I would need more information. I live in Cali so the laws are different. We don't need to register guns. It is a felony however, i think recently, that any AR platform type weapon needs to be registered. I don't remember exactly, i'd have to look it up. If someone used one to defend them self and it wasn't registered... what would happen? Well, you'd likely get hit with the felony charge depending on the judge, your past, the lawyers. If he had a clean past, a good attorney and a cool judge... it could be a slap on the wrist. You never know with the legal system. With all that said, i think the only charge should be for the gun... the fact if it was registered or not shouldn't matter in the regards to him saving himself with it. That's just dumb. But laws are laws... overall it's really dumb. Our lives are in the hands of lawyers and judges in theses situations... which translates to our lives are in the hands of humans (flawed and filled with their own crap). That why they say it's better to use common rounds for home defense... not round that say "ripper" or "tomb stone" or something... bc lawyers will sit there and twist everything making you seem like the bad guy. "He used ripper rounds bc he was looking to hurt another person" ... crap like that.
So... the message i got out of this is follow laws people. Especially gun laws. Do common sense stuff and realize other people don't think like you... and that people are flawed and will try to ruin your life for their gain. When it comes to home defense... you have to factor all of that. Use common rounds, don't go overkill, don't shot when the guy/girl is down ... you have to think of all those consequences.
Other than that, i agree with Noir. Other than registration = confiscation. I'm not too sure about that. I don't think that would happen if we had to register... although it does give unnecessary power to the government. I don't think criminals will register, it will only be citizens. I have to think more about it... will registration stop criminals? I don't know... we need background checks for ammo in Cali now... lets see what happens. I'd guess nothing.

Okay... so i'm a little surprised, and i was wrong in part... and maybe i'm just putting this into the universe. I'm going with Tulsi. She had my vote from the beginning (before debates)... so, i'm really surprised how well she translated to people after the first debate. I knew her message is strong, but i'm surprised she was the most searched and other cool stuff happening (also bad stuff that's coming mainly from the left - sad).
Her performance was strong bc she put Ryan in her place. But, she didn't start out strong. I didn't like how she kinda dodged questions. I also wish she asserted herself more... But, her message is strong in my opinion and she seems principled and genuine. I'm glad she did well... and i hope she pulls forward. Moving forward, if she can be more assertive, if she can touch on some other issues as passionately as war, if she continues to be herself... i think she has a real chance.

The evidence is myself. I don't need to give you any other evidence. I have not met or seen any trans women that i could say i would have sex with (this is a nuanced assertion however). That picture of a trans girl you put up looks like a girl sure... i can even say she's attractive (although i do not think find her attractive)... but say i did find that person attractive. If i know it's a man... i'm not sexually attracted anymore once i "pick up on it." In person i've never met a trans women that i wouldn't be able to distinguish guy features, but even if it wasn't a guy, i'm not attracted to women i find have too many guy features. This is all nuanced bc i would still sleep with a girl that i don't fully find attractive. This doesn't apply to trans however.

Like i said, i can say a person is attractive. I can say a guy is attractive. But sexually, everything about guy features turns me off. This goes all the way to the point of not being able to have kids... i like role plays (sometimes kinda serious) with girls and the excitement that i can impregnating her (especially when she's saying "do it" -- god damn that's hot). That is one difference i can think of a male doesn't have for sure.
Have you heard of trap? Basically that. Serious answer. Men can also fit that. You have yet to give me something that distinguishes a man from a woman on face-value.

You're thinking of this in pictures and features which is already the wrong starting point to understand what i mean. I meet a lot of people, my job is to figure out people... i'm really good at that. It's "Everything that person is" when i meet a person that matters to be turned on. This is both features, psychology of the person, it's everything. But i guess i need to find something to give you an idea... let me see if i can find someone although keep in mind this is a bad standard to begin with bc i'm not thinking of anyone specific. The person i'm willing to have sex with i usually meet irl... so i explore everything before that point.
These should give you an idea... i like what i call a "fox look" ... that look looks good with or without make-up. These girls are without make-up... photoshopped? Idk, but it's a start. If you can find a trans, without make-up, that can match these women... i'll get into what i would do then.

I do not think this is right. I have never seen or met a transsexual that i couldn't tell was a guy... or at the very least, had guy features. Guys have different hands than girls, guys have different asses than girls, and there are other little features guys have that i can pick up on. Now, this is bc of the type of women i am into. I am into petite, very girly, innocent, looking type of girls. It's a standard i do not think any guy can have, or at least i haven't seen it. My standard is actually so into this type that even women that have male features i find sexually unattractive. So... can guys imitate women, sure... there are some women that have a manlier look. But there are also females that i don't think a guy can imitate. An even extra, we are talking about trans women that have make-up on... the women i'm into look just as womanly without make-up on... that's why i'm sexually attracted to what i am... any which way, it's a women in my eyes. Sexually, everything about males i find disgusting. So even if a women has say manly looking hands, i find it unattractive. So no... not everyone is Bi. Now... i can look at a guy and tell you, he's attractive, or i bet he gets a lot of u know what. But, sexually... puke.So basically all the typical things men like of women can be found on men.

What's up with all this mental health crap... being on this site in general already makes you weird. Everyone is struggling with something and from working with a lot of addicts... i've noticed others trying to define what those problems are and making guidelines on how to handle it is a trigger like no other. Just be kind to others. That is really it. It's easy. Have empathy for the people you disagree with, and just talk. That's all you have to do... there doesn't need to be a corny section or thread "talk to me if you're feeling down" ... that doesn't work and is annoying as hell.
Things like hotlines and stuff do work... but usually, that is the person's choice to look it up. Maybe my view is skewed a little bc i worked with addicts, bc they are the rebel types... but they also almost always have a mental health issue. The vast majority would say others telling them to get help, others trying to sound empathetic like they understand anything... are some of the worst triggers. A person that doesn't give two craps if they live or die doesn't want to hear any of this mental health crap... Just be cool. Most people i pulled out of addiction, that's all i had to do. Is accept them for who they are. Which means not talking to them like they're idiots or that they don't know exactly what they're doing to themselves. They do, they just don't care.

Kamala did well
She did. But there are some past decisions she's made that make me not like her. Plus, she is too focused on banning "assault weapons" ... i'd still like to know the definition to that. I don't want her to come in and have her legacy be banning something that won't do anything. I'm 100% pro gun, but i of course think it should be well regulated. Currently it's not, we should focus on enforcing the laws already on the books instead of punishing law abiding citizens. That and some of her past things... there was something were she chuckled while putting a drug addict or something behind bars. I really lost respect for her when i saw that... i have to watch it again bc i don't remember now... but she didn't do anything right in that case.
I didn't like Yang too much (trickle up will not work),
He did do poorly but he played his part. I think something like UBI is inevitable. It's either that or figuring out how to reward people working really hard to keep their heads above water. What i don't like about his is that it gives it to everyone... i think people should be rewarded if they are contributing, so his gives it to people that aren't. But, i don't think we should focus on the lazy people bc they are a minority. Whatever, let them be lazy and a grand isn't even that much... someone would be couch surfing if that's all they have. So, i don't know. I've watched some of his more lengthy interviews and he did seem like he knows what he's talking about. I don't remember anymore to make a comment on that... but we must do something about income inequality. Which is very naunced, but in the end of the day... a lot of people are basically living to only work. I believe in what i think Harris said... no one should have to work 3 jobs to keep their heads above water... we aren't born to be slaves.

The only reason i like Bernie is that he's coming at it as extreme as possible. I think that's an important manipulation tactic. If the goal is all the way to one extreme... it's easier to work with other people to come to a middle ground. I like that kind of strategy bc that's the only way we can pass things... if we can find middle ground. If the starting point is middle ground... it's more likely nothing will get done.

I don't like him and i'm a pretty good judge of character. I said it all along and he showed his true colors. He just sounded like an angry grump that was butt hurt he wasn't getting his way... i hope to Zeus he doesn't win. He has no chance against Trump... it will just be another Hillary 2.0.

Love is good of course but i agree. We need someone passionate. I saw that passion with Warren, Bernie, Pete, and Tulsi (and some others... gill-a-brand seemed fed up and i liked that - she seemed like she just wanted to be there to show the others to stop the division..idk i respected her). Of the top of my head, they seem most real. Harris did, but she's a lawyer... i've actually been sued by her, she is damn good. I read her complaint and she is a darn good attorney. They are trained to be fake and get the crowed on their side... i don't trust lawyers. Especially bc i know a lot of them are close-minded in regards to only seeing things their way.

Sure, it will be okay in some regards... but that isn't what will stop the immigration issues we face. His focus on 'i'm doing this to illegals not people trying legally' is a bit of a cop out in my opinion. They had a point... why are these people trying to get here knowing they can die ... especially their children? They aren't evil, they aren't crooks... a lot of them are escaping something and we should have more empathy. I don't know how to fix it... i don't agree with the decriminalization idea... but we should do something to not treat these desperate people like criminals. Maybe it could remain criminal... but we add certain guidelines in the case of immigration. I don't know.

I'm kinda scared about another women running against Trump, but right now... the girls are doing pretty well. I was especially impressed by gill-a-brand (that's how i pronounce her name) tonight... i didn't even know who she is, but i liked how she was unapologetic about her interruptions. That automatically gets my respect for being a tuff arse when you know people don't know you. It at least shows me the candidates actually have a message and something concerning. I have to watch again the priorities, bc i'm really against guns being the top issue. I feel like getting Harris into this... her "legacy" will be pushed towards something like guns. That is a dumb issue to start with... the powerful having monopoly on control is a bigger issue to me... also, i don't believe the best defense is a good offense... I'm anti-war when there is no threat. But that's a nuanced answer... how much is our offense truly offense? I don't know. How bad is any specific threat to America? Is there something a president knows that i don't know... most likely. I think that's another problem... the people run the government right? We should know everything going on so we can make decisions as a country. Maybe i just want to know about Aliens most... but it would be cool if people stopped this i know something you don't know childish game.
