Are men and women equal?
-->
@Mall
You're lucky that I am a patient man. Let me explain to you now as if you were a child.

Women are diverse. Men are diverse, too. So, you CANNOT say all women are the same, as if they were made by the same model. Likewise the men.

In average men are physically stronger than women, IN AVERAGE, but this is not a reason to find a woman that is stronger than a man. If you pick the strongest woman of the world, this woman can be stronger than 20% of men, just to say a number, but this doesnt mean women are stronger than men because that would be a falacious generalization. Do you understand now?

The same happens with the character and emotional features.

No I don't. Do you understand what a thing is?

Let me be more specific than that. A physical thing.

Saying God is everything, you're talking about pantheism.

I thought I specifically mentioned the spirit of God.
I'm talking to you in a scientific way. You are asking me about the spirit but this is not a "thing", it's an abstract concept. Spirit is what we understand as consciousness.

And yes, "God" or "the primary source" is everything, there is no other logical response. Is there?

Unfortunately all the info I have is in Spanish or Portuguese. Maybe you can find a copy of those books translated in English. But I have to tell you, the ET phenomenon is connected to the "spiritual realm". You as a european might find it ridiculous but here in latinamerica this is very common so it's not difficult for us to believe in it.

In Spanish, the main info I study comes from the argentian artist Benjamin Solari Parravicini. A great deal of the predictions he left have been very accurate, not so sure about the other predictions to be fullfiled that are mind-blowing. (accmagazine.com.ar/en/arte/benjamin-solari-parravicini-el-fin-de-los-tiempos-principio-de-la-nueva-era/). Also, there are two peruvian ufologists whose information given by the ETs is very telling: Sixto Paz Wells and Ricardo Gonzales Corpancho; I think both have books translated in English.

In Portuguese, I sometimes check on the info that was left by Chico Xavier, but he talks more about spiritism since he was a medium. I also watch a youtube channel of two brazilians that are part of a world network focusing on consciousness: La'El Ofanim and Fabio Erilim. I found in this channel an interesting interview in English with Corey Goode who is apparently part of this network too, I don't know much about him but it can be very helpful for you: www.youtube.com/watch?v=SRaHhuDPD_A

Well if we take that particular feature of your ET god theory, then the contactee aspect of the theory may not be as "far fetched" as you think in the sense that the bible , Old Testamant in particular features multiple contacts with humans.
Exactly. The biblical prophets were nothing more than contactees. And contrary to what religious people think, we still have prophets today.

It is, but look back and ask yourself, what were they trading for this knowledge ?
Hummm... I don’t know Stephen. The knowledge I talk about refers basically to our nature and the shift the earth and humanity will experience very soon. These new "prophets" seem to be common people and are spreading the message without asking anything in change, unless these ETs promised them something in the future but I don't think so.

Something had to cause it.
You seem to be unaware of how women are. Not all women are submissive as well as not all men are dominnering. There you have the explanation.

I hope IlDiavolo  takes up his brilliant thread again once he has time to researched further.
Well, there are lot of things to discuss, but most of this information comes from what the ETs communicated to the contactees. I don't know if I have to talk about it because it's really far fetched even to me that I'm really open minded. It's like this ETs are releasing all what they know just in this very moment of shift. Maybe it's a kind of preparation for humanity, or a way to trick us... Lol.

Do you think because of the type of society being pushed with feminism and what have you that women are head of men particularly wives being the head of their husbands?
It has nothing to do with feminism. I am saying that there are wives with stronger character than their husbands so in the end they end up being the men of the house.

Is the spirit of God a thing?
Spirit is an abstract concept that I wouldn't use to describe "God". And to be honest there are many things we don't know about that "source of everything" because we are not evolved enough to know it. Scientists know nothing about it.

What I can say, though, is that many people describe "God" as the most basic building blocks for matter. Is God the atoms? No. Is God perhaps the proton, neutron and electrons? No, it's even much deeper. Maybe God is at the level of quantum mechanichs where time and space dissapear, it's pure energy.

ust as a practical matter, in any relationship, there will be more of an alpha and a beta with the partners. it's natural for men to be alpha given their physical attributes and emotional etc. of course there should be freedom to not adhere to this structure... but in general, it's not just a religious idea, men should be more dominant and women more submissive. even before religion, i'm sure cavemen were the dominant ones, and cave women more submissive. it's  just nature.
I don't think this is the rule. Lol.

If you mean "God" as the source of everything we know, of course there is a logical proof for that. Nothing comes from nothing, so there is necessarily a primary source for the existence of the universe or whatever it exists. I said it multiple times, this is even a logic that some scientists use to explain the origin of the universe.

Now, if you mean the "God" of religions, especially the one described in the new testament because we all know the God of the old testament was actually an alien team, I have to argue against it. Christianty usually confers some attributes to this "God" that are illogical, to be more precise the omnipotence and omniscience. This source of everything is not omnipotent nor omniscient, meaning that is not perfect. You just need to look around to understand it.

@kihayi
There are scientific, mathematical, historical error and many internal contradictions in the Bible. Some people say that the errors in Bible doesn't prove Christianity wrong. My question is, if you believe in some part of the Bible (and do not believe in some parts), aren't there chances that what you believe from the Bible could also be wrong? And, if the religious scripture contains some wrong information, how would Christians be guided?
Indeed. This is the main reason so many people are turning away from Christianity, because of the many contradictions, nonsense and dogmatism around it. It doesn't mean they are becoming atheists, but rather they keep believing in a "great life source" that they call "God". Those who don't want to be manipulated by the church anymore are turning on concepts that are more sensical and helpful for their lifes, like mindfullness for example, because what we know as "spirituality" is an individual experience and not an experience that some enlightened cretin should impose on others.

... God created us and God know us best so is it not logical that God would sent a holy book that would guide us? This also removes some religion from out list.
I guess you refer to the bible, and it seems you have no idea how the bible was made and modified all this time. Chirstianity is a man-made religion that is run by fallible people with personal interests. You will be surprised by the terrible things you will find about the bible history, like misleading translations and inconvinient scriptures that were ruled out because they are not in line with the official narrative.

I have no doubt that some of the self-called prophets spread messages from a "higher entity" (which is something I explain in a thread I opened recently), but you cannot trust so easily. People should always keep questioning the status quo because it's the only way in my opinion to approach to truth.

There are not female individuals in this forum, I'm afraid.

As to the make up, it's pretty clear that women wear it because they want to emphasize those features that make them look healthier and thus sexually atractive. It's a sort of competition with other women to get the best male specimen that can produce the best offspring possible.

Anorexia is a complete different mental illness, it has to do with self perception, it's not about feeling good.

Did you think about going to the doctor? Maybe your problem has to do with a metabolic disorder that triggers your depression. It's known that a problem with the thyroid can cause that kind of symptoms.

Bro, Islam doesn't treat women badly. If you have seen any Muslim behaving bad to women, they are doing bad. But Islam doesn't tell them to do it.

(I am just a new learner. If I have missed anything, you can point it out to me!)
Tell me, what is this muslim country or city where men and women are equal before "Allah"? Maybe I missed it out, but as far as I know, all muslim women should obey like a sexual slave to muslim men.

We are in a globalized world, you know. Here where I am I can see what it's going on in the whole world. But as I said, maybe it's a muslim country I don't know yet where women have the same rights as men, like the right to vote, or the right to education.

Why do you think we are condemned to "the here and now"?

Human beings are more selective, at least in developed countries. I heard that there are less down children in Europe because it's possible to detect the genes that cause the Down Syndrome. So if a pregnant woman realizes the fetus in her womb has the down Syndrome, there is a lot of chances that she aborts.

Also, there are more and more women that prefer to be single mothers, and at the moment they choose the sperm donor, they make sure that the donor is healthy, intelligent, athetic and white.

I don't know, Victor, we are not that far to use genetical selection to have babies. It's the only way to get rid of the flaws of this fucking species.

Reasons I am not Christian
The membership needs to consider that the current Pope's speech in favor of homosexuals is not accepted by all the church so there is an internal dispute right now about this issue.

In fact, there have been some priests that were excommunicated because of going against the official plan and speaking out against the new vision of the current Pope, so we are probably going to witness once again a sort of schism in the Catholic Church.

At the end this is what religion is in reality, a man-made institution that is liable to split because of futile disagreements.

There is no need to fuck up all the universe sending the human species all over.

We'd better improve our species, then we can think of seeding the universe. And the best way to do it imho is by means of genetic selection, ruling out weak and retarded genes and ruling in those strong and intelligent. There is no other way because the world right now sucks as it is.

Interesting so these people wouldn't be dogmatic is that right?
Dogmatic people obey withouth questioning for the benefit of a few muthafuckas, non-dogmatic people discuss and eventually reach an agreement that favors everyone. So, I don't know if you noted but the golden rule benefits EVERYONE.

These people wouldn't be "Civilized minimally-intelligent" is that right?
Who? The dogmatic people? Well, not necessarily. They can be emotianally unbalanced.

When you say "Everyone" do you mean being an individual making their own individual determination or in agreement altogether on the same accord in an objective sense as a collective determination?
It's a personal decision based on the golden rule. If everyone takes decisions based on this rule, the whole world would be so evolved and peaceful... and without religions.

Seems like that golden rule is objective of a people. But I bet you may still find people that'll say that's dogmatic as they don't believe in it.
If you feel the golden rule has flaws, we can discuss it, because that's what civilized non-dogmatic people do, discuss so to reach an agreement. But I wouldn't waste my time doing so because this rule has been proven right. If you take any course related to ethics, the golden rule will always be there.

Civilized minimally-intelligent people should be capable of determining what is right or wrong.

From what I can make out, people agree that if you follow the golden rule you will end up doing the right thing anyway. See? We shouldn't rely on what a bunch of dogmatic people think we must do. Everyone should be able to determine the right thing to do.

Today's society is overly sexualized.
Your statement is correct, today's society is hyper sexualized, more than ever. However, I think your thread points to determine if this phenomenon is right or not, in which case I would say the hypersexualization is just a response to people's nature.

As Victor said, today's society is liberal and free, so don’t expect to find people wearing some sort of chastity device. Men and women like to mess around, it has always been like this because sex is delicious. If you don't get bricked when a chick passes by showing her cake, you have a serious problem.

The difference between the present and the past is that in the past sex was almost a taboo, now it's not.

"Religion is what keeps the poor from murdering the rich" - Napoleon Bonaparte
-->
@n8nrgim
The situation is quite complex now but I would say religion has been a nice tool to control the masses since the very beginning. Today there are other tools, of course, like the media or the politics, but religion still plays an important role.

Let's put it like this, you put a person to rule over a city saying that he was chosen by a "God", so people obey in quiteness and full submission because they were told that they can be punished in the after life if they don't. Fucking clever, isn't it?

Now the story is different because people are not that gullible as in the past, you can distract people with other stuff, like the cellphone which is the new toy of the conquered tribe.

Is the assasination of Trump the last resort to liberal/democrat victory?
-->
@Double_R
First of all, it's pretty remarkable that you would admit Trump's actions are directly responsible for what happened while arguing that he shouldn't be held responsible. I believe people are responsible for their own actions, so I guess we can agree to disagree there.

But to argue that he was just throwing a temper tantrum and didn't plan this defies basic logic. When a person commits an action, the only reasonable presumption one can make is that the natural and likely result of their actions was their intent. Trump spent weeks telling his supporters that their country was being stolen from them and then called them to the US Capitol to stop it. He then gave a speech telling them to "fight like hell or you're not going to have a country anymore".

That right there tells us what he wanted, but what puts this question to bed is the fact that after the attack began he sat in the WH dining room for 3 hours watching the entire thing play out on TV while not making a single phone call or issuing a single order for anyone in the government or military to intervene. When he finally, 3 hours later, told them to go home he couldn't help but also throw in "we love you, you're very special" to the people who just attacked the US Capitol.

And if all of that still isn't enough he had his lawyers call members of Congress during the attack urging them to use the delay to stop the certification. And that's not even everything we know. To say this wasn't what he intended or at the very least that he wasn't pleased with it is absurd.
The fact that one thing leads to another doesn't imply responsability. Some words or actions, for example, can trigger off suicide attempts in some vulnerable people, this is not a reason, though, to be responsible for that suicide. Likewise, Trump didn't ordered their followers to take the Capitol. It's pretty clear in his tweets that he called for a massive protest against what he thought (and still) it was a rigged election. The proof of it is his following tweets where he called for peace when he realized he screwed it up. A different situation would have been if he hadn't recognized his defeat, that would have been a crime because it's clearly an insurgency. He was lucky that Pence didn't follow suit.

But, let's be honest, we will never find a common ground about it because you're a militant Democrat. That's why I say Trump will be murdered by a militant, maybe you or SideWalker. Lol.

-->
@Double_R
Is that a joke? Trump just yesterday released a document containing "proof" the election was rigged. It's literally half of his platform for why he's running. He told all his supporters he's running as their retribution. That's not a call for peace, that's the exact opposite.
I don't know how to interpret this comment. I think America is the country of free speech, so if Trump or anyone else wants to question the system, there wouldn't be any problem. I mean, nobody has taken the Capitol so far. Accepting the results of the past elections doesn't mean Trump should keep quite about it. And he's not contradicting himself.

 Trump is the single individual whom all of this came from.
Democrats are trying to convince America that Trump is the master mind behind J6, but at the same time they say he's an ignorant dumbass. You're doing political propaganda, bald man. I don't know if you're conscious about it.

I'm neither a Republican nor a Democrat (because I'm a foreigner), so I can give an unbiased opinion. From what I see, what happened in J6 wasn't Trump's fault. I agree with you when you say that Trump's tweets brought some extremists to the Capitol, but this is not Trump's fault. I mean, from a legal perspective, Trump shouldn't be responsible for what happened in the Capitol because he didn't planned anything, he just threw a tantrum because he was losing the elections, it's just the way he is. We can blame him from a moral perspective, if you will, as when Bill Clinton cheated on his wife, but imprison him or taking him off ballot is unfair. Just let americans judge Trump in the elections.
