You said 3 9s. The joker is one, and the other was the 9 of diamonds (I think). This means you had a third 9 in your hand. I’m asking you to reveal the suit of the 9 in your hand. This makes sure that you are telling the truth about your Cop claim (if anyone has the same suit, then they CC and we find one of you as scum). Outing your suit would basically confirm Oro as scum along with Speed.

If I had to guess, it would probably be something that alters the hand of town by copying the hand of the next flop and giving it to the hand of a townie. It’s probably an altered version of some sort of mafia role appearance manipulator. The objective would probably be to try and frame the town as mafia (for having duplicates). Bullish also said at the beginning about mafia’s ability to “cheat”, so that might be part of it as well.

Popcorning is when one person makes a claim, and then passes it onto another person. It's good because there's a great chance that at least one of the mafia would be selected somewhere in the beginning/middle of the popcorn chain, forcing them to make a fakeclaim without full knowledge of town's claims.

Pressure multiple people at the same time and force them to reveal their cards at an agreed 5-second window when all at online. This will prevent convenient alteration and risk-free non-matching of cards.
This is ideal, if we can manage to organize such a thing. If not, then popcorn would be the next best option (it gives scum little opportunity to craft a fakeclaim with the knowledge of town's NP activities).

True, mafia has to eliminate all town players to win. But if the majority of remaining players alive are scum, they could literally just lynch the rest of town during the remaining day phases. And if you say that mafia has their own separate NK, that would just make their victory even quicker.

It’s very improbable that scum has their own NK. Considering there are 8 players in this game, a town-visible NK, and a possible vig, having another scum NK could very possibly wipe out 3/8 of the players in one night, and might even put the game into LYLO in DP2.

When I made that post, I thought that the roles that each person got in the night were unique (that only one person could be in each role). Then Bullish said that more than one person could have the same role, and I scrapped the popcorn idea altogether

Bullish has the possible town roles (determined by the FLOP plus the current cards we have) listed. Scum does not have any of them. Scum has a separate role set that isn’t on there. You can look at the cards in the flop and the cards in your PM (hand) and see which corresponding role you have on the list, depending on which result you have.
