Totalitarian state develops naturally. It is not even avoidable, but inevitable. Its not even a subject of debate, but it is something which even cannot not to exist.
Anyone not supporting totalitarian state government is declared by that government to be the enemy of country and people:
"As for speculators, the government is determined to enforce maximum prices even if we have to hang you all."
"We dont need any political freedom. We need freedom to work for the country. Not an inch of political freedom. In that sense, we are tyrants, dictators."
The reason why totalitarian state exists is simply because those people who want power and praise exist.
We see this in animal groups where stronger animals end up controlling weaker animals. They determine if others will eat or not, if others will have sex or not...
However, in animal groups, their power is very limited.
In totalitarian state, government power is much greater because government has much more resources to employ totalitarianism.
Thus, a simple logic follows:
P1. If animal groups end up being totalitarian even when their leaders have less power than human leaders, then human leaders with more power must end up being even more totalitarian.
P2. Animal groups end up being totalitarian even when their leaders have less power than human leaders.
C. Human leaders with more power must end up being even more totalitarian.
The only way to disagree with this logic is to claim that humans are much better than animals, which is obviously not true given all wars and oppressive governments in the world.
The logic flows naturally,
first by establishing that those hungry for power are the ones who get in power,
then following that those who get in power always seek to expand it, since they are hungry for power.
Further, those who have power to do something can end up doing that something. Thus, any power to violate rights has possibility to be used. The only way for it not to be used is if there is no will. Thus, in society, all that is necessary for rights to be violated is will to violate them by those having the power to violate them.
Even if one government is good, the next one wont be. It is simply very unlikely that every next government wont be interested in violating rights.
From this, two facts follow:
1. Every government has power to violate rights.
2. Eventually, a government will come into power that will violate rights.
There is no way to disagree with any of these two facts, no matter if government is majority or majority elected leader or party.
However, totalitarian state has a weakness which cannot be solved. The more rights it violates, the more it corrupts its own population and the more it teaches them that its okay to violate rights of others. This removes basic morality, and society sinks more into disagreement.
As number of violated rights increase, the number of justifications to violate rights increase, which in turn violates even more rights.
Thus, totalitarian state must eventually sink into poverty and crime, because when morality is removed and when respect for rights is removed, its not possible to at the same time have respect for rights. Its people must become more selfish because they are taught that selfish taking away of rights of others is good. Its people become detached from reality because their logic and thinking is detached from reality. This system cannot produce anything else but angry and aggressive people, because these are necessary to support such a system.

However, we know that buisnesses compete for workers, and government affects competition by making buisnesses more expensive to run and increasing cost of living.
While there are some bad bosses, workers have free choice to work where ever they want, thus change jobs if they arent being paid enough. It seems silly to complain about something you agreed to and can leave at any point.
Literally, free market works in such way that every buisness has incentive to employ more workers to increase earned profit.
Thus, in free market, anyone can have multiple job opportunities unless he is a horrible worker who refuses to do the job he is paid for.
There are examples of workers being lazy and skipping tasks at workplace, but then they probably shouldnt be surprised that they dont get paid. No one is going to pay someone who does nothing. Simply, if worker does the job, he will get the wage he agreed to get. If he doesnt like his job, he can change it. He can even start his own small buisness, but thats the problem. Government harms small buisnesses by increasing expense of buisness start cost, increasing cost of resources needed for production, as well as many regulations which all cost money. There is simply nothing to complain about free market when government destroys small buisnesses and reduces number of employers.

Back when I was at school, somewhere at around age 8, teacher asked us if we love our teacher.
I said no.
Obviously, I was met with condemnation, because it is assumed that teacher is someone who must be loved.
Then I was asked why I dont love my teacher.
I said it simply: "Because you hit us."
Yet most students seemed to be condemning me, and not the teacher.
They, even as victims of teacher's violence, held belief that violence against them was justified, and that I was the bad guy for speaking up against violence.

The only reason people hate anarchy is because they believe they are incapable of solving problems on their own if there is no government.
They also dont understand that the idea of anarchy is not merely limited to simple abolishing of government, but gradual reduction of government and governing is possible as well.
For example, smaller government violates much less negative rights than big government.
But thats why they have to paint in their imagination that absence or reduction of government leads to some total collapse of everything and everyone. Its the only way they can justify giving up all their freedom in exchange for some limited safety government provides.
However, what they cannot see is that every government suffers from lust for power, to conquer what hasnt been conquered yet, to expand further. There is a saying which goes "What you dont have defines you". And what government doesnt have, government will try its best to obtain. We are few steps away from global war thanks to many governments competing for power.
Suddenly, instead of thugs, you have many governments dropping bombs everywhere, limiting free speech, violating people's bodies, managing people's private lives and property, taking people's money to fund their endless global military competition...
It seems that giving up their freedom in exchange for government protection didnt exactly turn out to be such a great deal after all.
But then again, giving up freedom for safety is rarely a good deal.

Thus, from this principle are derived body rights, where body of one person cannot be controlled by another person.
Thus, any elements where one governs another are to be removed or reduced to their minimum.
Thus, in desired ideal outcome, it is a world where everyone has greatest freedom.
Or ideally, said in a different way, where no one governs another.
However, while anarchy on a large scale doesnt exist, anarchy on small scale can exist anywhere, as any individual can choose to follow principles of negative rights of anarchy.
Thus, as anarchy supporters increase in numbers, the amount of anarchy (amount of negative rights upheld) increases.
