Yeah, I might sound a bit like Khaos mage here, but I don't buy that any rookie mistake was made. I think Speed is very clever and has a bigger reason for voting ragnar than what he is putting on. Idk could be wrong, but either way, it makes much more sense for speed to be town claiming vig than mafia, no matter what a 1 for 1 trade is pretty hurtful, even if the trade is the vig. I think he caught onto something with ragnar.we seem to be assuming that he made some kind of rookie mistake by outing as vig but my read of speed is that he is much smarter and more careful than that kind of move. I strongly doubt that speed is vig but that does not inform the question of scum.
Idk probably wrong, but he's the only town read I have, and I trust speed as a smart guy so we will see where this goes.

Why pie instead of water? Pie may be a bit busy now, but in general he seems to post quite a bit in the games he's involved in, whereas water is more the type to post once or twice a day phase if your lucky.

As far as the debate goes between random lynching, and inactive lynching goes, I would provide an alternative if your looking for a policy to adopt. Why not auto lynch players who you would rather not have in an endgame scenario making LYLO decisions, like grey, wylted or supa. I wouldn't support this logic in most game types, only in an all vanilla game when there is no behavior to go on. That said, I don't actually suppose we do that now.
Speed is basically confirmed town, so I am going to follow his lead on ragnar.
I am not crazy picky about who we lynch, honestly. I don't have a solid town read on anyone but speed so it won't be hard to convince me, given there seems to be no risk to mislynching power roles, and we need to thin the herd a bit. It will be easier to use behavior analysis in later day phases when we can analyze night kills and wagons.

From what I got in the signups description, town gets one useless role, which you already claimed. All other town would be vanilla.
Look into this post from PressF. This is basically him saying all roles are vanilla and AD also claimed vanilla right after this. That's two vanilla claims. I am pretty sure it's pressF. Lynch his ass tomorrow.

Both Press and and AD are claiming vanilla and if both of you have a role, that disproves the theory that "everyone will claim vanilla". Why don't they also have some sort of role deemed pointless? I think its between the two of them, primarily Press, since avoid actually claimed vanilla.
