That is true according to the scriptures, if He has not revealed himself to you , you will not have understanding, you will not know the mystery, you will not have faith.
As long as you're always looking for evidence , you receive not God really according to the scriptures.

Shouldn't be anything wrong with that.
If the parent can only save one, then save one child.
The person can opt or choose to save one. Don't even try to save both when you can't.

They do not have equal rights. This is where you go wrong.
All rights are is what is allowed by law. Your philosophy is that they are equal therefore they are to have equal rights .
Just like you look at adults as being completely equal in terms of rights because they are.
You know adults and minors are not completely equal in the law but because of your personal ideology, you wish to view both as completely equal.
If you're not completely equal, two persons, three , whatever, you cannot have equal rights.

This is the context of what the other individual was talking about.
Those predestined to be God's people specifically. Scripture doesn't teach all people are God's people touching holiness and in the body of Christ.
