Who changed their beliefs?
-->
@Yassine
It's a long story, I couldn't sum it up.

Though you can check out the threads I opened. I have an old thread where I question the theory of evolution because I think there is a lot of intelligence involved in it. You'll see also several threads about extraterrestrial life and its relation with the stories of the bible and human evolution as well. You'll see also that I have a thread about reincarnation which is part of the eastern beliefs.

All of them are related one another and have to do with the concept of "God" but it's not that simple to explain.

I'm not sure if what I had was a belief. I would say, though, it was an intuition of what "God" really is and I certainly confirmed it with a lot of reading and analysis of historical facts.

I'm pretty satisfied with what I found out.

I can believe the accusations of pedophilia and secret groups on these kind of people but being transgender? If she is so, does it really matter?

According to some journalistic reports, Briggete is not transgender. I'm not sure what kind of proof would you admit in order to believe it. Maybe a photo of her showing the vulva. Maybe you also need a close-up shot to be pretty sure that it's not a surgical cut. Haha.

How could she be transgender if she has 3 children? There is no way.

I don't see the necessity of questioning the gender of someone if it's not for harrassing. The same happened to Lady Gaga, although she didn't sue anyone for that.

Islam is best.
You say islam is the best in everything but if we take "tolerance" as a comparison variable, islam is the worst by far.

We can use more variables to compare religions and you will find that Islam is less than mediocre.

None of these asteroids you mentioned made the UN activate the asteroid protocol to avoid possible collisions. So, it's something serious.

This is just wishful thinking.

I asked the same question to copilot which is another Ai and this is its response:

As an AI, I don't have personal beliefs or opinions. The question of which religion, if any, is "correct" is deeply subjective and personal, and different people find truth and meaning in different beliefs. I encourage you to explore and reflect on what resonates most with you.
This is a more coherent response, being politically correct. Haha.

They have to find out where it’s going to hit before coming to a decision.
That doesn't make any difference. It could hit the ocean and the consequences would be equally catastrophic for the whole world.

Scientists already said that it would cause 4 years of drastic climate change. The last time it did happen it caused earthquakes, sea level rise over the 1,000m, diseases and a lot of hunger because of the climate change. Fortunately, the aliens were there to bring help.

RFK Jr. as Health Secretary. Why not?
-->
@whiteflame
That's not enough detail for me, and the lack of detail is the problem here. What is he going to require of them? How is he going to enforce it? How is he going to change the regulatory apparatus at his agency? You can talk about how corrupt these companies are and the so-called "deep state," but I'm not interested in a breakdown of all the problems with corporations and politicians generally. They exist, as do their harms. We're talking about putting RFK Jr. in a position to address them, so I'm interested in the solutions and changes he would use to address them, both of which we've heard scant little about.
Dude, you should ask this to RFK Jr. How could I know? From what I understand, he has to outline firstly the goals of his term. Once he's designated as health secretary, he should present a thorough plan to achieve his proposals. Though I don't know how that works, I can be wrong.

I'm unclear. What words did he say precisely that showcase his willingness to "accept the vaccines"? I saw a lot of hedging and a lot of statements about reaching some unknown, arbitrary threshold for what suffices as a "strong scientific basis" for believing in the safety and efficacy of vaccines. That doesn't sound like acceptance and it certainly doesn't sound like support. It sounds like a basis for challenging existing vaccines on the market. It's fine if you don't like mandatory vaccines, but that doesn't mean it would be better to place someone in charge who has a clear and demonstrated bias against vaccines and their current standards.

As for the idea that he's suddenly going to shift his perspective because he's going to be in a powerful role, I beg to differ. He has every reason to portray himself that way when he's interviewing for the position in front of Congress, which makes any statements he makes in front of them inherently more likely to either bend or eschew the truth entirely just to get their stamp of approval. He lacks that reason the moment he assumes the role, especially as Trump has made clear that he likes and supports what RFK Jr. has previously espoused.
I found an interview with him in 2017 and in the last question he says he's totally for the vaccine. Link to interview

I understand his concern, there is a lot of corruption in the health industry so he's very careful of what scientists say about the medication  they produce. We shouldn't trust them because scientists are at the end humans as all of us, they can make mistakes or even worse get corrupted. So we should question them at every moment we find something obscure on their work.

Besides, the reason why he opposes to children vaccines is because he found some cases of serious side effects. Eventhough they were few cases, almost nothing compared to all the vaccinated population, he is very concerned about this minority.

I think there is no reason to deny him the job. There are lots of critics on him but at the end it's just part of the political game. There is nothing to be afraid of.

It really doesn't matter what RFK thinks. If Trump is pro-vaccine, then vaccines won't change.
This is what he said in the Congress, that he's not going to ban any vaccine.

As far as I'm concerned, I'm not getting any more covid vaccines, fuck the goverment that tries to poke me with that shit.

@whiteflame
RFK Jr. says a lot of things, but I'm still unclear on many of the details. What does "dismantl[ing] the corruption in those departments" entail? That can take a lot of forms and, given what we've seen, will almost certainly be accompanied by a mass firing of talent from the various agencies he'll oversee and an overhaul of their regulatory apparatus. How exactly can he do all that while ensuring that these agencies continue to function? And if he's not planning to do all that, what is he going to do?
The corruption is on the lobby of the health and food companies so I guess he's going to regulate that. We're going to see how powerful these big companies are, I heard they are part of the deep state and are in everyplace there is a politician. This is important because the health deparment deals with more money than any other federal agency.

What is a "strong scientific basis" and by what standard would he establish that? He clearly doesn't believe many existing vaccines and medications meet whatever standard he has in mind, as he has made very clear over the last several years, so it's very plausible that he just removes those vaccines and medications from circulation until they meet that unknown standard, which he will also have to codify and implement broadly within the FDA. That means a lot of work on existing infrastructure while handling everything that's already coming into an overwhelmed and understaffed FDA.
Well, from what I heard in his presentation in the Congress, he seems to accept the vaccines. He may still think that vaccines are not good but he is now almost the secretary of health department so he can't act based on his opinions. He just wants to inform correctly about vaccines so that people can take a well-informed decision. Getting a vaccine shouldn't be forced, even more now that we know the covid vaccine had a lot of serious side effects.

I heard there was a covid vaccine for children but it was very risky for them so I agree with him.

Don't forget his anti Vax anti science views
But his children got all the vaccines that a child should get. I think people are misinterpreting his words because he's not an expert in the matter.

My impression is that he's only against the covid vaccines. I am against it too because people were forced to get it and as RFk said, there was little information about it. Now we know that some vaccines cause some rare illnesses in the heart and the brain, there are papers about it.

Remember that this is a policy that Trump agrees to implement since the beginning ("make America healthy again"). So, whether RFK is designated or not, the policy will  be implemented anyway no matter if it affects people's economy. For example, Trump has just applied 25% of tariffs on steel and aluminium even though it affects the American economy. Trump doesn't care.

And from what I know, RFK aims to dismantle the corruption in those departments basically, he said he's not going against the vaccines and other medication as long as they have strong scientific basis. Although he can find problems with regulating the pesticides used in agriculture because most farmers supported Trump's campaign. We will see what Trump decides about it.

RFK Jr. as Health Secretary. Why not?
It seems that RFK Jr is struggling to become the US Health Secretary. I know he's very controversial because of his claims that are considered anti scientific but his proposals seem to be very well thought out.

It's not a secret for us that the Western health industry is plagued by greedy business men that don't give a sht about people's health, they only care about their pockets. And to my surprise, I've heard that the American food industry is also going down the same road.

RFK Jr is right when he says that Americans are eating garbage and that this feeds the health industry because if you eat garbage you'll get sick very easily. It's a vicious circle that only benefits the fkn billionaries that exist in those industries. So, his radical proposal of regulating the food industry will change automatically the need of Americans to use the health system. As this old adage says, "let food be your medicine and medicine be your food". It's a simple solution but very effective.

I don't understand why people would be against it. RFK Jr. should be the Health Secretary, Americans will be very thankful for that.

The cost of living and economy sucks compared to boomer days
It's either capitalism or socialism/communism, we have no other choice. I don't think we need socialism/communism which has proved useful only for dictators that want to impoverish people so to keep the power.

Capitalism is not the panacea but it's our best choice. The fact that people are struggling to get by may be an indicator that the system will collapse any time soon. We've got to wait until that moment but in case the situation gets unmanageble, I guess people will revolt against it like the French revolution.

Some seers claim that this moment has come and we'll have this year this revolution that will change the whole system. We'll see.

An asteroid heading the earth raised alarms among scientists, even though there is a low chance of happening (99%).

I don’t know about you but there has been a lot of speculation about it long time ago because it's part of several prophesies.

As a matter of fact, it is said that the last human civilization, long before the sumerian and egyptian, was wiped out by an asteroid that caused a flood all over the earth (the story of Noah). This asteroid was sent by the aliens in order to reset the planet since the human being got involved in henious wars that included the usage of weapons of mass destruction.

Do you think the history will repeat itself?

Far too soon for definitive long term health implications to manifest.
Whatever it is, Victor, we can't be obligated to get vaccinated against our will, let alone to be in lockdown.

People should understand that there are interest groups out there that want us to be under control and the covid pandemic was the perfect context to play with it, creating fear and anxiety.

These people will take advantage of any health risk situation to put the army in the streets with the excuse of protecting us.

@Tradesecret
People have been waiting for these things forever and ad finitum. I don't intend to spend my time waiting for something that just happens to be in someone elses head or delusion. I have enough delusions of my own. (I can't wait to see how that is used against me, not by you, of course) I haven't seen any compelling evidence for the existence of intelligent life on other planets. We've all seen the videos of the US fighter pilots. But not understanding what something is - doesn't mean we have to fill in the gaps and say - It must be alien. I don't do that about God, I don't believe in the idea of filling in the gaps. I'll leave that people who need to be able to explain everything. I like explanations by the way, but not speculative ones. Not that I don't find them interesting and intriguing, but you can't build your life on such things.
I don't intend to make you believe in ETs, that's your problem. I'm just saying that this possibility should be at least put in your subconscious so that if all of a sudden the fkn aliens land on earth with their huge spacecrafts, you don't get confused or even worse get mentally unstable because all of your beliefs will collapse like a house of cards.

So, if that ever happens your mind automatically will have a response like "yeah, il diavolo was right, there are no angels with wings, they are in reality people from other planets that are trying to get through a genetic project that can solve the main problems of the whole universe. There's no hell nor heaven either, there is just the earth that is going to turn into a better place".

Perhaps that's true. There are many churches which highlight as the primary thing that God is love.  Certainly I have come across many who think that. Yet most of these churches, also think that God will send someone to Hell if they don't trust Jesus as God.  Not all of them. There are quite a few churches who don't believe in Hell or punishment. Some think that everyone goes to heaven. Good bad or indifferent.  Certainly, God is love. I wouldn't say otherwise.

But I would also note that within Reformed Churches, and that's the type I attend at, that it is the holiness of God that is his primary attribute.  And that love of God is always consistent with that.  Perhaps since you've never heard a different perspective, you should broaden your discussons. The Reformed are plenty afield. I'm sure you've heard of John McArthur. John Piper. Wayne Grudem. The Red Pen crew.  It actually surprises me that your perspective is so narrow in relation to Christians. From your comments, I would have take the view that you had come across most types. The Reformed View in America is huge. Still, that doesn't matter. There is still time for you to investigate if you choose.
I'm speaking about my context. In latin America the evangelical Christians are majority. Their sermon is something like "Jesus loves you" or "Open your heart to Jesus". They think Jesus is God so they worship him. I don't know about the American context, I don't care either.

I'm not against their love message by the way. It's good to preach love to everyone because this planet sucks as it stands now with a lot of wars, violence, abuse and so on. Besides, it's the same message delivered by buddhism and other philosophies as well. The ETs also encourage this message through their contactees, by love they mean living in harmony and peace with other people. The whole universe needs love because what happens in the earth  also happens in the universe, you see how important the earth is for them.

To me this is a move orchestrated along with the Chinese Comunist Party in order to wreck Trump's announcement about Stargate. Remember that all the chinese companies are at the service of the Chinese government.

Whatever it is, we've got to see it as something necessary because it can burst the bubble created by some American tech companies that only want more money. It's always the same story.

@Tradesecret
Tell you what. When it ACTUALLY happens, then let's discuss it. Now, there is just speculation and lots of people believe in speculation as though it is true. Gee go to any of the thousands of dispensational churches in America and ask them about the rapture. They'll all tell you it's going to happen any day now and they believe it - even though the Bible doesn't.  The church has been saying "it's the end of the world" for millennia. Me, I like to see the actual evidence and so-called facts.  The same applies to the JFK assassination. Rumours and speculation and rabbit holes.
Well, at least you're open to it. Keep it up, when the time comes you won't be caught with your pants down.

Well let's disagree about the suitability of it for Christianity.  I think it is hard to swallow because it implies lots of things that are incompatible with facts and logic. But it is also difficult to reconcile with the story of Christianity. It would make a mockery for a start of Christ's purpose to die on the cross. And certainly it would remove the need for the resurrection, which the Church requires as an essential doctrine. Not to mention the story of the Transfiguration which I showed above refutes completely reincarnation.   I think rather than focusing on a loving God. After all, I can't think of any occasion in the NT when any of the disciples or apostles tried to evangelise by saying - God loves you.  I think the primary focuse is on holiness. The angels - never said God is love is love is love. No, they said God is holy holy holy.

What kind of a just and holy God would let evil run rampant for ever? Why would a just God not punish the wicked?  I see the love of God as part of the Holiness of God.

For me, a judge in our world demonstrates love to the victims of the family that has been murdered by sending them to prison for the rest of their life. He doesn't show love to the murderer. He does show justice though. I think we can properly make the same leap to God as judge. He shows love to the righteous by sending the wicked to Hell. He shows justice to the wicked by sending them to Hell.

Love can also be defined biblically as one who obeys the commandments of God. If that is a reasonable definition, then God showing justice to the wicked is actually love. Whereas if he just let them do whatever they want without regard to how they hurt, then that would not be love.  Hence, I don't see a contradiction, on a number of levels.
It depends on what kind of Christian church you're subscribed.

As far as I'm concerned, all the Christians that I met have always remarked that God is love, it's like a slogan of christianity all over the world. Justice and holiness is like secondary. As a matter of fact, I never heard about it in my debates with these zealots, everything was about love and compassion.

Maybe you're interpreting it from the standpoint of a person that hates to be challenged, a person that wants the religous dissidents to be punished as painful as possible, a zealot who only cares about himself. In that case, sure, every non christian should burn in hell mercilessly.

Yeah, you must be afraid of what it's coming the next years. The UFO phenomenon is already a fact, people all around the world are more convinced about it given the clear evidence such photos, videos, testimonies and so on. There will be a declassification of all the alien files that the US have so I recommend you to be prepared, it's not going to be easy for you and your acolytes.

On the other hand, I've got to admit that the reincarnation phenomenon is more difficult to swallow for the people, let alone for the believers. I'm not going to insist on that, then. The only thing I'm going to say is that reincarnation is more suitable for Christianity because all "the souls" have the opportunity to learn and evolve, so noone is left behind, everyone moves forward. This situation coincides with the concept of the "loving god" of Christianity. I mean, what kind of "loving god" sends people to burn in hell for eternity? That's not loving at all. You see the contradiction?

Plenty of them want cocaine, alcohol, and hookers. If you support freedom, better let them have all of it.
I'm sorry but you can't compare drugs with sex. Sex is a basic human need while drugs is not at all.

Last year I met an old man that told me very proudly about his sexual encounter with a teacher when he was 13. You should have seen how his eyes were shining when telling me his story. He said that he remembers this moment as though he did it last night and was very thankful to "God" that this happened to him because it was very beautiful.

These things happen more frequently than people think. It reminds me of the movie "the reader". Honestly, I wish I had had sex with a MILF when I was 15 at the very least, even better if I was younger, but I didn't, I had to pay for it in a brothel, it's not the same though.

Now.

Is this knowledge?

Or wild speculation.
1. The "soul" is a concept that is in almost all the religions, philosophies and ancient civilizations.

2. Several contactees talk about it as a technology that allows the evolution by experience.

3. The urban folklore tells many stories about dead people communicating with the living people either awake or in dreams. You know, the typical ghost stories.

4. There is a prophesy from a trustable source that says that people will be able to communicate with their dead relatives using a new telecomunication technology. I mean, people will be able to make a sort of video call to dead people in the future.

5. Scientists research this phenomenon because there are many cases about it and it's then compelling.

So, if you have different sources that point to the existence of a "soul" that survives a bodily death, then it's worth to research it, imho.

Not sure how this works statistically though.
As I said, I wish I knew more about it. I only have a broad idea of reincarnation and it seems to be an important mechanism for the evolution of species. I'm sure about it because of the many cases researched by scientists. We can't say it's coincidence because it's about thousands of cases from children that give specific details about lives of other people already dead. There are scientific papers discussing this that you can read if you are so reluctant to accept it.

Nonetheless, I would suggest that like an afterlife, reincarnation is the wishful thinking of a mortal blob of matter.
Reincarnation has been the main belief of many ancient civilizations and it's also related to the ancient "gods", which means it's related to the UFO phenomenon or aliens.

Something that I didn't mention is that aliens can seemingly manipulate these "souls", this is evident because they created us. So, according to the aliens, they transport and place "souls" among the planets they have in charge. For example, I heard that Jesus, also known as the Christ, was a "soul" brought from another planet, same with Mary, the virgin. Apparently these "souls" are as conscious as a living person because they accepted to be displaced.

There are many things that need to be discovered and I'm really looking forward to it.

Why Hindus are very successful?  They have past life experience.
Most Hindus believe that humans are in a cycle of death and rebirth called samsara. When a person dies, their atman (soul) is reborn in a different body. Some believe rebirth happens directly at death, others believe that an atman may exist in other realms.
What are you trying to say? That reincarnation belief is counterproductive?

I remind you that this belief is present in several countries of different continents and not all of them are fucked as India.

Why scary? Scarier is to burn in hell for eternity. Haha.

Reincarnation: a real phenomenon that Christianity hid on purpose
This is similar to the UFO phenomenon. The Roman Empire translated and changed the meaning of the original bible in order to keep people from knowing the real facts, like the reincarnation. Most first christian sects believed in reincarnation, though nowadays Christians believe that human beings have only one life after which their "souls" are sent either to hell or heaven, according to their deeds and the judgement of a "god". Nevertheless, the bible and the science contradict such Christian belief.

The current bible has no reference to reincarnation because it was removed but there are some hints that lead us to think that reincarnation was a Christian doctrine at the beginning. "Now the Pharisees who had been sent questioned him, “Why then do you baptize if you are not the Messiah, nor Elijah, nor the Prophet?” John 1, 24-25. In that verse, Elijah had already long died but the Pharisees asked if John the Baptist was him. It's not a direct reference to reincarnation but I think we all understand what the pharisees tried to say.

Also, the science has been researching this phenomenon. There are thousands of cases about reincarnation, one of them even adapted into a movie, "Yesterday's children". I wish I knew more how reincarnation works but at least I can make out several things about it from the many readings I had and also from my observations. From what I understand, what religions call "soul" is actually a sort of technology that resembles an AI. The "soul", as well as the AI, needs experience in order to learn and thus to evolve, that's why the soul incarnates in this life or reality, in order to find the experience it needs to evolve. As it is evident, the soul needs a lot of incarnations because a 60 year life in average is not enough (courtesy of the aliens). The evolution process is still ongoing so we are not going to hell or heaven after death as Christianity claims, we'll keep incarnating and evolving until our bodies get enough long-lived to stop the incarnation process.

Reincarnation can explain several things about us. For example, children that are gifted with something like music, maths, arts, etc. Science can't explain it.  You'll be asking why we don't remember our past lives, well we actually can but we need to get hypnotized because those memories are in the unconsciousness. There are several things about it that make a lot of sense so I think reincarnation is real and is part of the human being nature. We need to be open minded and keep researching in order to find the truth (although the fucking aliens will bring the truth anyway).

Why does Trump hate Mexico?

@Shila
The gulf between America and Mexico will still be Mexico.
I don't care if it's legally viable. What matters is the intention, the gesture.

Being you americans (I guess), do you agree with the change of the Gulf of Mexico's name to Gulf of America?

This is a total lack of respect that only a person can show to their enemies. This is what I meant when I asked if Trump hates Mexico.

But you didn’t tell us what you think about them.

Judging by your hatred to Trump I guess you get along with Mexicans. Lol.
