow plants during winter. It protects plants from frost and from too much rain that would cause soil compaction.

24) About transplanting plants

Instead of sowing seeds outside, you can sow lots of seeds inside in containers. When they grow into small plants, transplant those plants outside. During transplanting, try to bury the plants deeper than they were in container.

25) About not planting same plant again

The basic way to fight against pests and diseases is not to plant same plant in same area over and over. Each plant has different set of pests attacking it. Changing plants you grow disturbs the pest's food supply.

26) About companion planting

Certain plants grow better when placed near certain other plants. Check which plant works with plant that you want to grow.

27) About tree farming combination

Planting trees in your garden could help retain moisture and prevent soil erosion, as well as provide fruit.

28) About raised beds and raised soil

We already had a thread about raised beds. Easy way to make them is out of cardboard boxes. Soil raised above ground level could help plants with growth.

29) About sunken garden beds

Opposite of raised soil, sunken bed means planting below ground level. This is not recommended in areas with lots of rain, as it can cause soil compaction.

30) About harvesting

You should harvest plants properly. Some are harvested all at once. Some are harvested throughout the year. Research about specific plants you want to grow.

31) Storing seeds

Seeds should be stored in jars at a dry place.

32) Storing vegetables

Some vegetables can be left in ground to be used for later. Greenhouse provides constant supply of vegetables, removing the need for storage over winter. Vegetables can be dried, or stored at a suitable place so they last longer. There were threads about storing food before.

That comcludes our thread. If you have any suggestions, please add them.

Ideological subversion in the US
I don't think the US was interested in subverting the soviet union
Is an incorrect claim. US is a country that has a history of subverting or trying to subvert any country that opposes to it.

instead the US did mere political propaganda
Which would mean the US attempted to subvert the Soviet Union by using political propaganda in an attempt to undermine the government.
It is not correct that US did mere political propaganda. US also forced the Soviet Union into mass military contest.
Also often sent propaganda and spies to Soviet Union.

It's more difficult to subvert a communist nation
Does not negate that US is interested in subverting a communist nation. US wants to overthrow Communism in every Communist country.
"Doesnt have an ability to subvert" does not prove the claim of "Doesnt have a desire to subvert" to be any correct.

Is not something I would say.
"Impractical" would imply its hard to do, when it is not. Actually, filling a barrel or bucket with water is easy. Then you just throw food remains in it.
"Disgusting" is correct word for it. It does stink after a while. It stinks a lot. However, "it stinks" is something I disregard, when I see how its good for plants.

Composting is pretty old technique.
Is equal to burying food remains or placing them under mulch.

They are trying to use the debt ceiling limit as leverage to get Democrats to agree.
Is a valuable thing to consider. Debt is a big problem. If it continues to rise at this rate, we will reach the point where too much money is being printed. Economy relies on currency to function. Historically, printing too much money usually didnt have benefits for the country doing it.

Drainage is important for raised beds to prevent overwatering, so anyone doing this should poke some small holes in the bottom of the bag.
I forgot to mention it. Poking holes in the bottom of the bag needs to be done. Without drainage, the bag would be filled with water. Too much water doesnt just kill plants. It harms the soil too by causing diseases in it.

What about types of fertiliser to help the plants grow faster? Such as crushed up bones or fish parts we don’t eat such as the head and fins. You could link this to your other threads.
This is a very good advice. People usually throw food remains to the garbage.
They can instead place them around a tree under mulch which would give food to the tree and is very easy to do.
They can also be used to make liquid fertilizer.
They can also be buried in the soil to make soil richer.

The amount of food remains thrown away yearly can be used to make over 100 liters of liquid fertilizer. This would be a strong fertilizer.

Adding 100 mililiters of this strong fertilizer to 10 liters of water and using it to water plants daily would be great for plants and would provide them with constant nutrition.

If people of Yemen didnt have guns, they would still have a tyrannical government. However, in that case, there would be no one able to oppose to the government in any way.

Wars always required weapons. Having them ready is an advantage.

Basic Vegetables Farming - Farming Tools
I would like to begin our basic farming thread by listing and describing basic farming tools.

Some tools are necessary for breaking up soil and creating better conditions for plant growing. Some are time saving. Some tools make certain tasks easier.

Planting stick

Planting stick is a very good tool. The different name for it is dibber.
It is used for planting seeds.

How is it used? You use it to poke a deep hole in the ground. Then you fill the bottom of the hole with loose soil, then you place a seed in the hole and cover it with some more of loose soil.

Planting stick makes it easier to plant seeds at proper depth. It ensures that seed is placed in good loose soil above and below it. This makes germination better. Planting stick also makes it easier to space plants properly.

Another good thing about planting stick is that it is very cheap.
You can even make it yourself out of any stick that can be sharpened to penetrate the ground.

Shovel

Shovel is a tool that has great uses in a garden.
You can use it to remove grass layer and expose soil.
It is also used to dig a hole in the ground to plant a tree.
That being said, using shovel to dig is not always simple. When I dig compacted soil, I usually have to make several cuts in the soil with a shovel before it can dig into the soil.
I would never recommend trying to force a shovel into the soil. Simply make cuts until shovel goes in soil completely.
Shovels can be cheap. Some can be very expensive. I think cheap shovels are good. I wouldn't spend too much money on a shovel unless you plan to use it a lot.
Shovel can be used to till soil. It can also be used to remove grass layer completely, leaving soil bare and reducing the amount of grass. This helps vegetables that are later planted to grow better.

Garden hoe

Garden hoe is a tool used for breaking up the soil around existing plants and between plant rows. It is also used for removing weeds and for putting more soil around existing plants so they grow better. Garden hoe helps with making soil loose and removing weeds, which is very important for plants.

Garden fork

Garden fork is also used for breaking up soil, so that it is easier for plant roots to spread, and so that soil gets more oxygen.

Bucket and watering can

Bucket and watering can are tools used for watering plants and making fertilizer. Buckets have other uses too, like collecting rain for watering. They can also be used for collecting vegetables and moving them.

Cardboard box

Cardboard box is good for making cheap raised beds or planting pots or containers. You just use duct tape to tape the cardboard box so it doesnt fall apart. Raised beds can be very expensive, but cardboard boxes can be used to make cheap raised beds out of them.
You can also use plastic garbage bag and put it in cardboard box so that it is even more protected from water. This increases it's durability.

Jars for seeds

Jars for seeds are useful. In case you want to save seeds, good way to do it would be to have one jar for each vegetable type and save seeds in a jar.

Mattock or pickaxe

Mattock is very good for breaking up tough soil, in case shovel cant get through.

Knife

Knife is usually overlooked, but is important tool for cutting and collecting vegetables.

These are the tools I use the most. In case you have some tools in mind which you think are important, please mention them.

Next, we will do the basics of vegetable farming.

Abortion should be illegal, except for cases where it is a threat to the mother's life.
Abortion should be illegal, except for cases where it is a threat to the mother's life.
Is a claim I would support. Legalizing abortion leads to many problems. The loss of life and destruction of life is not anyone's right. Wasting resources to perform abortions is in itself a damage to our society. Legalizing abortions makes forced abortions and serial abortions more likely to happen. It also encourages lower birth rates. There are, of course, cases where abortions should be allowed. But one must be careful when selecting these cases. If we know that child will only live for a short amount of time after birth and then die in pain, the abortion would save that child from pain. Of course, we should disregard the reasons such as "I am not ready to raise a child" and "I cant afford it" as valid for abortion. Those are obvious lies that can be used by anyone giving anyone an excuse to kill their child. So if a woman wants to have an abortion, she should give valid reason for it.

Should I run for DART President next year?
Probably not going to, but I'm thinking about doing it.
Would be fine. If you continue to be on this site consistently until next year, people will get to know you better and will be more likely to vote for you.

Gender Reassignment Surgery should be illegal.

@YouFound_Lxam
Yes, but I am talking about would stabbing the half of the baby that is inside the mother be morally wrong. Let's say it didn't affect the mother.
I think it would be better to ask: Would it be murder or equal to murder?

I would like to say that forced abortions are much easier to justify when someone thinks that fetus isnt a person.
