Depends on your definition of morality.  In this society and in every country on the planet (which I think is pretty moral), promiscuity is inevitable.  Guys get horny and they pressure their girlfriends to fuck them, or they rape a stranger if they can't get a girlfriend.  This is why most rapists are men.  Only very religious people and few other people wait until marriage.  It's ideal if everyone waits, but this isn't going to happen.

What's wrong with sending Dylan Roof to court a mere hour after he did his murders?  The court is there for any victim who needs it right after the crime gets committed.  The constitution guarantees a fair and speedy trial.

The power of euphemisms
Suppose you ask 100 random people, "Do you prefer freedom or tyranny?"  Most people would say they prefer freedom.

Suppose you ask 100 different random people, "Do you prefer anarchy or law and order?"  Most people would say they prefer law and order.

But as someone who realizes this inconsistency, I discovered a euphemism for anarchy is freedom, and a euphemism for tyranny is law and order.

If you ask 100 random people, "Do you prefer anarchy or tyranny?" or, "Do you prefer freedom or law and order", most people (since people are stupid) will be unsure which they prefer.

I don't like it.  Can't politicians get rid of euphemism in their rhetoric and focus on policies?  If someone claims to be a libetarian, I could claim they support a moderate anarchy.  If someone wants law and order, I could claim they support tyranny.

Keep euphemisms consistent.  If you refer to small government as, "freedom", you should refer to big government as, "law and order" and the same is true for the negative connotations of the words, "freedom" and, "law and order".

A poor person can either plead guilty to a misdemeanor they did not commit and avoid jail time, or plead innocent to a crime they are innocent of and wait for 6 months in jail. The consequences of this are obvious.
How about poor people convicted of a crime don't have to wait 6 months in jail?  Let them live in their own house until they are brought to court and if found guilty, then they go to jail.

If a significant number of people are being censored, the declaration of independence states, "That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government".  If the executive branch is calling for entire groups to be censored (this group may be fringe right wingers or mainstream ones, we don't know), we got a revolution on our hands.

Promoscuity is unfortunately inevitable.  I would like it if everyone waited until marriage, but this is merely a dream.  If you give people free contraception, they will have promiscuious protected sex.  They will probably not get pregnant, and STI transmission rates will be much slower.  If you ban contraception or make it cost money, people will have promiscuious sex still.  This sex will be unprotected, unwanted pregnencies are inevitable; abortions are inevitable; poverty is inevitable.  STIs spread much more frequently.  This is why STI and abortion rates are higher in societies (like African societies) where contraception is frowned upon than they are in western countries, where contraception is encouraged if one can't keep it in their pants.

I don't like the idea of debates anymore for 2 reasons:

1) Both sides try and win rather than learn from their opponent.  Concessions are rare.  Both people are focused on winning instead of getting smarter.
2) They only have a certain amount of time to respond.  My parents turned off DART at home so I go somewhere else to respond.  I might not be able to respond all my points at once.

It is because of this that I prefer messaging and forums over formatted debates.  If you want to DM me, I'm happy to talk about my ideas, although they have modified since I originally made this post.  I do think something has to be done about single motherhood though and how to prevent it.

Actually the court ruled I did have primary custody. There really is nothing the court can do about somebody just taking off with the kids though, especially if they hide their location
I think you can sue your ex wife for taking off with the kids.  Then you get the kids back.

 It will harm poor people, whether it was intended tomorrow not, and laws that are harmful are equally evil, no.matter if the intent is intentional or not.
I think this law would require poor people (and other people) to stick with their kids so their kids have a higher chance of breaking the cycle of poverty that single parenthood has caused.

Poor men can't afford lawyers to defend them from.accusations of being deadbeats.
I think our legal system provides poor defendants with free lawyers.  Otherwise you would see evil rich men murder people they don't like, blame it on a guy who couldn't afford a lawyer, and get away with murder while the innocent poor guy suffers.  This almost never happens in our justice system, as 96% of people who are in jail for murder deserve it and the 4% that don't are presumed guilty as that is what the evidence found.

On top of that it is unethical even if it worked like intended
I don't know how else deadbeat parents can be punished, although I've kindof modified my stance to only punish deadbeat parents of a kid 5 years of age or older, which would exclude people that get abortions and people that set their kid up for adoption.

The abortion rate has been falling considerably, along with the birth rate, because contraception prevents abortions and unintended pregnencies.  In Africa, 40 million abortions (40 abortions per 1000 people) happen per year and contraception is stigmatized there.  In the US, our abortion rate is 2.5 per 1000 people, and abortion is legal here whereas it is more restricted in Africa.  The lurking variable is the destigmatation of contraception in the US, whereas in Africa, contraception is rare, and abortions and unwanted pregnencies are common.  Contraception both reduces the abortion rate and the unwanted pregnency rate by huge margins.  Abortion restrictions only slightly reduce the abortion rate and every abortion that is prevented leads to one more unwanted pregnency.

The left wants to primarily reduce the unwanted pregnency rate.  The right wants to primarily reduce the abortion rate.  Ideologue pro lifers and pro choicers oppose birth control for different reason.  Ideologue pro choicers see it as inconvenient and slightly painful, and ideologue pro lifers obey the Pope on birth control.  I propose a solution that as many as 90% of Americans (regardless if they are pro life or pro choice) can get behind.  Make contraception free and better than it is now and you will both reduce the unwanted pregnency rate as well as the abortion rate.

I think the following units of time should be totally and completely eliminated:
-Hours
-Minutes
-Weeks
-Months

And 1 second of time should be a different amount of time.  Currently, there are 86400 seconds in a day.  I think a second should be slightly shorter in length so there are 100,000 seconds in a day.  The unit of time are:

1 day = 10 decidays
1 deciday =10centidays
1 centiday = 10 milliday
1 milliday = 10 decaseconds
1 decasecond = 10 metric seconds

Then units of time will be much easier to convert.  This is after America goes completely metric in all other regards in 2 years.

You said a lot here.  I'll try and break it down:

I went through a bad break up with my kid's first mom. She ended up taking the kid and hiding his location, and everyone thought of me as a dead beat dad, Who did not want to see him. 
Were you divorced legally?  Because if you were, whoever was most competent to have the kids would keep the kids.  If neither you nor your first wife were abusers, you both should get to see your kid.  I'd probably split it 50-50; you get to see your kid 2 weeks at a time, and then your ex wife gets to see the kid 2 weeks at a time.  In the meantime, you parent your other kid.  In my book, your only a deadbeat if you want to abandon your parental responsibilities, so you wouldn't be a deadbeat in my book and therefore you wouldn't get sterilized.

Had somebody sterilized me for perceived wrong doing, I wouldn't have had my second son, who is the only reason I bother to even wake up in the morning. More important than me missing out on having my youngest son, is that the world would be deprived of him, and he is a net benefit to the world.
I don't see you as a deadbeat parent because you want to see your kid and you seeing your first kid would help that kid have 2 parents.  You should try and be a parent for both kids.

I think parents who want to avoid parental responsibilities while creating a kid deserve judgement and they will cause their kids to grow up without a male role model which will cause more crime, welfare dependency, and other stuff.  You don't fit into this category since you want to see your son, but a court ruling that I don't agree with said that your ex wife gets the kids.  Competent parents should split parenting responsibilities 50-50.

 How come every other thread started on this site is either by some ivory tower conservative who wants to piss on poor people or some elitist liberal who also wants to piss on poor people?
I am not "pissing" on poor people; I am merely trying to hold the people who destroy other lives (like smash and dash parents) accountable.  If anything, it's reducing the poverty that this nation is experiencing by restoring the family unit.

They are punished by losing access to their child and that relationship.  
From the perspective of a deadbeat dad, that's a punishment?  I thought they didn't care if their kid knew them; I thought they just wanted sex.  But then they could get some other female pregnant and be a deadbeat dad yet again.  They can still get the sex; they just need to get sterilized before they have sex again to prevent more moms from being single mothers.

In theory, higher speed limits will result in more deaths, and in practice this is probably the case.  But I don't know how many lives will be saved.

Before with assault, no lives were lost and yet you deemed this as an unacceptable trade off.
I think the freedom to own a semi automatic gun for hundreds of millions of people in the US is worth the increase in the homicide rate of like .1 per 100,000 (if that) that will take place from legalizing these guns.

How much life is a reasonable trade off?
I haven't figured that out yet tbht, but a lot of life would have to be a reasonable trade off to restrict freedom.  9 million people die a year from starvation, yet that precedent states that 9 million annual deaths is not enough to increase foreign aid to the point where you can save all those lives because economic freedom is a trade off.

You stated on one hand that speed limits "barely" reduce the car death rate. Your evidence here implies that higher speed limits actually decrease road accident rates. These statements are contradictory.
I changed my mind on this based on the evidence that I discovered.  I was initially comparing German accident rates to Spanish ones, but then I realized both countries are low so that's an unfair comparison.

However at the same time, if you look closely, China has more road accident rates despite supposedly having higher speed limits.
Maybe there is a lurking variable there in that the Chinese have worse roads so there will be more accidents.  The road quality in western countries is comparable.

In addition, there exist various studies that definitively show that higher speed limits result in increased accident rate and accident severity.
I don't know where these studies are, but if that is the case, we would have to see how much speed limits reduce the accident rate and if the restriction in how fast you can drive on the road is worth the lives saved.  If only 1 life worldwide gets saved by making the speed limit 10 kph less, it's not worth it.  Freedom is a trade off.

If we make people who abandon their their kids pay child support if they create a single parent household, then this same penalty should be prescribed to people who set their kids up for adoption as this is also ditching one's parental responsibilities.  Yet we have to treat smash and dash parents the same way we treat people who set their kids up for adoption, as they both did the same thing; abandon their parental responsibilities.  Child support seems a fair punishment for the former, but not the ladder.  That's why I propose sterilization as it is the only way you can treat both groups of people the same while minimizing the chance they will repeat abandoning their parental responsibilities.  It is a painless procedure that would reduce the abortion rate, unintended pregnency rate, the welfare use rate, and the poverty rate.

This does not mean I advocate the death of homosexuals because I don't.  It does mean that if one wishes to be gay and to have gay sex, they should not consider themselves Christian.  I don't object to atheism.  I object to false Christianity.  Not only should the church have the right to deny gay weddings, they should excersize this right.  Gay people should get secular marriages or civil unions instead of forcing the church to do something that violates their religion.  It would be like asking a mosque to serve alcohol.

Banning murder actually reduces the homicide rate.  If murder was legalized, the homicide rate would skyrocket, so it's okay to sacrifice the freedom to murder in exchange for the safety of not getting killed.

However, banning semi automatic guns does not reduce the homicide rate and speed limits only barely reduce the car death rate.  Freedom in these instances is a trade off.

Child support I don't think is consistent because if your a deadbeat dad who abandons their parental responsibilities, society makes you pay child support.  But people don't say this about people who lets say set their kids up for adoption, even though they did the same thing.  I think sterilization is the only punishment that can consistently be applied to deadbeats as well as people who set their kids up for adoption.

I'm a 19 year old virgin and I love it.  Everyone at 19 should be a virgin as it's so easy.  You just don't fuck.

Casual sex exists, but it can lead to pregnency unless contraception is taken.  But if a female gets pregnant from casual sex, then the guy shouldn't be allowed to ditch her under the punishment of sterilization.  He'd be a deadbeat dad at that point.

Jesus is not gay.  He condemned homosexuality and the reason why his apostles were male is because Jesus knew that male and female children both looked up to male role models better than female role models.  This is why women want to to masculine things way more frequently than men want to do femenine things.  It's because males are better role models for society. This isn't anything against women, as women can do things too, but society looks up to men.  Jesus knew this and this is the reason why all the apostilles are males.  It's not because Jesus is gay, especially as Jesus condemns homosexuality many times.

Growing up in a single parent household itself is abuse.
True, but growing up in a single motherhood home is not as bad as getting beat up or raped by your father, that father being taken away from his kids as a result(even though its the lesser of 2 evils), and then growing up in a single motherhood home from the PTSD that easily could have developed.

There needs to be a punishment for people that ditch their parental responsibilities.

The premise is that black people (let's be honest about who you are referring to here) . Leave women they get pregnant. You are not considering that a lot of people have one night stands, or are just fuck buddies. It's not so much leaving, as never being committed to start with.
I wasn't referring to any particular race; there are deadbeat black liberals, there are deadbeat white West Virginian conservatives.  But people shouldn't do one night stands and if someone gets pregnant, it's their responsibility.  If you ditch your pregnant girlfriend, your a deadbeat.

If there are no kids in the family, then you should be allowed to divorce for whatever reason you want.

Fault divorce could lead to parents abusing the kid or treating the kid poorly if they can't divorce out of will.  Then the kid would get set up for adoption anyway and now they may have PTSD from the abuse.  With no fault divorce, you ditch the kid, but at least the kid isn't abused.  But ditching your kid is bad enough so you should face punishment for it.

If your spouse commits a felony like murder or rape, they belong in jail and sterilization would be a given in addition to life imprisonment.  Spouses that commit adultury in order to prevent it from happening again should go to 20 hours of therapy.

Does that make you pro-choice, even in cases where the government would subsidize, pro-comprehensive sex ed in public schools, and ready access to birth control methods like IUD's, also potentially subsidized by the government based on the individual's economic situation? 
This is a 2 part question.

The first part (contraception): I support free contraception as the best way to reduce abortions, unintended pregnencies, STIs, and is much cheaper than putting families and children on welfare.

The 2nd part (abortion): I do not support the legalization of abortion not because it is the killing of an unborn baby, but instead because it is someone abandoning their parental responsibilities.  The punishment for abandoning parenting responsibilities whether through abortion, setting your kid up for adoption, or being a deadbeat parent should be sterilization to prevent it from happening again.

What does any civilian actually need an assault rifle for?
1) They are fun to shoot at targets.
2) They protect your home from criminals better than a glock 19.

Moreover, the BoP rests on those with the authoritative stance.  The question shouldn't be, "Why do you need an AR 15?" but instead, "Why should we ban AR 15s?".  Authoritarians have the burden of proof.
