My character had a justification that seemingly makes sense with my role, though I am unfamiliar with my character. So naturally I am a little suspicious that pie doesn't have a role link. Can anyone else confirm if they don't have a good description from their character to role?

Greyparrot- Could be wrong here, but as I said earlier, I think greyparrot would be more likely to claim something confirmable, or be up front about an unconfirmable role rather than claim something confirmable while also saying he refuses to use it. It's kind of an unneccesary risk. Could be wrong, but I can re-evaluate later.

Bringer??? Kind of equally town and scum read him for various reasons, but slightly more town for now. Slight scum because his interactions with pie seem "bussy" but that's the conspiracy theorist maybe looking into things too much. Him not removing his vote from pie any time recently shows he probably stands by the read though which is why I lean town here, but still... Wary of bussing behavior.
Supa- To be fair, I don't think supa is lurking. Lurking is kind of a rarely used strategy, and there are several players who I think might use it, but none really play here anymore. Supa is more likely just lazy. If supa was lurking why does he bother to respond to you to tell you he isn't lurking? He would just hideif he was trying to lurk. Only reason I am null on him is because of how defensive and angry he is getting at being accused of lurking. I feel like the lurking argument is so poor that he would normally as town just shrug it off. I could see this being either way, though and am not confident to call this behavior scummy when it could just be genuine over-exagerated supa townie anger.
MisterChris- Also on board with the "sUpA iS lUrKiNg" silliness, but get's a town point for pointing out deontay wilder being relevant and standing by grey not wanting to vig.
Oromagi- Kind of typical oro stuff so far nothing pinging me.
Speedrace- Pretty inactive thus far.

Whiteflame- Because the greyparrot vote and subsequent seems low effort, and is his only real contribution. I am used to more interaction also from town whiteflame, even if it isn't substantive. I don't feel like he is trying to solve the game, and I feel like he is easy to town read when he is actively trying to solve.
iLikePie- His interaction with bringer seems scummy to me. He initially seemed to ignore bringer's FOS on him, and was all too eager to forget about it when bringer switched to supa. He only brings it up again after bringer revotes him, asking people for opinions about it while STILL not forming his own about it. I care more about pie's thoughts on bringer apparently "Pushing him for nothing" than I do about others. It's like he's throwing it out there that it's scummy to see if anyone will bite, but not wanting to put his money where is mouth it. Which suggests to me that maybe bringer is on the money here. Also the supa push feels lazy and like an easier option for him to push than anyone else. I haven't been posting much either, why am I not being accused of lurking?

I am very bothered by how pie's responses to my accusation seem to imply he knows I am town.Read Pie's last to messages to me. I meant that they have a greater ability to choose a well known boxer no town player has. If we popcorn claims, we make fake claims all the easier for them.
I think descriptions matching characters to role is more important. I don't care if they have Mike Tyson, if Mike Tyson is Vanilla, that's automatically sus.

I’m generally against popcorn claims if the number of possible fake claims is very large. If there were a small number I’d be open to it cause that’s what happened in WWII Mafia. As of now I’d say no though
I don't see why you'd be against it, unless you are familiar with the theme enough where you think you could guess roles based on claims. All it does is potentially lock scum in making a claim and warping whatever BS role they try to fit to the character later into town analysis. At worst it does nothing anti-town, at best it could be added towards an argument for lynching someone suspicious (though probably not the sole argument).

I don't really believe in RVS tbh. I think there is always going to be a best option. Right now I am trying to figure out if the supa is a good enough option here.
Yep. RVS really only works on noobs or people who tend to over react when voting. At this stage in the game, most players here probably know it's best not to react to a random vote.

Hi. Cant post anything substantial really til saturday. On the toilet and reading the last page. My only input is inferred from whiteflames post about gp not wanting to vig and confirm himself. My initial reaction is thar GP is actually town here if that is indeed what has happened.
I dont see scum greyparrot claiming something confirmable like that just to refuse to confirm himself. Hes more likely to use his actual claim or come up with something else entirely.
Keep in context I am drunk and havent even skimmed and just making a toilet post.

This isnt the right thread to discuss meta about self visits on watcher reports though, town will want to have some confirmation bias based on the way things went in game. but In general I dont think they should because how can someone visit themselves?

In the future, you should alert town. I felt like this leaned scum due to the double sop plus only 2 investigative roles that can be countered by an RB and then the JOAT that can manipulate resultsOtherwise not bad. It's your first time and you did a great job
Alerting town would have confirmed you. And plus the self visit should not have showed up on the report anyway so there was no mistake :)
