Why didn't you mention it?
The poll and who conducted it doesn't lend well to the notion of Trump losing to someone, and there is initially no expressed interest in who conducted it or how it was conducted.

Okay at least you cleared that up. Is there a reason why you didn't reply to my Chuck Schumer comment? Off-topic but since those are not rules I can ask whatever I want.
I was going to as I recall, probably got distracted and had the window on my device closed. I'm not sure at that point if you wanted to talk more about the economics of tariffs or whether we can and should label the twitter account of politicians "fake news", namely the expressed views of Donald Trump.

I would have intended to skip over it, like I did with #14, but I somehow made a mistake. Thank you

Atheists say this about every theists who posts here.Unproductively calling something of theistic consequence a "fairy tale" for example, a form of artistic expression, hardly seems equivalent to acknowledging that the posts in the D-Day thread aren't tied to anything relevant, nor intended to be whatsoever. It isn't but nothing can be done about it. Venting always helps.5 additional posts were added, now numbering up to 25. The majority of the D-Day thread that opens up with honoring WWII veterans is filled with conjecture as to moderation policy. All that needed to be done was to ignore it in this case, or at most press the flag thingy and just let moderation handle their policy. It would be nice if there was a way to address the problem, and maybe have it removed, as opposed to cluttering up the page. Lets say, just for sake of promoting discussion, its possible that a poster were allowed the discretion by a mod to remove irrelevant content after they receive two spam notifications. You'd at least be able to offer feedback without personal quibbles or issues with censorship, and maybe end up with an improvement to thread development and experience.Your support of atheist bigotry is noted.
That is not how I intended to convey myself, but if that is your view...I propose that your personal note need not be introduced at random in the future should I decide to express a thought on D-Day

I'm not referring to google comments, which was made earlier as an entirely separate matter from what I referred to as I see it. I'll let your explanation stand whatever it may be. I'm referring to a string of conversation starting with this statement.
"I had an Restraining Order on you and you violated it with this post. This is a warning and I'm bsh will tell you it is too."

From a position of being a forum user - rather than as moderator - the issue is the determination of “bad faith actor”.Just because someone is stupid, ignorant or deluded does not make them a bad faith actor. Being deliberately dishonest, evasive or otherwise frustrating reasonable discussion doesn’t make them a bad faith actor either. There are intentionally intellectually dishonest individuals on this forum, who will evade, dodge, duck: troll and otherwise misrepresent everything to the point it is not practically possible to have an intelligent or meaningful discussion with them on most topics.I’m sure they’d say the same about me.And that's the problem. While hard trolling, personal attacks, doxxing and abuse are objectively measurable - being a dick, being obtuse or dishonest is much more of a subjective determination.Worse, there is nothing more boring than having a forum without anyone being intelliectually dishonest, distorting facts or generally being an idiot.
Posts currently numbered 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, and 20 in the D-Day thread present an obvious example of spam. They are totally unrelated to war, history, veterans, holidays etc... They did not even stem from something related to anything in the thread.

@Alec
My advice for the Republican party.
Help people out of the major cities, and move the Republicans candidates in.
Go nuts on your education, and infiltrate the ranks you are bitching about.
Vote in favor of the dreamers over and over again. Oppose Trump head on for this issue with fury. If he whines, more power to you. No reforms, just own the daca issue.
Pass immigration reform, separately, before the next election cycle.
Pass severe penalties for crimes involving a gun that stand out from democratic strongholds, and pass a positive system for your state, and oppose the gun ban freaks. Promote training/safety. Make up a counter narrative to the stupid "assault weapon" nonsense and give something a legal designation that requires an assembly at least once per year. Promote the civilian marksmanship program at the federal level. Refine the background check system, propose an aid to intervention etc... Make it really loud.

Keep a civil tounge please, bearing in mind that this is not an individualistic matter per se, like personal preference
Evil was defined as requested earlier to mean "absolute power by any means necessary". It should be noted what seems unclear about this.
In the United States the "militia" is broadly composed of all able bodied mature male citizens up to the age of 45, not barred nor exempt, and females voluntarily enlisted in a state sanctioned guard.
A well regulated militia is supposed to be necessary to the security of a free state. The preexisting right to keep and bear arms is retained by the people, and not to be "infringed". The 2nd amendment originally applied only to the federal government and was later encorporated some time after the Civil War with application to the States. There have always been legal regulations.
Bill of Rights, Amendment II "A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed"
Whatever right in keeping and bearing arms, it is not necessarily tied to militia service, nor must it be contingent upon the Constitution the United States for its existence.

And what part of spreading rumors isn't a lie?If I go around saying "They say..." infant of whatever fool story I can concoct, does that make the statement any less of a fabrication?
Rumor
1: talk or opinion widely disseminated with no discernible source
2 : a statement or report currently without known authority for its truth
Lie - Noun
1: A criminal falsehood; a falsehood uttered for the purpose of deception; an intentional violation of truth. Fiction, or a false statement or representation, not intended to deceive, mislead or injure, as in fables, parables and the like, is not a lie.
It is willful deceit that makes a lie A man may act a lie as by pointing his finger in a wrong direction, when a traveler inquires of him his road.
2: An expression of something known or believed by the speaker or writer to be untruthful with intent to deceive
Lie - Verb
To make an untrue statement with intent to deceive

There various factors to be consider here and you Alec and Snoppy are very short-sided and narrow-minded on this issue.
I would be inclined to disagree with Alec that its impossible for common criminals to hang up their guns, though I think we need to be looking at least a human lifetime out.

Alec: All of your goals are impossible. If you ban guns, people get them illegally. No way are you going to convince a criminal to give up their guns.

Secondly WTF honestly says "Oh, Yeah, went to a Metallica concert, got cancer."or"Just got back from the gun range, and yup, doctor said I had melanoma."or"Quick, hide from the thunder! Cancer!"
The huge windmills have high voltage transmission lines, and I don't know why but you can literally hear a buzzing noise on a calm day even from a distance from some of that stuff, which to me is personally unsettling. The thing is, we are talking about our electrical grid, and windmills take up a lot of space, producing extremely high voltages which are efficient for transmission over long distance over large areas on people's property. The transmission lines are always resisted, but often the people effected don't have the clout to stop how they are permanently affixed into the environment. The windfarms look kind of awesome upon visitation, but also awkward to me personally, covering vast expanses of area that would otherwise be relatively natural. Recall that modern turbines can exceed 300 feet in diameter, nothing like a water pump on a farm, or something made for localized power generation.

AOC has been notorious for making up statistics and has demonstrated time and time again that she does not understand US economics.
The T-1000 should be impeached for what it's done to AOC. She was an honest bartender, and now people think she's some weirdo, just because someone was talking like one's ability to react reasonably to a proposition can be predicted by race, which impacts the food you should grow.
Also, that haircut is atrocious. Skynet was aware of that going into the elections, and golf isn't a sport.

The U.S. is still all about strutting it's stuff with a pair of six shooters strapped to it's hips.
What do you mean "still"?
I think our nation has lost its way in taking up the sustained military role in the post WWII era, now spanning multiple generations of experience.
The U.S. is the gung-ho Sherriff and his posse administering their self righteous justice to the rest of the World.Worship of the gun and worship of god, a divine contradiction. And if this is what you teach your kids, this is what they're going to grow up believing in.

In the past, I've read studies indicating a relationship where whatever the rationale, the name is more likely to matter for jobs with some sort of public perception, like maybe retail has significant deviation for some positions but the engineering sector would not.

Alec: Must have a steady, consistent job that benefits America and doesn’t take jobs from people already here.
Omar: Since a job is created due to a demand in the market. There isn't a thing in a capitalist system of jobs that do not benefit the structure already present. Meaning what you said here is nonsense.
Assuming a demand that does not rise relative to supply, the previous status quo may be underbid and essentially have their job taken whilst the sector in question will reap a lower compensation per capita. Does that sound about right?
