To note was not town rigged. I would have played if I was scum. I was using that as wifom for town cred to Luna cus we always tunnel each other most times. 

The random claim without pressure was kinda wild. I don’t think she was being pushed for her character but just has to say stealth or non stealth. Only made sense when she flipped which made the stealth non stealth painfully obvious

Wanted to push whiteflame off the rip because it was very likely he would not risk a fake claim. 

The flip is what solved a lot of the game imo 

God father being in the game mostly validates a cop and miller. When pie flipped that all but confirmed wylted. From there I was poe between Luna and whiteflame and the stealth flipped kinda locked wf to scum. 

When user flipped I thought you guys would auto hammer. The only reason that fake claim made sense was if she didn’t want to tie her character to someone. Went it flipped stealth it stuck out like a sore thumb. Pie yolo calling the split was wild.

I mean if she did this as town this is actually beyond fucking wild. She has to die and there is no world where I don’t lynch her. I’m just stuck trying to find the motivation and the only logical motivation is theme related unless they are just fake claiming to fake claim and in that case, this is some superdud level of play

I agree that doesn’t have to be he split I just can’t work out the logic for a fake character claim. No one could likely guess the split so sayinf hit actual character has no downside unless you think someone can figure out the split and that has been the only theory thrown out. 

The incentive to fake claim just makes 0 sense to me unless they thought it would give the game away theme wise.

So a few notes. I have 0 idea why he would fake claim a character. Either bullish fucked up or is doing bastard shit or pie actually ironically nailed the theme with stealth vs non stealth.

Less about the cc and more about getting caught in the follow through. Role madness has lots of fucking roles that are all usually pretty strong. So there are likely ways to validate him. 

I def was pushing for him to role claim. It’s not that he’s not capable of fake claiming. We remember him different and I remember him slipping a lot with fake claims but I’ll take your word he is better. 

I’m saying comparatively there is no risk to claiming his actual character and actual role. I just don’t think it’s town. Let’s say he could pull a fake claim out of his ass and have it go well and not beg cced. Sure he’s capable but he’s also typing himself to something in a role madness games where likely all if not most people have a role. If he fake claims a role, large chance it can be validated by another existing role in the game and if he’s caught lying he’s fucked. It makes perfect sense to me to appear slightly scummy saying JOAT and actually claiming your real character and role instead of risking a cc or someone catching you in a lie because of all the roles that are in the game. I don’t think there is a reason for him to fake claim.

You are making it out like he could fake claim anything and have it be better than JOAT. I am disagreeing so hard with this. I’m agreeing it’s his role. Why risk a CC when you could claim your actual character and role for a lot of reasons. No one will know the theme so the character won’t appear scummy and JOAT can’t be dual sided so seeming a little scummy in a role claim is better than risking a cc

You think he would randomize roles when all the roles have a justification? He certainly randomized affiliation distribution and role distribution. He would not promise me town but told me if I slotted mafia he would just replace me. That’s how he sold me on playing. 

Also keep in mind if there is a miller we also likely have a cop. Not always but kinda pointless to use miller without an investigation.

Claiming from the only town roles is more likely to get cced in my opinion as there are fewer of them. I’m still stuck on he is a joat but he is a mafia sided joat.

I’ll leave it alone because he did claim I just still don’t buy it. The fact it is scummy is why he can claim it and get away with it. Also the fact 2 of his roles are anti town utility just doesn’t feel right. 

It seems way too safe. I’m okay with leaving him alone for now but I just don’t buy it. It’s a very convenient claim. Again because I expected JOAT to be in role madness, the fact no one is cc’ing him gives credibility to it but it can also be mafia.  

Disagree, I agree his role is likely real at least to some degree but theme is so niche and because it's open ended most people can claim anything and get away with it. I have not played with him in a long time but I certainly remember catching him because of bad fake claims but i'll concede you have played with him more lately. 

I ran the game through chat gpt, told it to cross reference a thousand games on mafia scum, and then to compare that to past games on dark and build out a town list based on behavioral comparisons. This is what it spit out. 

I feel validated. Don't really agree with Mharm or naners but pie and whiteflame are right where they should be. 

Gut feeling: Whiteflame and Pie are Mafia.

Whiteflame – Claiming JOAT Commuter is a very safe move. Commuter is a role that can be nearly confirmed through testing, and adding JOAT gives him flexibility—especially if someone visits him and their action doesn't return a "your action failed" message. It gives him a fallback. Even assuming this is his actual role, claiming JOAT early in a role madness game is risky because it's likely it is in the game. I think this claim makes more sense coming from Mafia, especially since it has manipulative potential. Overall, it feels like he's hedging his bets.

Pie – The way he said he was going to sheep me and then immediately unvoted before launching into an analysis of theme seems dumb—and I don’t usually consider Pie a dumb player. Trying to dig into niche theme splits on Day 1 reads as fluff. It looks like he's trying to get people to lock into soft claims and then use that to steer mislynches later based on weak theme reads.

Banana – Hard to pin down, but he feels like newbie Town. The way he brought up the F16 thing and made his claim seemed innocent and in good faith.

As for the others:
It's tough to get solid reads on Mharm and User—most of their posts aren't really useful as always. When Lunatic shows up, I think we’ll get more meaningful content. Same goes for Wylted.

Not enough info on Moozer yet, but I think he’ll contribute enough to get a read eventually.

If we can’t find a stronger lynch, I’m okay with voting between Mharm and User. Better to eliminate the keyboard droolers
