It's super important to consider the context involving this, because not all dads who are classified as "deadbeat" actually are. Just because the dad isn't around doesn't mean he is actually a deadbeat.
It depends on the definition. My definition is someone who makes kids, doesn't set them up for adoption and then refuses to take care of them and makes the female take care of them. Also people that ditch girls that they get pregnant. If your divorced, I would generally advocate for split custody of the kids so neither parent is a deadbeat and so the kids get exposure from both parents.
Furthermore, men who promise that they'll hang around to raise the child, and then leave as soon as she gets pregnant, are arguably the worst deadbeat dads. What you suggested in your comment should be applied to these men.
I agree. Do you think sterilization is a good punishment for these deadbeat dads? I assume every deadbeat dad ditches their pregnant girlfriend or wife.
If you, as a man, make it clear that you won't have sex with a woman unless she's on the pill, and she lies to about that, the woman is to blame.
This I agree with. I don't know how common this is, but as a principle if a woman does that and she doesn't abort, I'd take the kids away from the mom since single motherhood is inevitable. I would prefer it if men weren't as promiscuious so there doesn't have to be unplanned pregnency, or if you do have sex at least keep all of your clothes on. I'd also want the woman to get sterilized once the kid is born because we can't risk her getting pregnant again. I don't trust women who lie about being on the pill for sex, pregnency, and the commitment that would come with it.
If a woman sperm jacks you from the condom you put in the bin, or if she says the child is 100% yours when she knows she's slept with 5 other guys, we need to blame the woman.
If she slept with 5 other guys, she either would have gotten pregnant from one of those other guys or she would have not gotten pregnant so their prior sex would result in a pregnency. But if a female sperm jacks a male and gets pregnant, I'd still punish the woman by sterilizing her after she births a kid. Those people can't be risked reproducing again since they could sperm jack instead. Since during pregnency, a female sacrifices more than a male, I don't imagine sperm jacking is a common thing among women but the ones who do it should be sterilized after they birth, miscarry, or get an abortion.
If a woman denies visitation rights or tells the family courts that the man was violent with her (when he wasn't), we need to blame the woman.
Here I would probably require evidence; in order for the courts to believe that a male was being violent, there has to be evidence of it beyond a reasonable doubt. The kids should also be a witness if available.

This is true. This is why I recommend getting a vasectomy before you have any sex if your a male and I recommend getting your tubes tied before you have any sex if your a woman. If you want kids in the future, your free to adopt(at least until there are no more kids dying of starvation); people love adopted kids as much as biological kids and we see this with dogs; dogs are adopted and people love their dogs. Why would a kid that's adopted be any different?

No church is forced to so something that violates their religious beliefs. No church is required to perform a queer marriage if it doesn't want to.Relatively speaking, very few churches choose to perform the rites of marriage for queer people.
The Supreme Court correctly ruled that the government has no right to refuse me these protections based on any religious argument.
So your position is keep civil unions legal but allow churches the right to refuse same sex ceremonies, right?

Seat belt laws are the opposite. Is there any situation where someone without a seatbelt goes flying through the front windshield, is resurrected and given the opportunity to do it over again and still chooses not to wear the seatbelt? I doubt you would argue there are, so these laws are at least intended to be in the best interests of the rider.
The best interests of the rider are whatever the rider decides; they know the risks of seatbelts or no seatbelts and they accept the consequences for their actions. Most of the time, seatbelts aren't even worn properly so if you did get in an accident, the seatbelt wouldn't do you much good.
Whatever you think about these two positions, the principal to understand is the idea that government has a responsibility to protect its citizens, even in some cases from itself.
This is done with protecting people from victim producing crimes, such as murder or rape. However, the only victim of someone who refuses to wear a seatbelt is the person who refuses to wear it in the event of an accident. People should be free to decide their own risk tolerance instead of the government deciding for them. Me personally, I wear seatbelts. I don't think they should be mandatory. Kids on the bus don't wear seatbelts and nobody cares because it's a common occurrence.

Pro lifers want to make the unborn citizens so the government protects them. Currently they aren't citizens.

A square circle is a conceptual impossibility, thus it is commonly viewed that an Omnipotent being not being able to create such a thing does not contradict Omnipotence.
An all powerful being not being able to create something contradicts being all powerful. It's possible that God exists, just no possible that he's all powerful. Humans aren't all powerful yet we exist so it's possible to not be all powerful and still exist.

This is in theory true, but if you subtract infinity from both sides, you get 1=0 and this is incorrect.

Because its denying a civil right to a person based on religious exception, nothing gives the church that right.
Almost anything is acceptable if for religious reasons, including telling gay people they got to get married by the state. The reason why religious freedom is so important is because without it, people go to hell to suffer and burn forever if not allowed to practice their religion by almost any method they choose. If I had to pick between religious leaders burning in hell forever for marrying gay people and gay people merely going to get a civil union, I'd pick the ladder.

Social security still exists, it is merely funded differently. The taxes I told you about would pay for social security and everything else the government spends money on. The elderly (the recipients of social security) couldn't care less about how it's funded. They merely want to get paid.
My plan saves every taxpayer money on their tax bill and allows us to pay off the debt. When the debt is paid off, taxes fall even more saving the taxpayer even more money (assuming option 1 is implemented. If option 2 is implemented, I think taxes would be low enough once the debt is paid off).

The tax isn't based per head. We have 2 choices I strongly support on how we pay off the debt and I have preferences, but I'm fine with any of these. The choices are:
1) Start to pay if off now and pay a 17% capitol gains tax, a 14% necessity tax, and a 20% luxury tax. No more income tax or social security tax, which overall saves even the poorest working class Americans money since the income tax and the social security tax combined cost at least 16.2% of one's income, whereas if someone spent all their money on necessities, they would only pay a 14% sales tax on this, and very few people fall into the first income bracket, so most people end up saving more than 2.2% of their annual income on taxes to pay off the debt. Combine this with a lazzaire faire approach to immigration, and it would increase the GDP and tax revenue enough to pay off the debt in 2 years since our tax revenue would quadruple in the long term and increase 9 fold for the first year all while cutting the percentage of one's income Americans pay in taxes.
Or
2) Wait 50 years, balance all future annual budgets, and pay only a .6% capitol gains tax while having the same approach to immigration which would increase the tax revenue in the short and long term by significant amounts with such a small amount of tax.
If you don't think this amount of money will pay off the debt, I recommend you use a computer somewhere so you can access the spreadsheet.

The United states has 5% of the world's population yet 25% of the world's prison population.
This brings us to the question, how to reduce those numbers?

Some prisoners get freed, like those that are there for drug offenses, other crimes (like car theft) get less jail time and more of a rehabilitation approach. Other crimes (like murder and rape) the death penalty gets applied for. Repeal Kennedy vs Louisiana and Coker V Georgia so we can put rapists to death.
Combining these 2 things would reduce our prison population by around 70%, bringing our prison population more in line with the world average.

The US debt is perhaps the biggest issue this nation is facing that few are talking about. Fortunately, I made a plan that I think is pretty effective on how to get this nation out of debt easily.

I'm reluctantly pro choice, although the woman really shouldn't have had sex and the man really shouldn't have coerced her into having sex. Premarital sex shouldn't be prohibited, but strongly discouraged as it solves so many of our problems. The real question isn't, "How can one be against seatbelt mandatorization yet against abortion rights." as abortion is preventable by abstinence and contraception which society is too lazy to be willing to employ. The real question is, "How can one be pro choice and support mandatory seatbelts". You'd figure pro choicers would want seatbelts to be optional, since they are the ones so obsessed with choice. Instead, pro choicers almost always drink the left wing kool aid and they believe everything the left tells them to believe even if it goes against their own principles. The right does this too. They support small government yet want the government involved with the business of undocumented immigrants.
Both parties suck, that's why everyone should be an independent.

If sex or gender is a protected class, political ideology should also be. I don’t want people discriminated against for being conservative or even a member of the KKK. I also don’t think BLM or Communists should be discriminated against. It doesn’t matter how extreme your ideology is, you shouldn’t be discriminated against because of it.
The one exception to this is for religious reasons. If a church doesn’t want to let women serve in the clergy because of the Bible, show me the Bible verse that supports that and I would allow it under the first amendment:

Currently seatbelt mandatorization is a 10th amendment issue with 49 states mandating seatbelts and New Hampshire not. I personally think the government should encourage but not mandate seatbelts as people should be free to decide their own risk tolterance.

The main justification for being intolerant of the intolerant is the fear they will take over. However is this a reasonable fear? Do we really have to worry about Nazis taking over the government? Do we really have to worry about another Halocaust? Do we really have to worry about bringing back slavery when the KKK denounced slavery? If a white supremest ran for office he would lose miserably.
Some people would argue that Trump is a white supremest. However virtually all of his supporters deny this. If they believed he hated blacks, they wouldn’t support him; there have been many former republicans that denounce Trump. But most like Trump because of his immigration stance not out of a hatred for non whites, but out of a hatred for being unemployed and jobless. The democrats never addressed this fear, so this is why white working class voters are willing to vote for Trump.
If you want the right to support undocumented immigrants, you have to explain to them why they don’t have to worry about an undocumented immigrant taking their job because Hilliard Clinton never did. Instead she played the women card and expected to win when in reality she never addressed the fear that immigrants were taking jobs and the Trump base voted for the guy they thought protected their jobs.
Now I support open borders and I don’t think the unemployment rate will go up because of it. However Trump supporters are often afraid of being unemployed so they are willing to deport undocumented immigrants in order to stay employed.
