I have a very high IQ which naturally leads me to experiment with things other people take for granted.
One such experiment was toothbrush. I havent used toothbrush in over 2 years.
You might wonder why.
Well, toothbrush destroys the protective layer of teeth. When you brush your teeth, you destroy the protective layer on them, and the more you brush, the less protective layer there is.
I used to brush every day, yet I lost two teeth.
They simply cracked, and I had to get them pulled out. But this didnt make sense.
Why was I losing teeth if I am taking officially recommended proper care of them?
One day, I learned about the information that toothbrush can destroy protective layer of teeth. So I decided to experiment because at that point I had nothing to lose.
I stopped using toothbrush and I wash teeth with toothpaste alone, no toothbrush.
There were a few times when I had to use toothbrush again due to food layer building up, but over time that problem disappeared too. After I stopped using toothbrush, the protective layer on my teeth started building up again.
I didnt have a single tooth crack after I stopped using toothbrush.
My teeth are still white because I use toothpaste which creates such effect. It seems that toothbrush plays no role in keeping teeth healthy.
I can say for sure that toothbrush is harmful for teeth.
I have been using toothbrush for almost my whole life, yet the only time I have felt that my teeth are safe, strong and healthy is when I stopped using toothbrush and used toothpaste alone.
